A few years ago our family needed to relocate from LA to Silicon Valley for my husbands job and we were completely unfamiliar with the South Bay. We met Suzanne at an open house and immediately connected with her. She educated us on various neighborhoods, listened to our needs and paid close attention to the fact that schools were important to us. Suzanne was very patient and accommodating, as we didn’t have a lot of time to go house hunting since we still lived in SoCal. She found a great home for us, counseled us on how to sweeten our offer, and did a great job negotiating on our behalf. We loved that house and the neighborhood!All in all, it was a great experience to work with Suzanne! I highly recommend her.

Suzanne is a fabulous Real Estate agent. She has helped my husband and I sell our previous home and buy our current home. She guided us through the complicated process. There arent enough good things that you could say about Suzanne. She helped us buy our first house in 2015, and then also sell it 8 years later. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and the most important thing, will never push a client towards a sale. She will always put your interests first, and make sure that whatever home you find is exactly the right one for you. As a seller, she guided us through the process and helped us deal with everything patiently, and we ended up selling for a fantastic price that we were super happy with. In between buying and selling, shes always in touch with you, bringing home made gifts, and I must say, also throws the best parties. Please stop looking for agents, and go with Suzanne. You will never regret it.

We have known Suzanne for over a decade and have worked on several buying and selling transactions with her. She is one of the very few people in the bay area real estate that has such high ethics, amazing knowledge, patience, great relationships with other realtors/clients and the astute ability to match the right house to the right buyer. I got introduced to Suzanne through my friend to help me find the right house for me. In the first meeting, Suzanne tries to understand your needs, budget and area preferences. After that she gets to work trying to get you to view the houses that meet your needs. She is very knowledgeable in terms of the neighborhoods, market conditions that comes in very handy during order negotiation.She is adept at getting as much as information as possible regarding the sale that will help you in your contact offer process. She doesnt hesitate to share her own opinions about the house even if thats opposite to yours. She helped me in every step during the house buying process and was very patient with my requests.
