Pam was so caring and so thorough with my recent visit. She asked a lot of questions and didnt rush the exam like a lot of walk in clinics do. I also highly recommend Kristi if shes available. Ive never had a bad experience at this Sutter Walk-In clinic. Its definitely my go to when I cant wait to get into my regular doc. Even if you cant get an appointment ahead of time online, just walk in and they will generally accommodate you. This is a 5 star facility.

Lilly the assistant is absolutely awful!Usually this place is great and I enjoy the nurse practitioner Pam she is fantastic and so great with my kids! but I was appalled by how one of the assistants treated me as I was being seen there. An older gentlemen was in front of me asking to be seen for what seemed like a cough and hard time breathing. The assistant told him they are limited on what they could do in the walk in clinic and advised him to go to an urgent care as they can do breathing treatments, x-rays etc. when she was giving him the information for the urgent care in Folsom I recommended that he should make an apt if anything because I wait hours there with an apt so I can’t imagine if you didn’t have an appointment what the wait time would be. I told him I refuse to go back there given how long I have waited with my kids and given his breathing I would hate to see that with him. Just an opinion and some feedback. Not diagnosing him or anything just a friendly conversation. The assistant brought me back and said Pam would be with me shortly. Then a different assistant walked in her name is Lilly, thinking she was going to help me and proceeded to ask me if I was a medical professional? Confused by that question I said no I am not. She then rudely told me to not give medical advice to anyone in this office. As I then said you mean my opinion on wait time to the older gentlemen? And she said no medical advise and from now on I am not aloud to give any medical advice to anyone if I’m not a medical professional, she said do you understand. I laughed and said yes and how ridiculous she was and she walked out. She was belittling, unprofessional and so disrespectful . I felt so cornered for something I didn’t do. And even if I did give him medical advice which I didn’t I gave him my opinion, she had no right when she wasn’t there to treat me that way! For someone who wasn’t even there to come in and treat a sick patient like that should not work in the medical profession that she does. I will only come back to see Pam and if I am ever in there I will refuse to see that assistant. You should be ashamed!

I was very happy with my experience at the Sutter Walk In. The staff was friendly and efficient. The waiting area, the examination room and the bathroom were very clean.The NP Rebecca Andrews was amazing and knowledgeable. She really took the time to try to figure out the cause of my concern and offer solutions. Since the clinic is limited in what services they can provide, Nurse Andrews advised me on how best to get more in depth follow up care, if needed, and gave me several ideas to choose from. I would definitely go here again.

The clinic was convenient, clean and welcoming! I just walked in even though appointments were taken and they were still able to see me after a satisfactory wait. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My caretaker was thorough and explained things again as I needed. I highly recommend this Sutter Walk-In Care clinic!

Folsom Sutter Walk-in didnt have appointment times available so rather than wait I was able to make one an hour later at nearby El Dorado Hills. Very fast, easy, was seen in a few minutes, great doctor and service. I like the Walk-in store fronts for Sutter Health as my primary care doc is a long drive, and for minor issues these are so convenient and easy.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience at Sutter Urgent Care in El Dorado Hills! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency by the amazing front desk staff. Their professionalism and friendliness immediately put me at ease, which is so important when youre not feeling your best.Once I was seen by Kristi Hufford, NP, I knew I was in good hands. Kristis expertise and compassion were evident from the start. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her bedside manner is truly exceptional, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit.The entire team at Sutter Urgent Care El Dorado Hills goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. I left feeling grateful for the excellent care I received and reassured knowing that I was in the hands of such capable professionals. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Thank you to the staff and Kristi for making my visit a positive one!

It is always so easy to make an appointment here. This location is quiet and clean. The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. I was called back within 5 minutes. The NP (Pamela) is very thorough and asks a lot of questions. She always makes me feel calm and relaxed. She really listened and I was out the door and on my way to the pharmacy within 20 minutes. It is now almost 2 days later and I am feeling so much better. I really do appreciate these walk-in locations -especially when my main doctor has no openings for the day. Thank you!

The walk-in care clinic in El Dorado Hills is efficient, friendly, and effective. Staff listen to the issue and address it as well as mention other things about which we should be aware. They make treating something early before it gets bad very easy.

We LOVE Pam and were thrilled to see her! She is very thorough, warm, and looks out for the best for my child. Very good with kids. We saw Pam 6 years ago before we moved to EDH while visiting friends and my daughter got really sick. We kept going to Sutter Walk-in anytime our family needed medical help. We know we are in good care with Pam! Thank you!!

This was my first visit to this Walk in Care office. It was a wonderful experience and give all the employees a 5+.The PA that treated me was excellent and addressed my sick needs with professionalism, empathy and was best experience I have received. The office personnel where very friendly, professional and I left feeling very well treated for my illnesses. Thank you to everyone at this location.
