Were a non-profit attending conferences for the first time, and we wanted a quick, efficient, and fool-proof way to get instant feedback. After looking around, we went with SurveyStance. SS is intuitive, has a handy dashboard, and affordable. The customer service was the biggest part of our selection though. Natalie has been so helpful in getting us set up, and then answering any questions that arise. Would definitely recommend.

We moved from SurveyMonkey to Survey Stance and it was very efficient and easy. We were very happy for the ability to have a dedicated advisor to help us when we had questions and not just a random key word search to try to answer our questions. It was also nice that they had pricing that accommodated the fact that we had our own equipment also. Very affordable, very Friendly and Very easy to work with!!!

Survey Stance has been a game changer for our business! We own a property management co and and use two different Survey Stance products. We use the actual kiosk stand in our brick and mortar office as well as in multiple lobbies of our apartment complexes. The feedback we have received from our tenants has been very valuable and we finally have a grasp on what’s happening on the day to day. Survey Stance has allowed us to make major changes in our organization, all for the better, and we finally have the right people working for our company thanks to the feedback. We also use that survey stance email signature product. AMAZING!!!! It allows our vendors to rate us via email. This is very beneficial to our office as it captures the feedback from our customer service team, tenants, vendors and staff. I get real time feedback so I can jump in and actually fix the situation before a bad Yelp or google review hits. The set up is next level easy and these ppl just know what they are doing! We recently tested SurveyStance via iPad kiosks in various departments of the Arizona Humane Society to gauge the customer experience we offer, and SurveyStance was great to work with! Their support team was fast and helpful whenever we needed them and the online portal tool was very user friendly. We no longer need the services they currently offer as we shift our focus to another area of customer service for the pet lovers we serve in the Phoenix area, but we may reconsider in the future if our needs align again.
