Staff is great. (Except for maybe the lady who kept correcting me and used very technical words. I couldnt think straight to express myself super professionally. I was in pain) But seriously, very friendly and professional. They booked me, gave me the option to wait or come back when my appointment time got closer, and diagnosed me very fast and efficiently. Dr. Douglas Andrew Tucker is great. He made sure to input my prescription right away, so itd be ready soon and selected a pharmacy that was on my way home, so itd still be open when I got there. Had he not thought of that, my regular pharmacy would have been closed and wouldve had to wait till the following morning to get my treatment started. Great care all around.

Excellent care and service! I highly recommend this Urgent Care clinic. I contacted three different facilities and none had a radiologist on site during Memorial Day weekend, except for Sutter Health. They were kind, professional, and efficient. Also, the facility was modern and clean, unlike other facilities I’ve been to in the past. Thanks for taking great care of me!

Came in very sick. Even though they were busy and quoting 90-120 minute wait times they got me in within 20 minutes. Ran tests and diagnosed my issue quickly and got me on the right meds to help get over it. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

So much better now that they’ve implemented an online appointment system for same-day urgent care, so you no longer have to just show up and wait. Friendly staff and doctors, and with an appointment, wait times are pretty good. Less than 10-15 min in the lobby, then 10-15 in the room waiting for the doctor after the nurse takes vitals.

I receive excellent care from Sutter Health across the board. Yesterday first time to Urgent Care. Organized, efficient and friendly professional staff. Great care with little wait time.

Went into Sutter Urgent Care in Los Gatos as my eyes had gotten very red and swollen. Perhaps a reaction to something I touched and then touched my eyes. I was seen quickly and got excellent care. Even though the facility was busy, Dr Tierney took all the time needed to evaluate and decide on appropriate treatments. He was careful to ensure my questions were answered and I was comfortable with the resolution. He came up with treatments including both OTC and prescribed drugs. After first day, I have seen significant improvement, so on the path to recovery.

This has got to be the best urgent care center I’ve visited. Very polite and helpful staff and doctors. I’ve visited several times for myself and my kid and always got the quickest possible service and help. Thank you folks, keep doing the good work!

I was disappointed that early in the morning there were no same day appointments, but I did a walkup and was seen within a relatively short time. Both the PA and the doctor I eventually met with were friendly and knowledgeable, and I was given a number of tests. Later that day, the doctor called to tell me the texts were negative, which I appreciated. i would have given this a five star review, which the staff deserve, but I dont consider it OK to not have same day appointments available first thing in the morning.

Dr. Ngo was fantastic and patient when I saw her at Urgent Care in Los Gatos late in the evening. She was professional and carefully listened to the details of my fall. She went beyond my expectations when she called me early the next morning with X-ray & CT Scan results. She also answered my follow up question immediately later that day. The entire staff at Urgent Care was excellent.

I had a pleasant experience my first time around here, but not my second time. I checked in around 8:20 am after waiting in line the moment it opened at 8 am, I’ve been in pain since around 4 am as my ear feels like it’s about to burst, hadn’t been able to sleep at all due to the pain, at the front desk I was told I’d be seen by a nurse in 10 to 15 minutes for my vitals and might be asked to leave and come back around 11 am, over an hour later, I still had not been seen, asked the front desk again how much longer because I’m in so much pain only to be told again that I’d be seen shortly, the front desk continued to laugh about other things behind the desk and seemed to have no urgency for me whatsoever.
