I can not say enough good things about this location. I have been here 4 times in the last 6 months because of lovely strep and each time as a walk-in they have been able to get me in! They are extremely kind and efficient in how they work and I greatly appreciate they do everything they can to make me feel better ASAP. The physicians on-call can be different each visit but every time I have gone they have been willing to listen and engage in my own treatment plan as well. If you ever need urgent walk-in care this is the place to go!

Rebecca Andrew’s is absolutely phenomenal! She made me feel very comfortable like we were old friends. I had an eye issue, she took the time to show me photos on her computer of what it could be and they all looked the same. She ordered a prescription and I had it filled. My eye is looking better everyday. This a great place with wonderful people!

This was my first time going to this location. It is half a mile from my home, which is a great convenience for my family. They dont provide all services, but if you call and ask them they will let you know what they can do or not do for you. I took my daughter in because she was feeling sick and the nurse practitioner saw her, examined her, and gave us some advice. She also did a COVID test in the office on her. Im glad she did that because my daughter was very nervous about getting the swab up her sinuses. The facility is clean, modern, and the staff are very nice.

Thank you for my physician ( Rebacca) in the West Sacramento Sutter Walk in care, she made a correct decision. She really care my safety and sent me to ER. I am now getting better by taking the medicine the hospital prescribed for me.

I went in to the Sutter Walk-In Clinic on 2/18/2024, and again received the excellent medical care and customer service.that I previously received.—————————————————Excellent customer service by medical and administrative staff at Sutter Walk-In on Sunday 11/19/2023 at about 4:30 pm. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.—————————————————————-On the same day at about 3:30 pm, I went to Sutter Urgent Care on Alhambra Blvd. Administrative staff asked if I had called and told me that they dont take walk-ins and had no appointments available from 4:00 pm through the remainder of the evening. There was one person sitting in the waiting area.When I called the Alhambra Blvd Urgent Care office on another occasion, I was told they could not help me and to go to the Natomas Med7 instead.

Had a Covid PCR test that took 24 hours to come back, the provider called in a couple of prescriptions if it came back positive so Id have them on hand. The only downside was the receptionist told me Urgent Care did immediate PCR tests, I went there, they said they didnt but referred me back to Sutter. The receptionist then argued with me that Urgent Care DID do immediate PCR tests. THEY DO NOT.

Great place to be seen for none emergency medical care. They got me in weeks before my doctor could. They can take some lab tests there as well which was convenient. Check them out when your doctor is weeks out, you wont regret it.

Appointments with my Sutter PCP were 3 months out so I scheduled an appointment on the app as suggested, to the walk-in clinic because a 3 month wait to see a PCP is extreme. I was called day of appointment and told I couldnt be seen for the issue and needed urgent care or emergency care. Im pretty sure you do check blood pressure and blood glucose, or at least you website says you do. I wasnt even given referral suggestions such as go to Sutter Urgent care in downtown Sac. It was a quick we cant treat you go to urgent care, hang up. I wish I had gotten the ladys name who called. What a healthcare joke. And then of course its logged in the app that I had a phone call visit, which is not true. Ill never try to go to this place again and I wont recommend it. Go across the street to the other clinic.

I am only giving 3 stars. I would give less but my experience with the doctor and nurse was far better, and I would give them a much better rating. That being said, I will give the receptionist a solid Minus rating.She was a horrible first contact, Im sorry I didnt get her name. Upon entering, I approached the desk where is was working. I was first to arrive. There was a problem with a mistake about my appointment time. It was actually the next day, but since it was a walk in clinic and they werent busy, she agreed to take my anyway. I asked her if she accepted my insurance, she would not even make eye contact with me. She continues the conversation all the while never once looking at me and avoiding all eye contact. There was some misunderstanding about my insurance, but she soon found out that it was accepted. Ironed out the details and I swear it was like pulling teeth. She never looked at me, staring the whole time looking at her computer screens. I finished up checking in and before I walked to my seat I told her she was seriously lacking customer service skills. She very sarcastically said thank you.Shes the first person you greet upon entering into a health facility. Many people are experiencing pain and discomfort. She needs to be a nicer person overall. She really left me feeling like I was not in a place that really cared about me. I had a bad experience with her overall attitude Im sorry to say. Theres definitely room for improvement. My nurse, and doctor however were great, and were very kind, and attentive. I would rate them with a solid 4 out of 5.Thank youPaula Newton

Had to go to a farther away one, as my initial choices were booked - but there are at least three within a reasonable distance so that was not too bad. Seen quickly and they were professional and thorough. Only hiccup was that I got to the pharmacy and my prescription had not been received. Had to call the call center and wait on hold while they called the clinic and got it sent which caused a bit of a delay. I do appreciate having this available!

Check in was quick. I had no issues obtaining a needed script. The doctor warned me a bout side effects and we discussed previous medicine intake, and she warned me not to take a certain medicine for 5 days after I finished the dosage.

Danielle was extremely helpful. After being turned away at the Natomas Walk In Clinic because the provider went home sick, Danielle did everything she could to get my daughter seen. It was extremely important because we were getting on an airplane in 2 days and since my daughter had an ear infection she needed to get started on antibiotics immediately. Dr. Maria was also very kind to squeeze us in. Would make the trip from Natomas to West Sac anyway.

The staff at multiple walk-in clinics (Natomas and West Sac) were able to provide me with an appoint on very short notice prior to closing and all while most clinics were booked up solid for the night. I was desperate to get an appoint and was seen within an hour and a for a non-emergency appointment. It am grateful to the Doctor who was so kind and generous with her time and squeezed me in to get the medication called in that I desperately needed. I am extremely grateful to all of them.

This wasnt a walk-in - I made a tele-health appointment online (I actually live in the Bay Area). But whatever - I was able to get a tele-health appointment for an hour subsequent to when I was online.I got a phone call confirming everything, and the P.A. showed up right on time - video worked smoothly. We talked for 10-15 minutes, she called an Rx into my local pharmacy, and I picked it up an hour later.Saved me infinite time driving to a clinic, sitting there, etc, and I got 90% of the quality Id have gotten seeing somebody in person.

Zero stars** The person at the front desk this afternoon was horrible. I came in with my 2 year old. We had called his doctors office and they recommended we go to the walk in clinic for prompt services. He woke up with conjunctivitis. We arrived at 1235 to and empty front desk and waiting room. 2 more people walked in after us. About 10 min later a lady came from the back. I had been there the longest, but she checked the person that came behind me first. They had an appt, she told her to have a seat. I then went up and wanted to check my son in. Her response was that they have several appts and have to see those first and if there’s any time left they will see my child.I could not believe her answer. I said this is a walk in clinic and it clearly states no appointments are necessary. She said I can see why this might be confusing…. It was very condescending. She didn’t not ask for our info or check us in! I walked out. I am very disappointed and called my sons dr and let them know as well. I will be contacting whom ever runs this walk in clinic and filing a complaint.

My recent visit to Sutter Walk-In-Care Clinic in West Sacramento was fantastic! The moment you walk through the door youll experience a sense of calm and tranquility. The colors and decor of the waiting room are so soothing, not to mention the patient exam room. The light turned on as soon as I walked in and the colors in there were just as soothing. The Medical Assistant that attended to my needs was professional and efficient at administering injections. This clinic is conveniently located and my wait time was minimal.

I have been sick for 3 weeks. First appt. was with an NP in Auburn (J. Pierson) & he was completely unhelpful. My 2nd appt, a phone appt in Sacramento, was fantastic. The PA listened to my symptoms, was kind, compassionate & prescribed several medications. Two days later, I am so much better & can finally take a full, deep breath! Thank you, M. Haneffant!

And I saw Rebecca Andrews DNP and she took such good care of me and explained all of my symptoms. I’m not sure what I would have done because urgent care is too busy and walk in care was my best option!

Went today it was useless. No triage, and apparently only one staff person. She literally told people to go to urgent care or call their doctor. So you can pay two deductibles before) you get actual help. This place is only good for walk-in vaccine shots. Otherwise its a waste of a deductible, waste of time, waste of space. Its a trap, it lures you in, makes you give your information so it can charge your insurance. I hope I get notice of class-action suit about these scams.

I had to go to the doctor twice this week and it was night and day difference. The first time I went to an urgent care and they took 5 hours and told me I had allergies. After 3 days of getting worse I went to Sutter, they got me in and out and feeling better in under 30 minutes. This clinic was clean, respectful, and high end. I recommend this place to everyone.

Great experience here. Very new and clean spot when you walk in and a friendly staff. They provide snacks, coffee and water too. I made an appt and came at scheduled time, no wait and I was in and out within 30 min. The nurse practitioner was so good with my 1 year old, very sweet and caring. I needed a COVID PCR. The Walk In Clinic scheduled a video visit that day. The NP suggested a flu test also. I also was given an appointment for the next day to get the test. I could have had a same day appt, but chose the following day.Went in at the appointed time, was seen immediately. Veronica Perez PA was faaaantastic. The best. Professional. Fast. PA unable to diagnose Illness properly. Had clear and obvious symptoms of a sinus infection. PA refused to send a script for amoxicillin even though it was clearly obvious I had a sinus infection. Pain/suffering was so bad I had to go to an urgent care to get the proper treatment.No other patients were in the building upon entering or leaving, but apparently I had to wait 25 minutes because their were “others” ahead of me. Unless if these “others” were ghosts or there excuse for a break clearly this location has issues and I would avoid at all cost.Luckily I’m smart enough to not believe someone with little experience and got the proper care or who knows how bad of shape I would be in today.

I was there for preop covid test only required by Sutter Alhambra Outpatient Surgery clinic. They swabbed my nose & I left. I am now being erroneously charged a $20 copayment. This is wrong & United Healthcare have intervened on my behalf because the billing code is wrong & Sutter billing refused to correct it. I probably will have to file a complaint with California State Insurance Board. What a rip off Sutter billing service is. Never use them again.

Went during COVID pandemic so no snacks coffee or water. Instead a quick thermometer scan on forehead and questionnaire. Very cool layout and design. Had appointment and seen immediately. My son went with a swollen gland on his neck and a sore throat. He was turned away and told they couldn’t help him and directed him to the urgent care across the street. What is the point of the walk in clinic if they won’t see you if you are sick. Also, our insurance is covered at Sutter... not the urgent care clinic... Don’t waste your time at this place. Just take the time to make an appointment with your doctor.

I asked if I could be seen for the issue I was having, head pain, and was told I could be seen and receive advice. She took my pulse and blood pressure and then the doctor said we cant see you here for that then I got an after visit summary stating vitals they didnt even take. I wont be paying for the visit and will be calling my insurance to dispute any charges. There shouldnt have even been an after visit summary to be told I cant be seen for that.
