The nurse practitioner was thorough in asking questions but failed to correctly diagnose and identify bacterial symptoms vs viral for chronic cough even after I presented enough justification. It was as if she was purely going by checklist. I had to go back to doctor after few days as the symptoms worsened. I’m not sure the NPs here are qualified or experienced to diagnose.

I would give 0 stars is possible. We arrived 5 minutes late as we were traveling a far distance, Oakland to Dublin, and were turned away. They refused to accommodate or give the physicians name. As a pediatric healthcare provider myself I’m appalled at the lack of compassion for my child. If you decide to go here DONT BE LATE or you will not be seen.

Ive been to this location twice, once for a vaccination, and another time for a walk-in appointment after making an appointment less than an hour before. On both occasions, the visit was quick, professional and proficient. While the staff members were different on both visits, the treatment was exceptional in both cases. I would readily go back, and I would recommend the location for others. Very good patient service.

They were on time and very professional and very courteous. The doctor was very good and checked all the symptoms and asked me questions about the illness.The office was very clean and new looking. You couldn’t ask for anything more, they took me right away, doctor came right in, and took great care of me, that to me is 5 star service. Thanks Doc, I feel better already.

I was greeted with a friendly smile, checked in quickly under Sutter Health network. Very clean and modern medical clinic. The nurse practitioner diagnosed allergic reaction and identified possible irritants, then prescribed medicine for pick up at the pharmacy of my choice.

I had bug bites with infections (suspected tick bites), feeling the condition wont get better by itself, so I made an appointment to visit Sutter Walk-In Care - Dublin.The appointment step is very straightforward (I did it online), Once I was in the clinic, the staff is friendly, and the wait time is very short.After a though check, the physical assistant (Ms. Phung) gave me a very clear explanation of her diagnosis, the treatment plan and various contingency schemes in case the original treatment doesnt work as expected.Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

Pros: I was seen exactly at my appointed schedule time. Nurse practitioner was thorough, patient and answered all my questionsCons: this is NOT a walk in clinic, they should consider changing the name. You will only be seen for a scheduled appointment and I was only able to get one the next day. I saw them turn away 2 walk-ins while I was there. I wish they would make this more obvious because I decided to go and was prepared to wait because I felt so sick I didn’t want to wait until the next day, only to be turned away.

First, its not a walk-in care you need appointments which defeats the purpose. Second, I expected to get prescription for the ailment I went there for but was said they dont provide any for that - basically they only prescribe for limited ailments. After forcing them to prescribe they did. Overall experience was not good. Better to go to a place where there is a physician.

I would NOT even give one star to this location. I had a 1:40PM appt on a Saturday afternoon . I got lost and reached there at 1:52pm. The guy at the reception mentioned since I am 12 mins late they will not be able to see me today and I need to reschedule. He said he will check with Lisa, the nurse practitioner and once he came back he said the same thing. I told them I have come from San Ramon and I genuinely got lost and been circling around trying to find them. I had my younger kid with me and I really need to see the doctor. It would be nice if they can accommodate me as I am willing to wait. Then they told me oh there’s no doctor on facility, it’s only the nurse practitioner. No where on the appointment did it state that there will be no doctor in the vicinity. I said ok no problem as far as I am seen today that’s okay. I will be okay if nurse practitioner sees me. The nurse practitioner comes and says the same thing they cannot see me today. Mind you, there were no patients and I told her it’s okay if you have video visits I am really willing to wait. I really need to see someone today. She called her manger on the phone Caroline Delkar she was so rude and she asked me to leave the premises. Then she threatened me to call the cops on me. I told her she needs coaching how to handle patients and it’s their job as a care provider to help their patients. I also told her that she needs to coach her staff as well. They are running it like a business more than a service industry. I felt discrimination, unethical professional courtesy, rudeness in their behavior and not willing to accommodate the patients. All this went on for an hour and mind you still no patient there. This is how they are running their business. Exactly and sadly this has become business and not a care services with human touch. I was there with my child who was witnessing all this behavior. I did call the cops to intervene. I am definitely upset and beyond disappointed. this is not moral behavior. Whereas I went after this as a walk-in at Stamford health care. Omg the staff went out of their way and they were so professional and caring in their behavior right from the front desk to the nurse who took vitals to the Dr who saw me. I will never be coming back to this dublin walk-in Sutter care ever again. Very bad service!!! And disrespectful, unaccommodating staff even when you have an appointment. Horrible service.

All the staff and medical personnel was friendly and helpful. I was able to make a same day appointment to handle a minor medical matter, and the best part is the cost is the same as seeing my PCP instead of the higher cost of going to urgent care.

What a treat to be able to make a same day appointment. The clinic was great, the receptionist was great and the nurse practitioner was better than great. I had been putting off seeing a doctor for a small head wound because I knew it would take weeks to see my doctor. Sunday at church a couple of ladies said I should really see a doctor and the wound did not look good. So I went on line and was pleasantly surprised to find a walk in appointment that day. I was treated and received a prescription for antibiotics, all within forty minutes . I just cant praise this clinic enough.

Giving only 3 stars because the site is a bit unwelcoming. The front doors are always locked and the desk staff comes to you to check you outside at the door. I was asked at that point why I was there and what my symptoms were. That seems like a HIPAA violation for the desk staff to ask and to do so outside of the building? The entrance was a very unusual experience compared to other Sutter Health sites Ive gone to.The nurse practitioner and other staff were absolutely wonderful, just that unusual entrance experience is a bit odd. I wont go back to this site just because of that.

The medical assistant as well as the PA Stephanie were absolutely caring. Stephanie really listened to my symptoms carefully. She addressed each one with solutions to them. She also allowed me input into what was best for me or for sure things that would make me feel at ease. If you had 10 stars I would have given it.

I was able to make a same day appointment via the Sutter My Health Online App. I had deep ear canal wax build up and was unable to solve my issue and plugged ear with store bought ear drops or home remedies. After a few days or only muffled hearing on my one ear, not getting any better, I knew I needed to see a medical professional. Since the buildup was so deep, it would be harmful to attempt to clear it any deeper myself at home.The check in was easy and smooth. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. The office still practiced social distancing and the door was initially locked when I arrived. The front desk staff confirmed my appointment before leading me inside.The patient room was clean and organized. I was accessed and the NP on duty was excellent in explaining to me the procedure for the wax removal as there was indeed deep enough wax build up to move forward. Her assistant utilized a high-pressure water mix tool to flush out my blocked ear. It was quick and painless. I asked if I could simply do this at home myself as the tool is available online. I was satisfied by the honest responds that, yes it could, but medically its best to have a doctor check it in office in case there is an infection or any future concerns to address. The inner ear canal and ear drums are areas that the public should proceed with caution anyway.I was happy to find a walk-in care office not too far from home. The staff were all great. I really had no complaints as a first timer here. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I can hear clearly now! Finally! Lesson learned... (again) Be mindful. Dont insert Q-tips into the ears. Simply swipe out at best on the outside areas only. Anything inserting in deeper will further cause wax to build up. It is totally preventable! Appreciate the ear wash as it did feel relaxing and satisfying. Although, I hope I dont have to come back again for it.Thanks Sutter Walk-In Care Dublin!

Walk-in-clinic??...well according to the rude girl that opened up Sunday morning @ 11:10 am. With dark hair pulled back and glasses, this clinic is By-appointment- only. Although it states that NO WHERE! Not on website as I pointed out, not ANYWHERE on the door. She got so caught up in her own lies that she couldnt even back up what she was saying with any form of proof.Apparently this is a Selective clinic in Dublin.....on the door she pointed it stated you had to make an appointment, No it states you CAN make an appointment for Your Convenience. No where does it say an appointment is mandatory. So she blames Covid. Well thats been going on for over 2 yrs now. Update your information, If thats what your telling people, this is very unprofessional, extremely tacky and distasteful.

Went in for flu shot for the whole family, but somehow one of the family members got charged as doctors visit.The attendant was rather slow and unprepared when taking in appointments that were made weeks in advanced (yes, we had to make appointment, so not really walk-in). We believe this was the reason the insurance coding got screwed up.

Got a knee injury playing soccer on Friday night so I popped in to Sutter health on Saturday morning to get my knee checked out. After completing paperwork I had to wait almost two hours to be seen. 45 minutes of that was spent actually in one of the rooms waiting to be seen . It must be pointed out that this clinic has no imaging or diagnostic equipment. So they couldnt really help me through no fault of their own. It would have been helpful if I was informed of this at the desk before the two hour wait.The staff are lovely and once I was seen the service was as good as it could have been with no equipment on the premises. So off I go to find an Urgent Care place that has the correct diagnostic equipment...

I would say the service provided by Sutter walk-in care is great, BUT I was frustrated with their rude rule to treat patient un-equally, I would say this is discrimination. Here is my story:On 06/06/2022 afternoon, I booked an appointment online to do ear wax cleanness. everything went smoothly.Then I went to the clinic on time, and started to fill the paper work, I was asked What kind of insurance I have?, Kaiser I answered. The lady said Kaiser insurance wont cover this cost. Actually this is expected to me, I answered that I understand this is not covered, and I could pay cash or credit card upfront.But the lady stopped the paper work, and mentioned Sutter wont take the patient who has the Kaiser insurance. I just want to make my position clearly and avoid any confusions, I repeated please treat me as un-insured people, and I will pay upfront.But the lady continue to decline the request, and explained there is some rule inside Sutter to decline patient with Kaiser Insurance.You see, How crazy it is!! I committed to pay upfront, but they still tried to decline service to me just because I bought Kaiser insurance. Then I insisted to get a written notice from them regarding the reason to decline the service, after some back and forth argue, they accepted me finally.

Met my expectations for dealing with a minor, non-urgent matter. I scheduled a same day appointment at walk-in care for a probable infection. New to the state, I did not yet have a PCP. The gentleman working the front desk was efficient and provided me with needed paperwork. Silvio, the Medical Assistant was pleasant, found out needed health history and impressed me by taking my blood pressure the correct/accurate way (elbow at heart level) and instructed me on the lab that needed done. Adaobi, the nurse practitioner, was thorough, making sure the infection wasn’t more severe and provided me with needed medication and information on lab follow up. My first experience at Sutter Health left me feeling like my concerns had been addressed, and as a RN, I felt that I had received appropriate treatment. Thank you!

I went in on a Sunday morning and had excellent service. It was for a sore throat that I suspected was strep, which we found to be the case after a 10-min quick test.My care, from the moment I walked in the door with Rose at the front desk and who did the initial tests, to Kody who explained the results to me in a very understandable way, was outstanding.I hope to never have to be back, but if I need an Urgent Care in the future I’ll come here!Thank you!!

I have a history of asthma and been suffering from wheezing past week. I went this morning and the clinician who is a Nurse Practitioner tells me she cannot give me a refill of a prescription for an asthma related inhaler that is mentioned in my chart. She can prescribe antibiotics but not give me a refill for my asthma meds ?If she does not have the capability to prescribe refills why bother have her practice there ? All she tells me is she can help set up an appointment with my PCP which I can always do and I do not need to pay money to get her to schedule appointments.When patients are sick and go to a walk in clinic they expect to be treated with the right medication and not just be given some antibiotics and sent home.This is such a scam. I have heard the same comments from other patients as well and will never go back to this clinic and look for alternatives.

The staff and PA were courteous and helpful but I wish they disclose this upfront that you will be seeing a PA and not a doctor so that we can make informed decisions about the care we choose and pay for.

Went in on a Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago (6/30/18) after persistent severe coughing, day and night with itchy throat, for weeks. Thought I had bronchitis and something worse. NP was great in examinig my throat and lungs. Told me I had all the symptoms of allergies. All I needed was OTC meds. Saved me time from having to go to see my primary doctor.

The doctor isnt a doctor apparently, but a nurse practitioner so I guess she doesnt know how to diagnose and treat patients because she refused to prescribe simple antibiotics or even diagnose me. If you need more convincing that this place is a freaking joke, just read the Yelp reviews. One man almost died of pneumonia because she (the doctor) refused to treat with antibiotics. This place should have a malpractice lawsuit.

Not only so, why has Dublins human resource always denied or tried to skip the service if it required Fremont professional? It is like avoiding services that are not associated with their hospital. Waste of time. Went in for my flu-like symptoms. Was seen by a nurse practitioner, not a real doctor. They didnt even have the flu test to see if I had the flu. She thought my symptoms were past the point of help for Tamiflu, so she did not prescribe it even though I went in as soon as my fever started. Also, for a place where there are constantly sick people going in, there should have some hand sanitizer!

WIkipedia readout clinic. No doctors, only nurse practitioners. They are either unwilling or unable to prescribe medication or propose any concrete treatment plan. They only give out general information that you can find if you google the symptoms. Why collect money from patients and insurance companies to provide wikipedia readouts?
