I hired SuperTech Geek to come to our office and move all the computer equipment, printer, fax and phone to the new office and set everything up again.Our orginal desktop was getting old and slowing down. Michael installed a new desktop, cloned and moved all the data over. He also installed a backup external hard drive with automatic backup software.Everything is working great and recommend his services.

I found SuperTech Geek after searching Google for business IT Support.I requested a quote to upgrade the old wifi setup to a newer wifi 6E Mesh System that will cover a large office area, fix an issue with our network, remove viruses and update all our desktops, laptops and macbooks.Michael came out and started his magic, installed three wifi mesh systems that covered the whole office with a strong dedicated wifi connection. I have twelve laptops, nine desktops, and six macbooks, and they all stay connected with solid fast speeds. Michael did an awesome job fixing the network, removing viruses, and updating all the computers.The service he provided was professional, great communication, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process in detail and how the new wifi mesh system works.I am very satisfied with all SuperTech Geek business services.I then made another appointment a few weeks later for a house call to upgrade my home wifi and update my two macbooks and iMac. Again, great service and communication, he answered all my questions about the update process. He also helped me back up my Macs to external hard drives. My sons gaming PC was in a bad way when I reached out to SuperTech Geek. Needed a new motherboard, RAM, and SSD. He did an amazing job- new case, fans, RGB lights, and a cool liquid cooler. My pc towers CPU temperatures were super high/throttling constantly and Michael was able to identify that it was a CPU cooler issue and installed the new fan I brought as well as cleaned the inside for me within a day - I also highly appreciate him updating me on his progress via text. I made an attempt to vacuum out my computer and used one little can of air but it didnt work the best so I called for a cleaning quote. He was very helpful on what I should do and also notified me a couple of my fans werent plugged in. He told me what part to buy on Amazon so i can power them since there werent more fan power locations on motherboard.

Mike accepted an old MSI gaming laptop that no one else wanted to repair, due to issues these machines have. (Anyone who owns one of these tightly packed machines would know well.) The fan was noisy, machine was running hot, and the case was bent because of an expanded battery plus lack of good care from the original owner. (It had been sat on!) I had confidence in Mikes ability, and he certainly came through. The machine performs like new, theres no noise, and its operating smooth as a whistle. I highly recommend Mike to anyone and everyone. He is a class act, and I have to say that its hard to find people like him these days. Im super glad I did. Thanks Mike; I am now a Super Tech Geek!

Michael diagnosed and repaired my 3 year old Gaming Desktop. It was overheating, freezing, then would BOD and shut down.I received an update 2 days later that the CPU liquid cooler was going out causing the system to overheat and shut down. He also tested all the hardware for issues.Michael provided an estimate to replace the liquid cooler, run hardware test after it was replaced and also clean all the dust inside that accumulated over the years. He suggested to clean it out once a year. His estimate was very reasonable and provides a 90 day warranty which is great!.My gaming desktop is now clean, running fast with great FPS. Awesome! I was at wits end and had no idea how to fix my PC that wouldnt turn back on after an outage. After sending it here I got informed my PSU and motherboard died T-T. Got a good price for how badly my PC was messed up. After replacing those respective parts, he even flipped my fans since they were facing the wrong way. I definitely wouldnt know without his help. I will start by saying I myself fix computers and these guys take this process to another level. I have been using computers since the commodore 64 and like I said these guys can fix issues that you might have given up on. As a business owner I can tell you if youre computer is having any issue at all bring it to them and you will see for yourself. I spent 7 hours trying to resolve a mobile data remote control issue from a 2nd hand computer I purchased that was impossible to remove and they fixed it here after going to 5 different computer repair places in the Bay area!!! Mike was courteous and professional and said he would give it a look and more importantly they dont overcharge for their service!! These guys really know macbook pros!

I consulted SuperTech Geek a few months ago and completely forgot to leave a review as I promised the extremely nice and professional gentleman who repeatedly gave me helpful information every time I bothered him.I initially gave him a ring when I had issues with my Asus laptop and based on the issues I was experiencing, he recommended I take the manufacture warranty route. Without even physically seeing the device, he let me know my problem was most likely a motherboard issue and it would be rather expensive to get it fixed out of pocket. He ended up being spot on accurate as to what the issue was and because I was still under my manufacturer warranty I was able to get a new laptop free of cost through Best Buy.I commend SuperTech Geek because I called in multiple times and the gentleman who answered (forgot to grab his name) was extremely patient with me especially since I’m not super tech savvy and ask irrelevant questions of curiosity. He was super informative and gave me advice that was in my best interest when he easily could have made a quick buck (I didn’t even consider the warranty option). He is clearly passionate about what he does and is extremely customer oriented.I was looking at his reviews and it is annoying to see he has many fake reviews with people who weren’t even customers in hopes to trash his business. Take my word for it, this business has your best interest at heart as far as my experiences have shown me.

I brought my laptop in to get serviced as it was running very slowly. He promised it would be completed within the week. We are going on 9 months now and it still hasnt been completed. He has repeatedly extended the deadlines and provided excuses each time I call for an update. To make matters worse, he refuses to return my laptop each time I have asked for it.There was no receipt provided as I trusted his word to get the work completed after I paid him.He has many other one star reviews both on here and on Yelp too. I wouldnt recommend anyone do any business with him at this point.

Make sure to log and have proof of all your parts or else you might have things turns with parts missing and swapped out. Remove your hard drive so that he cant access your personal information. Small companies you have no one to report to when things go wrong. Geek Squad had a better warranty. With Geek Squad you know how much you will pay too. You may be quoted one price but then have that price continually raised and then if you disagree and ask for your stuff back to go elsewhere, it will become a huge headache.

I contacted Michael to help in upgrading the boot drive of my 27 iMac. I also wanted to add a second internal drive if possible, but my machine supposedly lacked the proper connectors.
