Marc is absolutely phenomenal! I wish I could give 10 stars. He’s responsive at setting up a quote and doing the work. And the work he does is nothing short of miraculous. My car was hit VERY hard by another car door. It was on a hill and the dent was created by the edge of the door. So not only was it a hard hit but it was created by a thin edge that caused a very difficult pinch. Marc was able to remove the dent AND the pinch. The car, other than the place where the paint was crinkled, bc the sharp pinch, LOOKS LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED. He would’ve fixed the pain too but we’re planning on doing that in our own.He’s so incredibly thorough. He’s mobile and can come to you so also very convenient.His prices are incredibly fair for the amazing work he does. I’m genuinely amazed. TRUST. I would recommend him to all my friends and my mom.

Our Lexus sustained a dent just over the rear door, on a roof body line. Everyone else said they wouldn’t try or that it couldn’t be fixed without doing full on body and paint, not Mark though. He immediately said he could fix it, and of course he came through. It’s like it was never there and my wife was extremely happy, as her car is back to a new appearance. marks process is amazing, and he is relentless about getting this perfect. His price was great. In fact, Mark was so cool, I hung out and talked about his approach to his work and range of other topics. He was a very down to earth guy.

Marc did a simply amazing job repairing my Tesla, which had damage on both rear wheel wells. I have attached before and after photos.Originally I contacted a different paintless dent repair professional, who had done a great job on my other cars, but said these dents were too tough for him. Marc had no problem undertaking these repairs. He stopped by my office a couple of days after my initial contact and gave a quote, then repaired the car over the weekend. It looks like new and the cost was a fraction of what traditional body work would have cost. Marc also shared some of the techniques behind his work, which to me is frankly magic.I noted a few negative reviews unhappy about communication. My advice is have appropriate expectations, Marc is a busy one person shop and there is no office returning calls or answering the phone immediately. Having said that, Marc always replied to my texts with a half day and was extremely punctual. His service was fast and effective.

I am not one to write reviews, but I had to after receiving superior service from Mark. I had a dent on my driver side door and through my detailer he referred Mark to me. I live an hour away from San Jose and Mark had no problem coming to my house. Luckily he did because I remembered that two of my other cars needed dents removed. Mark spent several hours fixing all my cars. It amazes me how advanced he is in the workmanship he does. He provided excellent service and was very patient in explaining what he was going do to remove an 8 crease on my rear door caused by neighbors scooter handle. I will recommend you call him if you need dings and dents removed. I was told by a different dent removal company that they could not remove the crease completely because access was limited by the construction of the door. Would give Marc 10 stars. I had 4 dents in my truck from people opening their car door into it. I went for a quote and after having a quick look he said he could fix it on the spot within the hour. I was surprised as other paintless dent removal companies had quoted 3x the price and had said they would need the vehicle overnight. Marc fixed the dents so fast! An hour later my doors were back to OEM. I couldn’t tell the dents were ever there. And this is when truly looking at all angles in direct sunlight. Smooth! This guy has a lot of experience. Dummy here installed modular lumber racks on my F350 and totally forgot about how tall they were when I drove into an underground parking garage. By the time I realized what I did, it was too late. My trucks bed rails were badly damaged and I was convinced I would need a new bed... Whats worse is that the underground garage overhead iron gate is still laughing at me.Enter Marc the Metal Magic Man. The rails were badly warped and I knew my camper shell would never seat properly. Ive been using Marks PDR services for awhile now on a few of my cars. Without fail he always comes through and gets the job done right with a no bullsh*t approach! He is always prompt with his responses and is easy to get ahold of either by phone or text. Im extremely satisfied with the work he did on my Ap2 Honda S2000 this morning on short notice. I had small little dents all around the car that he glassed perfectly, but I was even more impressed with the dents that he removed from my passenger side quarter panel. Pictures dont really show how bad those dents were but trust me, those dents were pretty sharp and deep. I dont usually go out of my way to leave reviews but this time it was a must! I had a dent it the back of the Model 3 Tesla and was told I had to go to a Tesla shop, who told me the panel would have to be replaced and there is no way the dent could be pushed out.My car would also not be available for a month. After reading several reviews of this fantastic person by the name of “Marc” his superior name does not do any justice. It should be magnificently infinite beyond expectations!In less than 24 hours of receiving a minor dent and after several PDR calls, this terrific gentleman answered my call in a timely manner and fashion that met all of my needs during a busy midweek schedule. Marc came to my house to repair the dent and a couple of small dings on the left rear side of my car (as shown on the pictures). He worked meticulously and deliberately, and Marc even invited me to watch the whole process. After two and half hours of his works, the dent and two dings are invisible. Im not sure if I contacted Marc on a good day, but I got my dents/dings removed in the same day I contacted him. The whole process went smooth and fast (about 35 minutes) since he arrived right when I got off work late afternoon. Hes mobile so hell arrive to fix your dents right to wherever you are with his many tools. The price was reasonable and now I wont have to look at those annoying dings all over my car. There are also multiple methods of payment such as card or check.

I wish i had the before picture but it had damage on both the metal and plastic. As with what other reviewers have stated, Marc took out the dents/dimples I had on my car and we avoided the need to have panels and parts removed/reattached, metal Bondo-d and repainted, paint colors not matching, etc. The dents/dimples are gone and no one who looks at the car can tell they were ever there. I’ve heard about paintless dent removal as an option for years now but never tried it myself; surely there must be a catch or it’s too good to be true, right? But, given my mechanic’s recommendation, I felt a lot more confident about trying the paintless dent removal process and specifically using Superior Paintless Dent Removal.Marc is super professional, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain how he was going to fix the dents. Paintless Dent removal is an art! It takes a lot of patience, skills with superior attention to detail - and Marc (the owner of Superior Paintless Dent Removal) checks all of that on the list. I consider myself a pretty meticulous guy, and by the time Marc was done with his job on my classic 1970 Mustang Mach 1, I have to say that there was no evidence of where the dents used to be.Classic cars are special because the properties of the metals that were used back in the day are a lot different than newer cars; they’re harder and have vintage paints that can potentially crack. I put my 100% trust in Marc’s ability to care for my car and I’m so happy I did. I can only imagine how perfect he could do newer cars. Marc has an in depth understanding on the properties of the metals and paints, and the physics of impacts on a scientific and molecular level. There is not a single negative review on this guy...for a reason. I am happy to report that I reached out late in the afternoon yesterday, after sending him some pictures and some discussion, he came out this morning and did the repair before lunch. Another person told me that they dont do scratches. I understand this. Deep scratches require a different solution. The paint has to be matched and applied in a booth etc...but Marc was honest with me and told me what to expect. He got the dents out perfectly AND did some work on the scratches. I am very pleased! Marc came to my home and fixed a small ding I had on my Porsche.He explained to me what he was going to do to bring the ding out and why, how it happened as far the movements of the metal.I am very picky by nature and detail oriented when it comes to this particular car.So I just couldn’t hire just anyone. Marc is a master of his craft. He was able to remove a significant dent in the right front quarter panel near the headlight and front bumper. Using a variety of techniques he was able to completely remove the offensive scar. I would highly recommend you have Marc take a look at your dent before going to a body shop even if youve had other dent removal guys look at it. Send him a pic or video.

Marc came to my house the same day to fix my car. He very knowledgeable and put his heart in what he doing. His price is lower than other place. He tooks 45 min to fix my dent while the guy on Monrovia Drive said it will take 15 min to fix my dent. Sometime faster is not better, especially when it about car. Superior PDR did a beautiful job on my fairly new Volvo ( under 5000 miles). You cant tell there was a dent. I read all of the reviews and everyone raved about the quality. Marc is a great guy and is committed to the job once he takes it on. My fender was badly crunched and I had already ordered a new fender when Marc came by . He absolutely assured me he could get it fixed so I agreed. He worked it with a lot of knowledge and it ( the crunch) to my amazement, actually began to disappear. I have used PDR for one of my cars Lexus CT200. Mark was able to remove every single dings on the car. He can on time and took his time to remove everyone of them. My experience working with Mark was excellent! I called him through a referral from a friend who owns a MAACO Auto body shop. In short, I called him at 1p to schedule an appointment. I sent him photos of the dent and shortly after he completed a job, he drove out to my home and repaired the door dent. In about an hours time, my car looked as good as new.More importantly, I called in to a collision repair shop to get an estimate and they gave me an exaggerated quote that would require a paint job! Far from it, I’m glad I was pointed to contact Mark because outside of his great work, he’s fair, honest and a total pro.I recommend that you reach out to him for any door dings you’re looking to repair.

Marc is the man. A little over a year ago a shopping cart managed to roll across the parking lot where I worked and nailed my car on top of that the exact same door was hit by a driver who drove. I waited nearly two years to address this damage as I thought a new door was most likely the easiest option. As a car owner that likes to keep cars blemish free, I highly recommend Marcs work. In the past Ive spent thousands on body work trying to make my cars perfect, and there were always slight tell tail signs of the repair work. Even with PDR done in body shops I could tell where the dent was.I finally decided to try out a mobile PDR service and was referred to Marc. He worked on taking out fender door dings on a 2013 335 and 2014 WRX, both came out excellent. After my cars were done, I had him work on my neighbors truck. When I thought the work was complete, he still spent over 20 more minutes perfecting his work.If cost is a concern, dont worry about it. He quoted me a fraction of other quotes I received. I had a substantial damage in the rear bumper near the tail light. The estimate in the body shop was $3,500 and the time of repair was about 2 weeks. I called the Superior Painless Dent Removal Inc and sent them pictures of the damage. In 15 minutes I received the message that the damage was repairable and suggestion to come to my house in one hour to fix the dent. The cost was $425. Marc Wuischpard came to me and fixed the damage for 2 hours. The result was fantastic! If I followed body shop and insurance, I will wait for 2 weeks without the car, the insurance premium would be raised 50-70% for 5 years. I would like to thank Marc for the outstanding job. From now I will always try to use this service before I contact to a body shop. Absolutely great service!
