I went on a Sunday afternoon, 6 people ahead of me. Intake was quick and efficient. Wait to see Dr about 1/2 hr. Once behind the door nurse took vitals and asked other pertinent info. Ask what/how my injury happened. She was pleasant, patient, (I’m hearing impaired) very efficient. Then I waited in a closed room for an hour….thought they forgot about me. Stuck my head out to remind them I was still here. Shortly, Dr came in assessing my injury, then ordered antibiotics and then a nurse came in dressed my injury w/instruction for home care. (Very helpful and appreciated). All in all very caring staff except for the wait behind close door (out of sight, out of mind). Follow-up next day was appreciated. I thought my tetanus shot was still good and they did a check w/my primary and found out I needed a new one. Overall I was pleased w/services rendered, the waiting was a pain. Follow-up visit Monday for the shot was great too. They had a heavy walk-in and seemed to move faster. Once behind door I was in and out in 20 min.

My first visit to Sutter Urgent Care went great! I was in and out within an hour and received quality care and a clear diagnosis. Everything was explained well and my meds were ordered at my pharmacy of choice. I will go back for sure.

Was a lengthy wait to be seen but thats only because my visit was on a Sunday where most other urgent care facilities arent open. I was treated nicely by the friendly staff and the PA and Dr were very helpful and attentive to the reason I came in for todays visit! The Dr listened to everything I had to say, prescribed me everything that was needed for my illness and offered alot of medical advice as well. Overall I had a great experience at this urgent care and would definitely visit again if necessary.

We were very pleased with our visit and the provider we saw… Steven Patwell. He was very thorough, kind and humorous. He pulled up my sons x-rays and showed us them and explained everything we were looking at (the last visit we had regarding X-rays the provider didn’t even show them to us). He reassured us that everything looked good and my son would be healing by just fine. We really appreciate the connection from him and felt like he cared. Our best experience there yet!

I was treated with respect and processed sooner than I expected. Dr. Sehmbey followed up as promised to ensure things were clear and also offered a medication if needed. He saw both my husband and me, and was thorough, efficient, and kind. I would recommend this Urgent Care and physician highly.

Upon entering the receptionist took my information quickly. I waited only about 15 minutes which was not long considering there were 7 other patients in front of me.Dr. Treng was easy to work with and the support staff was excellent.

The Doctor and all the staff were very kind. The Dr. Listened to my concerns. I was sooo sick. They really listened me... They didnt just treat the symptoms - they got to the source and treated the source. When I left - I felt like I was going to make it! Ive never been treated with such compassion. Usually in the Urgent care they herd you like cattle . Not this time! I received Amazing Care!

My provider listened to my story, asked relevant questions, and then made a plan for medication. I believe that my provider recognized my knowledge of my own body, and after probing further, came to the same conclusion as I had. I just want to say that the antibiotics did the trick in a matter of 1.5 days. Thanks for not just reasoning it off as just a cold.

It wasnt a long wait. The doctors Ive encountered have been thorough and pleasant.I had a CT scan and Xray without having to go to another facility. I required prescriptions that were ordered and ready for pickup on my way home. I had a follow up call the next morning to discuss my tests and told I should make an appointment with my Primary physican. I am totally satisfied with my visit to Sutter Urgent Care.

The female Doctor on duty was a perfect fit for me. She had a sense of humor, which I appreciate. She was very through as I have stage 4 cancer. I was in a lot of pain. She did blood work, urine, and CATScan. I was in and out of their within 3 hours. Couldnt be more pleased.

The medical assistants were excellent. The doctor did not give me the time of day to explain my symptoms and instantly threw a basic antibiotic at me and checked me off the list. The antibiotic did not help, and later I became allergic and ended up in the ER for. That was not his fault. However, if he took more time and care it could have been a better outcome.

We have come here many times over the years. Always get good service. Last night we thought my one year old may have swallowed a button battery and went in just to make sure she didn’t. They were fast and very thorough! Everyone was super friendly too. Even though we live farther away now, we still come to this urgent care over others.

First in line and still had to wait in waiting room for 13 minutes. First to be called in and had to wait another 15 minutes to see the doctor. Once I was met with doctor everything was great. Just a lot of waiting when you are the first patient of the day - seems like the processes could be tweaked to be smoother.

I had a great experience! I scheduled an appointment. They got me in quickly. My doctor was amazing, Sima H Rad MD. She was kind, took time to talk to me. The nurse that took my vitals was great. The Xray technician was kind. The nurse who showed me how to use my boot was great. For me I had a great experience, so thank you Urgent Care!!

My go to spot for diagnosis. This time its pneumonia. Sometimes there is a line but service is always professional. I drive 50 miles to get this level of care. Definitely better than urgent care in oroville, where I live but from Yuba City originally.

I waited about 10 to 15 minutes to check in. Only one person was working and one lady ahead of me being interviewed. After checking in, the nurse came for me in about 5 minutes. After being seen my the nurse I waited about 30 minutes for the dr. Although I felt pretty sick, it was worth the wait as the Dr. Was great.

On 2/22/24 I brought my 3 year old son for a laceration on his jaw after a fall. That same day, I had hand surgery. Jamaica the LVN played and cuddled my son to calm him when I couldnt. Matthew Hayes PA gave him 5 stitches and was so patient with my 3 year old. I couldnt imagine a better team to take care of my family. Thank you Matt and Jamaica!

Wait was a little long, but that was to be expected. I dont think the doctor really knew what she was doing. Prescribe me meds that was for people with mental health issues, I have a stomach bug. I couldnt understand her well. The only reason Im giving 2 stars because the a/c worked well.

We have been here three times and the customer service is so good. Also, you can check wait times online but they are incredibly inflated due to the fact that staff doesn’t know what to expect.I had a really stupid situation going on and female NP was so sweet and has the most amazing sense of humor. I feel lucky that she took care of me. ❤️ It also seemed that the nurse understood the sensitivity of my situation and sent a female to help. Proud that we have this kind of service in Yuba City.

Every time I come here I feel like Im not being listened to and pushed out the door as fast as possible. The front desk and nurses were just fine but the dr and PAs I keep getting just have terrible bedside manner. The last one didnt even fully check me out and didnt even tell me the medication he was prescribing me and was in and out of my room in under 3 min. He also falsified information on the report in my online report from them sutter my health online stating he had checked everything on me, telling me about the medication he was prescribing me and a few other things. I dont think ill be returning here. This is about my 4th bad experience here.

I was really not feeling well and they got me in within 5 minutes of arriving. My nurse was familiar, a sister from my Church the Bride, God sends family when you need them most! Emily was kind, professional and loving of course! Now the doctor! Oh, thank you Jesus for doctors with compassion. She took one look in my ears and listened to chest and gave me an antibiotic that was a two for one! Knock the infection my ears out and just in cast there was pneumonia starting up, it would deal with it as well. Hallelujah!!!So very grateful.

We live in this small community but it is a strong community with tight relationships with the people that serve it. The kids we grow up with are now doctors and our nurses and or anybody that would be in the medical field including dentists. I would recommend continuing to use this facility because it is a tier one medical facility for all your needs. Ive been to urgent care too many times to mention because I seem to fall down when I wear shoes. Its a movie reference that youre going to have to figure it out but I could not ask for a better staff to help me. Yesterday I had somebody asked me to help them move it safe and nobody was moving anything but me and it fell on my foot. Ouch. Thank goodness that I wasnt suffering from broken bones but it hit the top of my foot they x-rated gave me a shot in the tush and Im mending well.

Nobody likes going to urgent care. It means you or a loved one is sick or injured. I had a very bad sore throat for 4 days and thought I had strep. I went to Sutter Urgent Care on a Friday morning. The check in process was done on the phone since I had symptoms. I waited in my car to be called into a room. After only waiting about 10 minutes I was called in. The NP that saw me discussed my symptoms and history, and tested me for strep. The test results were done within 2 hours and posted to my on-line health account. The entire visit took less than 45 minutes total. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. I will go back there next time I need to.

I broke my hand and decided to take a scheduled appointment at the Yuba City urgent care because I didn’t feel up to waiting 6 hours at the emergency room @ Sutter in Davis which is closer to me. I had an appointment at 1:00 and was treated and released by 2:50. Very nice staff, and so was the treating physician. Definitely worth the hour drive! I highly recommend them.

Took my 3 year old daughter here in June and the dr we had was amazing . You could tell he knew how to work with children, she had strep throat and we got the antibiotics and everything went smoothly. Now fast forward to July 16, my daughter said her throat hurt, I looked and it looked like strep, I took her in again and we had a different provider who was I believe Sahota? My daughter saw the swab and starting freaking out cause she didn’t wanna do the test. The dr continues to tell my 3 year old that she needs to stop crying or mommy has to leave the room and they will have to hold her down. Which of course made her cry more. And she was saying to my 3 year old “there are other patients I need to help so you need to stop crying” anyways that just escalated the situation so she brought someone in and held her down, my daughter bit the swab and she said “got it” as if she got an accurate result from that? 30 minutes later I see the test was negative. I knew she had strep and I knew she needed antibiotics. So I scheduled with her pediatrician who looked at her throat and immediately said that it was strep, proscribed antibiotics and we were in and out with no problems, I can’t believe they sent us on our way without a diagnosis or antibiotic’s. Can happily say I will not be bringing my daughter back there .

My actual visit to Urgent Care went well. I tested positive for COVID at home, and went in first thing in the next morning. Staff tested me again for COVID and said I would get a prescription after their positive test, in about 3 hours, and they would call with the test results. I called at 8 pm, no test even in process. I called the next morning at 9, 24 hours after my appointment, nothing, test in process. I was finally notified by my pharmacy at 12 that a prescription was ready. Good thing because I was on day 5 of symptoms and the end of the window for Paxlovid. As of this review I never got a phone call with test results, nor did the results show up in my patient portal. I know Sutter can do better.

Well for this visit I was in and Out in very little time. the Doctor saw me right away and that was very nice. I have had to wait a very long time here before so it was a nice little surprise. i had head and Chest congestion that had been lingering for a couple weeks and when the doctor looked at me he told me my chest sounded Clear, (so i am not sure where the wheezing is coming from), and the he thought i might have a sinus infection, (Which i have had several times in the past but all of those times there was Yellow mucus, not this time). he gave me some antibiotics and sent me on my way. Didnt really seam to be very interested in my problem. - he was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Later that day i had to Call PG&E to get some account information straightened out. Some how I told the girl on the phone i did not feel well and after we finished fixing my account she spent at least 5 minutes on the phone with me telling me some remedies she had successfully tried which helped alleviate the same symptoms she had a few weeks before and made me Promise I would try them. she seamed She really made me feel she was genuinely concerned about me. BTW Her Advice was FREE. havent got the bill from Urgent care yet.....

I arrived at 8:05 p.m. with raging kidney stone pain, hoping for a tramadol shot. The signs and web site said urgent care was open until 8:30 P. M. A woman stood in the doorway and advised they were full up and taking no more patients. Full up means they have a new policy limiting the number of patients staff may see within a certain time frame. Full up means the were short staffed, perhaps simply did not schedule enough staff. There was no one in the waiting room. She suggested I go to the emergency room at Rideout/Adventist in Marysville. Rideout suffer from a well earned reputation from prior problems ( I hear they got better after Adventist arrived) for poor service as well as having waco alcoholic street people in their waiting room. My own personal experience: me: My wife is in tremendous pain and fears that her recent bariatric surgery may be going bad. Dr.: That is not a Cardiac surgery scar. Repeat 4 times. Ever get the feeling someone is not listening? Anyway, no to Rideout if there are any other options. If I had known they were closing early I would have arrived earlier, but all signs said open until 8:30 pm., and like a G. D. fool I trusted them!

Dont go there if it is really ugent, I want there Monday, I had a 1-3/4 nail buried completely in my calf, I was hit buy something my lawn mower picked up ( I didnt know then I went in what it was).After 4 1/2 hours, I had xrays that reviled what it was) then I was told they would refer me to a General Surgeon and sent me home. Then they sent me home with a script for antibiotics.2 Days later I was called and told that the General Surgeon was not available for 9 or 10 days (good thing I wasnt bleeding out).and besides I needed see an Orthopedic Surgeon, even tho the nails was a good 1/2 from any bone. They would send the referral back to Urgent Care and they would refer me to the Orthopedic Surgeon. I called them, and they said they would call me back when the referral was sent. Still waiting ... ... ... Tic toc tic toc... nadaI went to the emergency room at an Adventist Hospital, I was there 4 1/2 hours, but I left with the nail removed and well on my way to recovery. The General Surgeon there saved me thousands of $ because he did the removal right in the exam room!

The doctor was helpful and fixed me up. But I didn’t receive any discharge paperwork to manage my health afterwards. I had to ask a lot of questions to prepare myself on what to do next. Thankfully my mom is a nurse so I’m not completely in the dark, but everyone doesn’t have that. She was surprised they didn’t give me anything written down.

I’ve been on hold with Sutter North more than twice now so I’m going to complain on here to try to get a response. The doctor Sima Rad, needs to be FIRED, IMMEDIATELY. I went in with my throat closing in on me- I was suspecting an allergic reaction to something I ate. I gave my history how I am in recent post partum to the doctor and she dismissed all my symptoms and concerns and instead told me demeaning about how I am as a mother, labor is scary, I need a better support person, etc. I mentioned none of these thing!!! She proceeded to do a rapid strep test which I still don’t know why. When she entered the room again, the first thing she said to me was, “I’m going to give you a lecture” then proceeded to tell me to not beat myself up on being a mother, having a crazy family, with no support help and how it’s not my fault for having a baby ?!? Who is this lady !?!? So while shaving my legs yesterday I cut into a vein around my ankle and after several hours it wouldn’t stop bleeding. My husband called urgent care and asked if I could be seen there for this type of an emergency they welcomed us even with as much as a timeframe. And within 10 minutes of us being there we were in a room. Within another 5-10 minutes max a PA was with us,He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable, he explained that stitches wouldn’t work for this type of a cut and that he would have to cauterize which he did. It was painful but he stop the bleeding. We appreciated his promptness and professionalism, not to mention that he was very pleasant!

I am very pleased with my visit to Sutter Urgent Care on Friday, January 20, 2023. The office staff was GREAT! The nurse that took my vitals was wonderful. The Dr. that saw me took time to explain everything. I got there at 4:45 pm and was driving to pickup my medication by 5:40 pm. I even forgot my Kindle there and the office staff called me to verify it was mine by 6 pm! Dr. Tseng was wonderful. I was unable to get into my primary GP until the end of March. How can an Urgent Care be run without at least one doctor present? Patient care is being critically jeopardized without a doctor. Using and relying on a Nurse Practitioner is unacceptable. My experience has been when seeing a NP, they dont have the knowledge to accurately diagnose an illness as well as prescribe the correct medication. What a remarkable health care experience!! From start to finish. My toddler fell and opened his forehead. He needed 4 stitches. That is no small feat for anyone but Jas Sahota was one for the books!!!! Scheduled an appointment on line for 1 pm they took in several people that came in after me before they took me Into the back. I scheduled the appointment because I couldn’t stand without sever pain and needed assistance to stand I had to wait 40 min longer than the time I had my appointment scheduled for. They finally got me into a room and 40 min later still no doctor. I’ve been a Sutter patient for over 40 years and I’ve only been poorly once. It depends on the provider you get on the level of care you recieve. Some are very dismissive but some give stellar care and attention to their patients. I had one tell me I was having a panic attack when I explained my face was swelling and subsequently ended up at the ER for an allergic reaction after they dismissed me (my doctor sent me to ER). While I do agree that there are incidents when the emergency room is necessary, Urgent care doesnt run you through the ringer in order to alieviate pain or make you follow through with unnecessary tests in order to take care of your medical needs when your primary care provider is unavailable. I was referred here from a military clinic for strep throat like symptoms. They had me seen after about a 45 min wait, which I didn’t mind. However, the nurses didn’t seem to be very hospitable as they had the attitude of being in a hurry and i was a sort of “inconvenience” for them. I was covid tested and strep tested and told I’d receive a call for the results within 2 hours. 6 hours later I received a call saying I was covid negative (hallelujah) and then they hung up. I never received my results for strep, even after calling the next day to ask why. The nurse I talked to said they would call me back within a couple hours. It has been 12 hours since that call and I still haven’t received a call. It’s unfortunate that they have a rushed mentality. I’m just so under the weather and struggling with my symptoms (have been for the last 3 days) and want some action taken about it, but without that call I can’t get antibiotics. I don’t normally leave reviews but this experience has left a horrible impression on me.

I didnt have a good experience October 24th, 2022. You made me wait outside to be called in for a sinus infection, I was already diagnosed with a sinus infection prior, came for more antibiotics. Also you took people that checked in after me first. Your policy needs work.Amoxicillin didnt clear it up. So I ask for Levaquin. That is what my previous ENT doctor prescribed with good results. My provider wont send me to an ENT so please oblige me, Ive already been through sinus surgery and the surgeon removed a fungal ball at the Ethmoid.I have had chronic sinus issues for over 30years.

IM DISGUSTED! My husband went in today (8/22/21 around 12:45pm) for chest and arm pain as well as pain in other places. From the moment he walked into Sutter Urgent Care (which was not busy btw) he was treated with disrespect by the rude receptionist. She first yelled at him about where he should stand in line (there was no one else waiting in line btw). He explained how he did not have his insurance card, but that he is a veteran who is covered by VA health insurance and told her what priority group he is in, gave her his military/CA ID cards and pleaded with her to look up his insurance. She gave him attitude with an insulting look on her face and refused while stating that he needs a card to be seen. HE IS A VETERAN FOR GOODNESS SAKE. Is this how veterans are treated at Sutter Health?! Completely disgusted! Every time me or my children go to the doctors they are capable of looking up our insurance in their system and its no problem if we dont have a physical card on hand. That girl should not be working at the front desk in a customer service position with that attitude and laziness along with her lack of helpfulness. At least be nice about everything and dont act like people who come for help are wasting your time and you couldnt be bothered. Especially to those people who have risked their lives just so you can sit on your behind at a desk and act entitled.

Provider explained to me medication treatment available because of my health condition. I agreed to take it and 2 days later I feel good. I am pleased with prompt service and treatment option

The staff is really nice, but I dont feel very thorough.. I was seen fairly quick but rushed off all the same.. temp checked incorrectly as the thermometer was on my tooth/gum line, not under my tongue in any way and I was being seen for fevers.. they temped me at 98 and when I was at home two thermometers tested me at 101. I was sent off being told I could only take 1 medication to ward off symptoms and unfortunately it does nothing for cough.. I understand they may be limited but I went home with little comfort still trying to figure out what was wrong.

Last month I had several occasions to use Sutter Urgent Care. Each time the reception staff were courteous and professional. This has to be a stressful job dealing with people who are in pain, or at the least unhappy they are there to start with.I was there for a lacerated arm due to a fall. Nurse Shauna D. was the nurse assigned to me. She was very thorough and explained wound care to me. My foot was swollen and she suggested an x-ray. The x-ray determined a toe was broken.Dr. Tseng then saw me and showed me the x-ray and explained my options.He was very nice and very courteous.The second time, I again saw nurse Shauna D. For an infection. She went above and beyond to make sure I had lab tests and was prescribed the proper antibiotics and to arrange an appointment with my Physician.After this long posting, it is only necessary to summarize my experience with Sutter Urgent Care And staff as excellent.

Had to get 4 stitches. I received four shots in thumb to numb it for stitches. It didnt work and felt all 4 stitches when needle went in for the stitch. Almost fainted 3 times. I was left several times alone after feeling faint. I was fearful I was going to faint and smack my head on the ground. Either the meds used for shots was expired or the PA did not not use the correct one. It was the most excruciating pain I have ever felt and I have had 2 children.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The NP I saw was efficient. I was tested for Covid because that’s was what my symptoms suggested even though I had test negative twice at home. My only complaint is follow up suggestions. I still have a dry cough and low low grade fever. I had to look online to see what the YS health department said to do if you tested negative. Even though technically 99.4 temp is not a fever I needed to know if I could go out. Negative Covid tests can turn up positive in a few days? Week? I’m always concerned for others not worried about Covid for me. Also how long should I wait for a follow up if my symptoms persists

Would not accept us because our insurance was not in their system. We had Medicare and Federal Blue Cross a PPO. We had our insurance cards with us. We had been into them one time before a couple years ago. And had used them them then. My husband had had shoulder surgery erythromycin in March of this year and was experiencing severe pain. They refused service and told us to go to Adventist Health Ridout they couldnt help us. We have a good insurance. We offered to pay them outright but still refused service. No wonder they cant get help.

The 1 star is strictly for our experience with the nurse practioner Jaz. We went to be treated for a sinus chest cold. We tested negative for Cocid, the flu and strep. This provider said to take mucinex which we had and delsium for cough. We did! 3 days later my daughter was getting an ear ache and a fever so I called back to request antibiotics. A day later she sent a message that she wouldnt do that to keep doing mucinex. Or come back to be reevaluated or if she has trouble breathing go to the ER. Wow seriously I work I dont have 2 hours to go wait in urgent care and I am sure as heck not going to the ER and be more exposed. Thankfully we have an amazing dr who squeezed us in to do a phone appt and called in our antibiotics!! Dont waste your time or money going to Sutter North Urgent Care!!!!

Wife took our son who had been suffering from a cough and a low-grade fever. Before admitted they had us verify our ethnicity for whatever reason.After being seen, the nurse practitioner came to the conclusion that our son had allergies. We had our doubts about her diagnosis. COVID test came back negative fortunately. We went to Lincoln urgent because his fever worsened.They’re currently doing x-rays on his chest because to make sure he didn’t have inflammation on his lungs. It turns out he had a respiratory condition. Of course Yuba Sutter urgent care thought he just had allergies.As a military family, unfamiliar with the area, Yuba Sutter urgent care was our first choice due to the proximity to our base. We will not be going back and most of the folks I serve with agreed to avoid this care facility. It’s worth the longer drive down to Lincoln. Terrible service top to bottom.

Also nothing was done just a blood sample and the assistant had poked the needle in without looking for the vein and then started looking for the vein for a good 2 min then she went looking for help. Another thing is also if a patient is in PAIN and the doctor told us he will provide some medication while we wait in PAIN and after a 2 hour wait he asked us how is the medication is helping you? BUT we didnt get any medication. His face expression shows he was disappointed to hear that and why would someone want to do business with a company that lacks in service and experience. its been 3 days and we were told we would get a call and no call yet. A co-worker came down with COVID and we were all asked to get tested before we could return to work. I called the Sutter Nurse line and they referred me urgent care. Called urgent care, explained my situation and they said come in for a test. Drove thirty minutes and was told by the rude intake patient care rep that they dont do Covid testing. Thank you Sutter for wasting my time and fuel. Most departments at Sutter set the bar low and then fail to deliver on those low expectations.

This place is really going down the drain. We are long time patients with Sutter North, but the way this place has been ran the last few years, we are seriously considering another health care group. We came in, it was supposed to be a 30 to 45 minute wait. We have been here two hours, the last hour and a half it has been a wait in a small stuffy and hot to waiting for a doctor. Not ONCE has anyone come to check on us or at least let us know we havent been forgotten. Yall need to get it together. The entire health group here in YC has rapidly and progressively taken a major turn for the worst.

Sure some times they are busy. Other times slow. They have always seated me and saw me in a reasonable timely manner and Ive been there multiple times over the years for different things. This urgent care has access to run lab results in less then 1hr. People dont realize how important that is! They can run test to see if your having a heart attack, bacterial, viral infection, chemistry on you to give you accurate treatment for you situation. Other urgent cares in town dont have access to lab results so fast(24-48hrs for their lab results). Try going to Ride out and wait much much longer to get the same testing done. Ride out will give you worse service, much longer wait times for similar services this particular urgent care can offer. Sutter urgent care is good and I will continue to use them always if needed.

I visited Sutter Urgent Care Center in Yuba City located at 444 Plumas Blvd at 2:00 pm on Monday the 16th, 2020. My Insurance changed, I couldnt see my primary doctor anymore and many doctors offices are booked for months, so instead of going off my medication, I dropped into Urgent Care. Im on Estradiol used to lessen the side effects of my birth control Mirena IUD which helps treat my endometriosis. Its a very common condition, very common medication and Ive been taking it for years.When there, the doctor spent the whole time scrolling on his phone and proceeded to shame me for taking hormonal supplements saying it would give me breast cancer, and that the, quote Mirena has no side-effects and said, quote youre too young to have estrogen issues. He wouldnt let me finish a sentence, so I showed him my prescription bottle (instead of handing it back to me he placed it back in my purse himself), I offered the contact information for my previous doctor so he could confirm with him but he just shook his head and said no. Instead he told me, quote go find a doctor and have it removed - go to the pharmacy and get your pills and walked out without giving me his name when I asked. Sutter Health has provided his license info and name, Vishal Midha MD.I walked in thinking this center was clean and friendly but walked out having been shamed for having birth control. The Sutter Urgent Care Center in Yuba City does not have him listed as a medical professional or practitioner on file, but Sutter Health provided me his name, Vishal Midha, and license number. I have a board complaint in process and considering taking legal action once my complaint is processed so others do not get left in his inadequate care.I feel many lines were crossed, especially my privacy due to his cell phone use and putting my prescription back into my purse himself when he should have handed it back to me. Majority of his information about birth control was also wildly inaccurate.He could have recommended I see another nurse/doctor but instead forcefully directed me to go have my birth control treatment removed.I can only hope other women do not feel ashamed and helpless when visiting this center again. Next time my fiance will be in the room with me, I feel this doctor would not have acted so inappropriately and unprofessional if I wasnt alone.

The receptionist wouldnt take a picture of my health care card so I went thought the whole hassle of getting a temp card even though I had all the information cause she said she had to scan it in then after a CV couple hours of figuring out and talking to the insurance company I got a temporary card and went back and the same lady was there and only need the info this time. Where is the compassion for the sick, I didnt go in there to hangout.

The nurse Gus and desk clerk Sunny were wonderful, but our visit was a huge waste of time. After waiting over an hour and a half, the doctor finally came in only to tell us that they didnt offer pediatric services and that we needed to take our daughter to the ER. He didnt even look at her. A frustrating waste of time and money!
