Abby was absolutely amazing and also the staff!! As soon as myself and my daughter walked in the receptionist was so welcoming. I had no sleep for a couple of days due to my daughter bring ill but the smile and welcoming vibe made my day. The lady who roomed us made my daughter feel at ease by talking her through everything she was doing. Abby herself showed great concern and talked over everything throughly!@ thank you for the great care!!

The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. The whole process was so easy from scheduling the appointment to checking in. In addition, my wait time to be seen was minimal; and I although things were quick and efficient, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed and their attention to detail was still top notch!

Great facility and people who work here are very kind and helpful.The only negative is that its not really a true walk-in care. Both times, recently, that we have visited we came right when they opened at 11am but were not first in line and each time they told us to come back 2 hours later. I recommend making an appointment but I know that usually when you need walk-in care you arent able to make an appointment, you want to be seen asap!

1. The wait time is less than 10 minutes (Sunday afternoon).2. Doctor spent a lot of time listening to me describing my symptoms.3. Since it is Sunday, a lot of pharmacy stores are closed, especially after 5pm. I didnt have any expectation that I would be able to get the much needed medication today. But doctor said she could send the prescription to a 24x7 CVS pharmacy. I have to drive a longer distance but I gladly accepted that.4. I already felt better the following day (Monday) thanks to doctor prescribed medicine and the 24x7 pharmacy recommendation.

I really am thankful that the Sutter Walk In Clinic on Pleasant Grove is an option when my family or I am sick. I am always greeted and seen quickly. If I were to go to urgent care, the wait and crowds would be so much longer. With the Walk In Clinic, I make an appointment online, and I am in and out in 20-30 minutes. I also like that they communicate with my doctor so that my records are all kept together. I highly recommend trying this option if you are sick.

Keri did a wonderful job getting us comfortable for a shot for my 7 month old. She did it carefully and made sure that everything was done efficiently knowing it would make the baby cry. She gave us time to get everything together before we had to leave. Such a great experience!

I will not be using this clinic again. I have had nothing but positive experiences at other locations. This location, the staff lacked empathy in what was an awful ordeal for me. It really made for a bad day. Shame on them for not extending themselves in the least.

I had an appointment for vaccinations later in the day but the way my schedule landed I was in the area over an hour early. I popped in to see how busy they were and they were happy to accommodate me because they could. They were efficient, friendly, and even interested in keeping me away from the walk-ins to reduce exposure to seasonal diseases. The place was immaculate, friendly, and a great experience.

Didn’t seem to want to see our 20 month old son with a fever. Not really a walk in. No one else was waiting. But we were still told they couldn’t see us until 4 hrs later. We said we will wait. They still acted as if that wasn’t an option. Sutter facilities seem unable to help people. They suggested ER, haha. What a joke.

Only negative if I reach is the parking is pretty tight at the location. Reception and introduction at site was quick, concise and maintained focus on patients need. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Dr came and exchanged views and diagnosis along with proposed treatment in 15-20 minutes. at the same time even at this speed care for patient was evident throughout the experience and we never felt rushed like some clinics where it can feel like a body shop. cant recommend this location enough for any need which isnt a dire emergency. Especially having had to wait at the local Sutter hospital facilities a few times in the past.

Friendly, efficient, compassionate staff. I had an appointment at the Sutter Walk-in, arrived a few minutes early, was checked in and immediately taken to an exam room. Vitals taken and responses to questions completed with nurse. The nurse left, and shortly after the Physician’s Assistant came in, conducted my exam and addressed my concerns. I appreciated this very positive experience when I wasn’t feeling well.

Arrived 5 mins early for the scheduled appointment. The male at the counter did not greet us as we entered the lobby. Instead, loudly asked why we were there. I stated we had an appointment. He told us to have a seat. We were not taken to an exam room until 30 mins later without any apology or comment for having to wait so long. There was one person in the lobby and no other client entered or left while we were waiting. I asked the same man if they were busy and he said no. Attending medical staff entered the room 3 mins later. Again, no greeting, no apology or comment for the long wait.

Got seen right away, less than 10 minute wait time, staff and doctor were very nice and kind, got me some antibiotics for the nasty sinus infection that has been bugging me way too long and on my way back home FAST. Facility is CLEAN and private. This was my first experience with Sutter Urgent Care, and I am super impressed- I was with Kaiser for years and I know I made the right switch!

I made an appointment with the Walk-in Care but realized, and staff confirmed, for what I needed the PA said just to walk in for something like that. It made it much easier with less drama to go to this then fight to get my doctor to talk to me or respond to me. Anyway, the receptionist/MA and the PA that cared for me were very pleasant. I got results while there and she prescribed the medication needed to address it. I really didnt remember these Walk-in Care with Sutter and know that I will utilize them more, with the need for a quick answer or service. I was a Kaiser patient for many years and the only option we had was the ER. And I wont use the ER unless I absolutely have to.

I was able to get an appointment the same day, but I did have to wait a few hours, since they were busy. The staff were very courteous and helpful in regards to the issue I was having and even provided information on how to minimize my prescription cost. I was paying out of pocket due to being in-between jobs. They were able to resolve my issue, earwax buildup, in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back in the future if any medical concerns come up!

Excellent experience with the N.P.! She read my chart enough to know about my allergies and how my body works. She was proactive, attentive, and responsive. Most importantly, she wore an N95 and a shield! The front receptionist or assistant at check-in wore an ill-fitting surgical mask that looked like it had been used multiple times or tugged on. We all know by now, for the Omicron variant and the current growing variants, surgical masks or ill-fitting ones of any kind are not effective. Therefore, she is exposing each patient who walks through that door with possible contamination. The staff there are always very friendly, as was she, so thats always a plus. Really thats my only complaint. I love the exam rooms. They have beautiful full-size wall coverings with things like wildflowers on them. It was clean and very comfortable and inviting.The service there is really consistent and location is convenient which is why we go back.

Went in for ear pain and a sore throat lingering for 3 days. My primary doctor couldnt see me for weeks, so walk in clinic it was. Walked in at 11:05am on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in by 11:40 a.m. . The front desk, nurses and doctors were great. Got my prescription and on my way within 10 minutes after that. Beautiful office, friendly front desk-check in staff, personable, kind medical staff, fast, on time, and professional. When you cant get in to see your doctor and Urgent Care is too crowded, this is the place to go with minor medical issues. I felt listened to, and cared for. I went in for one reason and was only looked at for that one issue. I did not get examined at all, everything was verbal (thus taking away one star). Easy appointment and check-in set up on the computer, makes for less wait time.

I have been having a problem with a blocked up ear and did not want to go into the holiday weekend with a potential serious ear infection. I was greeted promptly by the medical assistant, put in to an exam room within five minutes and seen by the PA within ten minutes. Both the medical assistant and the PA were friendly and efficient and I was quite satisfied with the quality of the care I received. I had a minor injury I was concerned about. I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor so I went to Walk-in Care. As I was the only patient there at the time, I was processed immediately and then seen by the physicians assistant. She appeared to give me good advice. As I left, more people were coming in. The office is immaculate and welcoming. I would recommend that Sutter patients in the area go there for minor visits rather than seeing their physician or going to Urgent Care unless its more of an emergency.

I have only had pleasant experiences here at Sutter Walk-in at Nugget Plaza. The entrance/foyer area is usually clear of people, probably because they arrange a specific appointment time for everyone. So even though I have usually been a walk-in, they gave me an appointment time to come back later that day. This means no waiting around in a room full of sick people, you just show up at your time and the nurses come right out to greet you and take you back. In general, the entire process has always been stress-free for me as a patient. I have only experienced courteous and professional staff and doctors. For tests and checkups, this is my go-to place! Also, the Nugget plaza is located in an upscale neighborhood; so I never see shady people outside, and this makes me feel safe to bring my 7yo daughter there. Definitely enroll your family here if you live in the area! There are very few businesses that make me feel so inspired to give a positive review - but I recommend this neighborhood family walk-in to everyone!

I was having lots of sinus pressure and sore throat with bad cough. I needed to see a doctor.I settled on a place near my home.I walked in and Emily was there to meet me. She was so friendly. Sat me in a room and took my vitals. Emily left the room and said a provider would be in shortly.It wasn’t 1 minute before an NP, Julie (Hunt?) walked in. I could tell she was smiling at me behind her mask. She asked me how my day was. When i told her, not so good, she said “well lets get you feeling better.” I thought that was so sweet.We went over all my symptoms, she listened to me talk about my kids, we even discussed some pop culture. Run from Sutter. I am going on 3 weeks with an ear infection. First I went to walk in. NP did not listen to me and said I only have a sinus infection. I had pressure, massive amounts of snot and pain in my face. Said I did not have a sinus infection only an ear infection. 8 days on a Amoxicillin did nothing. Still in pain, loss of hearing and ringing in ear. Finally got into to see my GP, Grewal a week later. He put me on another 5 day antibiotic. Still did not work. I asked to see ENT. He sent an urgent referral over. Sutter ENT reviews it and says they will not see me until 8/31!!! Im at 3 weeks with an ear infection, ringing in ear, hearing loss. And now Sutter wants me to wait another MONTH to be seen. Seriously Sutter is horrible patient care. RUN to another network.

I rarely bother to rate a business low unless there is something extremely compelling. I have used Sutter Urgent care locations for many years with satisfaction. On this visit, i was informed the minimal visit charge has gone from $125 in March of this year to $185. PRICE GOUGING are the only words that comes to mind. Everyone knows cost are going up, but something as necessary as mesical services from such a large company should be held within reason. Its inexcusable that Sutter has raised a minimal visit 50% since the beginning of the year. Shame on you Sutter.
