Store was great. Nice layout inside.Since theres so many people coming in/out of the store, the CS here doesn’t bother to go up to anyone to ask if they need a size or anythingYou have to bring what you want up to the counter and they go to the back and grab it for you. Nice merch but some (HEAVY on SOME) of the staff are really rude. It’s hard to find anyone to help you, and the staff make you feel like an inconvenience when you ask about options for sizing and colour. As long as you know what you’re coming in for, you’ll be fine, but the casual browsing experience is trash. Huge parking lot out front.

Unfortunately, I cant order anything thru their website with the whole credit card/ address thingy. Since we were visiting L.A., it was mandatory to physically visit the Supreme store. Now, based on the previous reviews, I expected a different experience. These guys were super nice and helpful while I was there, I cant give them anything less than 5 stars. The staff that assisted me was more than wonderful.

The Supreme shop on Sunset Strip is a hotspot for streetwear fans. While its cool, its a shame Tower Records isnt there anymore. It was a big part of the areas vibe.

Had a good experience here for the first time with our 10, almost 11, year old son. They have more stock than the online store and everyone is super helpful. I can see how others might feel like the staff was rude, but they were all willing to help us and let us know the sizes and colors they had for what we wanted. 🤷‍♀️

Not many items. Park your car at right places. I got a ticket for $68. I parked my car at residential area behind the street less than an hour. I didn’t see any sign for parking violation. Probably, I might not pay attention for checking availability because there was residential area. The street is not crowd. On going construction around. Opened and closed shops are 50:50.

The only employee who was helping was only on his phone, and when I asked for help, it looked like he got annoyed and without saying anything, he grabbed the shirt from my hand and took it, he was on his phone the entire time. Gigantic storefront with hardly any clothes on display. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to stare at concrete and some poor designs. Art on the wall looks like a 7 year old on acid designed it. Not even sure what the F1 sculpture is about. This brand is getting too off the rails.

Went there twice during my visit to California. Great experience both times. Plenty of parking, staff are nice. They are helpful and wont bother you unless you need sizing or new pieces. Most importantly, the store have fitting rooms to try the clothings. Something which was missing when I visited the San Francisco outlet. They didnt allow me to try the fit which was important since they have different cuttings for the tees. Also, its hard to find parking at San Francisco outlet, something to keep in mind. Just come here, since the staff working are generally more welcoming here.

The LA Supreme store.Came in a Tue afternoon, not busy, walk in and bought some t shirts and a zip pouch.Not many products to choose from. Expect a line unless you go in on a non busy day. People always complain about the fact that there are lines here but it is normal. Its a small store and security is also there to help move the line and protect the store and employees. If you sign up for drop day (usually a Thursday) and you come just know it is hectic and there are lots of people. You will be in line for 2 hours plus depending on how popular the items are. Expect things to sell out by the time you get in and expect a chance at not being able to obtain the items you want. Overall the staff is pretty friendly provided you arent being rude or grabbing everything off the shelves. If you are in LA and you are into fashion or street wear check it out.

The current staffs are rude and sort of aggressive. We found a different design on the shelf that was not hung on the hanger so we picked that out and the staff came to us and took that cloth away and aggressively yelled to us All clothes are hanging on the hanger we tried to say that its a different one but he just took the cloth away and never gave it back to us. It was an unbelievably unpleasant experience overall. Assistant staffs were not educated for service jobs. But the cashier was fine.

We Ike the brand but this location stinks. So cocky. They make it understood that you need them more than they need you. Employ bouncer types to work the ever present line. Thugs. I arrived at supreme store at 20 minutes before the store closed. Parking attendant was rude and said store was closed. Then when I asked my son to get off the two supreme workers were outside just talking and laughing and said the store was closed I said it’s not time yet they said no. Very rude and they just laughed. After driving close to 3 hours to get there and dealing with all the traffic. Horrible experience. The workers at supreme store should welcome clients instead of pushing them away. I am telling friends to avoid this store.

The staff was so ridiculously rude and funny. I was asking if I could get a smaller bag cuz I was given a huge bag when checked out and it was just not convenience for us to carry this huge bag for the whole day. The guy I was talking to thought that I want extra bags for free ( what are you? Is Supreme unaffordable luxury brand?). He cut off several times while I was trying to explain and was being VERY VERY RUDE and IMPATIENT. Other staffs were really nice and helpful but that guy ruined my whole day. Staff here were friendly and relaxed. They were sold out of the items I wanted but they assisted my friend in getting the items he needed. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and like the clothes. Parking is a little tricky. And I’m sure Thursday mornings are extremely busy.

I went to visit the LA supreme store for the first time, the store was super nice. However I have an issue with the staff and it seems like I’m not the only one. I asked for a sweater in a size medium and they first handed me a size small? and then they went back and gave me a open plastic bag with a sze medium sticker on it so I got ahead and buy it.Come back home ( keep in mind I live in a whole nother state) and open my sweater to see it was a size small sweater just in a medium size bag.. i just feel scammed idk lol. Just check the size they give you when you ask for another size. Learn from my mistake

I went today with my 12 year old son who is way into Supreme brand. Parking sucks as was expected but we drove a couple times around the block and got really lucky finding a spot literally less than 20 feet from the Supreme store. There was a line but it was rather small, Id say about 20 or less people waiting to be let in. Got in line and it only took less than 15 minutes to get in the store. That in itself was awesome because after reading all of the reviews on here, I was expecting an hour or more wait time. The store itself has a nice vibe, very clean but smaller than I expected. The worst part was the lack of product available. I certainly expected nothing from recent drops to be available but every t-shirt on display and hanging up was other brands and NOT ONE ACTUAL SUPREME BRAND T-SHIRT IN THE STORE! Very disappointing considering we drove over 3 1/2 hours total to and from the store. I at least thought there should be Supreme t-shirts to be able to buy. My son ended up picking a Supreme beanie and a package of Supreme boxers. He was happy with the experience but thought it would be different. Anyway, we didnt encounter any rude employees or security guards but the two guys working the registers left a little bit to be desired. I mean, yeah we get it...you work at Supreme and your cool but a little friendliness or something would have been nice. Although it was a bucket list item to actually visit a Supreme store, I will most likely be sticking to buying online and from resellers because of the lack of product available at the actual store.

I was here a couple weeks ago. The store itself was good and the staff was ok. I expected longer lines to get in and less items in stock since SS21 was over but I got inside in less than 5 minutes waiting and there were still very good items from SS21 in stock. Another nice thing I have to say of this Supreme shop is that they are also very generous with stickers (they gave me 8 of them). If you are in Fairfax it’s a must to visit this shop and also Golf Wang.

Brought a friend who was visiting from another state. They are still requiring customers to wear masks. Since I didnt have one I wasnt allowed in. I was able to secure a mask after being outside chatting with the security for abt 15 mins. Went inside and found my friend and a few shirts for my kids. Some pieces I find to be overpriced while other pieces fall within industrys standards. Staff is very helpful and is expeditious is getting your requests filled. Just show them what you want from the menu bar and pay.

Went to the store last week on Sunday and they didn’t want to let me in the last 20-25 minutes without a mask, so I get one within a minute time and I come back and he tells me I only have literal 5 seconds to go into the store. I don’t know if the person who I was talking to thought I was being sarcastic or thought it was funny but it was really immature to be given a unreasonable and unrealistic amount of time to find and buy what I could get, I understand it may get busy in the store and the job gets hard to manage how many people can come in the store but there was about 7 people maximum who were already about to purchase their products, I already knew what I want from the store which all came out to 500$+ I know you guys don’t need the money but I’d be glad to take it anywhere else if I can’t get the normal customer service like people are supposed to get. Anything passed a workers time is their time, it shouldn’t be based on their time whule the Supreme store is open. Put your security guards in check they’re disrespectful and it’s causing you guys to lose money :/. Good day to the owner of this store I hope you see this 🙏 I hate buying from the website lol

I liked the experience of the store, it was a very nice and chill store. The workers are very friendly and the security guard was very chill. The workers are all just casual skaters, not rude hype beasts. You will most likely have to wait in line to get in, when i went it was a 2 minute wait. The stuff there was relatively cheap and not a million dollars like everyone thinks, shirts are 36 and hoodies and jackets and pants etc are 80 and up. I highly dont recommend coming on Thursdays unless you have money and a reserved space in line which you can get every Tuesday on the supreme website.

So the story is sad. A friend of mine asked me to visit this store as I was expected to be in LA for a couple of days. Because of the heavy traffic I arrived at approximately 6:45 PM and had to park. The situation is, that at 6:53 PM I was standing right in front of the entrance, and you know, what? A guy (the worker) inside saw me, but immediately locked the door and with no excuses the shop was closed. Not that I was surprised, I was shocked and disappointed.That`s not fair, dudes. Many of the employees were helpful except for two who lacked customer service. In fact, they provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a store in my entire life. There was a worker with a buzz cut who wore a black crewneck and one who wore a toque (with the supreme logo backwards) was completely rude. The one with the buzz cut straight up tells you to pay attention to what youre doing (as a retailer, you can either provide information for your customers about how the store works or if you think the customer is lost, then tell them in an appropriate manner). The one who wore a toque, yelled at some of the customers who touched one of the display clothing which he did not know that he should not have touched them. In a normal clothing retail store, you can touch the display clothing, knowing that the customer is not informed about how the store works, you can just ask them not to touch it and tell them how the store works such as, These clothes are for display, if there is a size, I can help you find it, instead, he tells the customer can you not see on the bottom that theres another one of the same ones?, like really? We get that customers will come buy the products regardless but do not taint the companys name.The issue isnt the lack of sizes, which was understandable to the popularity regarding the brand, it was the condescending nature of the sales associates that made this a negative first time experience. I would rather purchase the items online rather than returning to the physical store. It is apparent that they do not have individual sale goals, if the store trained their employees better, we would have probably purchased more items.

Supreme L.A. The people who work there are the worst Ive seen and they treat fatally the buyers who are supposed to buy and advertise the brand. According to my own experience I do not recommend it at all, but for the workers of the establishment.They should change all the guys that are there.To enter there is a queue and you can not be near the store because, according to them, you block the street and they have a queue that occupies half a sidewalk. You are in the place next door and they approach you to throw you away.

Awesome experience. Only complaint is that the staff were always chatting and when I tried to ask for a sizing of a shirt the guy told me to go away. Hot weather at certain times of the year. Come around spring or December for 80-90 degree weather. Most likely a wait in line is guaranteed but is always an hour. I would say come on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday. Die-hard fans always are waiting in line for drops on Thursday. You wont get most of the drop-items but there will still be some shirts or hats that will catch your eye. I have been a few times and the store is very well cooled down for hot days. Good prices, Good street also.

Supreme does their best to organize the lines, but it’s understandable they’re Supreme and a lot of hype surrounds them. Excluding all the kids who act up in line and the wait time, the actual experience inside is worth it. The staff is pretty down to earth and appreciative of customers. The skating bowl is nice. Supreme doesn’t have sold out signs instead they support other brands and sell their items.

I was at the store and on the rack there were clothes and I just took one off of the shelf and on worker said “No buddy you can’t touch those.” And my mom said, “ well then why can’t you guys put up a don’t touch that sine.” And he just gave her the devil look. The cloths don’t fit because the sizes are bad. Long long. And we went over to the Bape store and it was a little bit more expensive but nice employees nice clothes better stock than supreme and it was great. They also gave us fans because it was a hot day.

Our teenagers wanted to visit the store on our trip to LA. So we obliged them. The staff were rude and spoke down to people. As a business owner myself....my doors would be closed if I treated my clients like that. The only regret I have is letting my kids buy their stuff and supporting that business. I tried to make a purchase at this store on my debit card and was told by the clerk it was declined. He then took my card and entered the numbers manually. After a minute I offered to pay cash to speed things up and the clerk returned my card. Upon returning to Canada I noticed I had been charged on my debit card against my knowledge for the purchase I made in cash. I attempted to call the store, no answer, and emailed customer support three separate times without any response whatsoever. Could have been an honest mistake but customer service was so poor in the store that I would never go back. Had a horrible experience, I camped out on Wednesday thinking If I had arrived early I would get what I wanted, come Thursday when the store opened at 11:00 am there were about 100-200 people crowded around the front of the store. The employees at supreme made all the people patiently waiting in there chairs move all the way back down the street and let everyone who decided to show up before the store opened cut in front of not only me but the people who had been there since Tuesday. All I have to say to those of you who plan to camp out or expect to get what you want is to crowd the store like a heard of cows because I dont see the point of camping out or being patient. The store was great. Customer Service was nice. Although they did not have any box logo clothing there was other stuff that I found appealing. Tips get there pretty early a Hour early. Stay in line. Follow directions. Bring water or sunscreen because it will be a lengthy wait. There are barely any smalls or xl so be mindful of that. The only downside was the long wait and the hot weather.

This place is not worth of your time. If I can rate ZERO STAR, I would. I’ve had to wait for 1.5 hours to get inside and the people inside were so rude and racist. They thought every asian doesn’t know how to speak English. They even said, “Don’t touch the clothes if you won’t take it.” How the hell will you buy something if you don’t even know the clothes texture that you’re going to buy. My 12 years old and I decided to spend one day of spring break in LA. I let him plan the day while We were in the car for more than an hour. He decided to go to Supreme. I agreed. There was 2 long lines and the security ask us to stay in 2 seperates lines. After hour and half hour they sent my son in as I was still out. He was showing items that he likes from distance. Another security asked me what is going on and the girl next to me said her son is shopping and she is out. He opened the belt and let me in. After my son picked what he wants we were at the register and he told me mom I see you outside. I advised him to stay but he left. In less than 5 minutes he came back and this is when the security pulled me and accused me that I am liar and next time if I go there he will nor let me in ... showing the line to me that what I did was not fair to people waiting in line. I got upset as I never lied about my son in the store and he was still insisting that I did. Beside this occusation, the day we decided to spend together and have fun was not fun any more as my son was blaming himself that he should have listened to me and stay. I will never go there again. My dignity has much more value than anything else.

I never really wrote reviews but it was quite an experience today. I am sooo confused. I want to give 5 star for those working inside the store but some guard was SO SO SO rude to my my Mom. When we came to the store today a friend of mine was staying in the store line and he was holding space for me. My mom was going along the line trying to find him and when she finally found him the guard with the beard came and told my mom that he wont let her in and that she was trying to cut the line. He was very very very rude and showing his man power over a woman. He even came to me in the store (and yes I stayed with my friend all the way in line) to ask if my mom was in the store with me. Seriously?!?!? No, she was not at that point. When I got to the store my Mom realized I did not take enough money so she came to the entrance guard and asked (no, she did not want to come inside, she is not into Supreme, Chanel and Hermes is her thing) but thank you the Manager, who was very quick and professional being that there was a child in the store and told the guards that my Mom could come in. I do not know his name, he was wearing black glasses but THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Without your kind help I would not be able to buy all those nice things I got today as my credit card has a limit and this kind Man let my Mom in so she can pay. She was also going to pay for one t-shirt for my friend for keeping a space in line for me as we got caught in the traffic driving to Supreme (not too mentioned that when the store just opened a few days ago I with other teenagers stayed in line from 5 am!!!! and still did not get in). So we came today. Anyway. While in the store the same guard was harassing my Mom again saying she did not stay in line (yes, after the guard harassed her she stepped out and was not in line but she was there, around making sure nothing happens to a minor (we heard the stories of fights) me and my friend ) and sorry, I just turned 14 a few days ago so I think it is ok to have a supervision in your store for minors. This guard was keeping harassing my Mom and out of the blue said that she HAS to pay for my friends another t-shirt. Other wise he will kick her out of the sore. My Mom is very gentle and polite Lady especially she always gets generous gifts to my friends and can not stand any drama, so she did not react and just said ok, I will pay (like I said, she was going to buy my friend a gift). Was 15 min before closing and they wouldnt let us in to shop terrible how posted time is 7pm someone tries to come shop and turned them away because your staff in a hurry to clock out and leave

Complete garbage. Low quality fabrics and materials. Cheaply applied graphics of a do-it-yourself, craftsy type. Poor customer service. The association with Jean-Paul Gaultier only serves to damage his brand. Totally throwaway clothing.

The Los Angeles location of the award winning mens clothing sensation Supreme offers cutting edge garments for the streetwear set. Extremely popular and much hyped Supreme merits daily long waits for entrance to the store. The hype while inflated for the brand is built on a solid foundation of downtown NYC skateboard cool. However temper your hopes for the item your searching for the best pieces are quickly bought for the reselling market. Supreme LA is worth a special trip if you are a die hard street fan.

Im posting here not so much for Supreme, which is a good urban street wear brand, BUT in response to the Tool who posted about youre not going to be treated well if youre not embedded within their culture. Im from NYC, and have been shopping at Supreme since 10 years before they opened their Fairfax location (in 2004) at the Lafayette location downtown (20+ years ago.)Are you a retail sociologist, an ambassador of the brand, or the Donald Trump of who should buy street wear at Supreme or elsewhere? At the risk of dating myself Im a few years older than Tony Hawk, hes 48, if you dont know that or worse if you have never heard of him.Skateboard style had merged with urban street wear long before you were probably even born. Most of Supremes customers, at least in NYC, have never been on a skateboard! Customers still in school, cant afford the clothes unless their mommy and daddy pay for them. Is that you? The only Supreme culture is capitalism. Why do you think they keep their quantities low, and have Tools like you lining up for Thursday drops. You should be the poster boy for pro bullying .EVERYONE, if you like their style feel free to walk in and browse or buy whatever you like. If youre not treated well by a salesperson for paying a premium for Supremes brand tell them to go f**k off. If douche bags like you are now wearing Supreme, me and my crew may need to change brands!

Theres always a line to enter as they highly control how many people are in the store. Selection will vary depending on when you visit so adjust your expectations accordingly. Try to get there right when it opens.

Im from vegas 13 years old and i went to fairfax it was nice but supreme kicked it up a notch it was sick i thought HYPEBEAST were there but i was glad there wasnt i liked the staff the appeal everything i got some nike sbs with the og box logo sticker but overall just go you will have the time of your life true yolo moment for me ;)
