Suzi was the best! I knew nothing about buying a house and she walked us through the entire process. She helped us find the perfect house to fit our family. We will definitely be asking Suzi to help us when we decide to sell our current house or buy our next one! I highly recommend her to any prospective buyers or sellers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Suzi, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of the market and consistent communication with all of my questions and concerns. Every time we viewed a new property Suzi would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Suzi also led me through multiple rounds of negotiations to get to a price I would be comfortable with. In the end I found a home that was perfect for me. I am forever grateful for everything Suzi did during the whole process!

Thank you Suzi for your patience and preseverance to help us find our forever home! My husband and I retired from the LA area and relocated to Paso Robles. It took over a year of travelling back and forth, but Suzi hung in there. Due to life changes and two years later, we called on Suzi to help us find our current dream home. She fulfilled the majority on our want & need checklist and guarded us from dealing with the sellers realtor who was at times unreasonable and very unpleasant to work with.
