Superb Service and Quality of Care. From the Customer Service Representative named Eugene to Mike the Tech who came out. This company deserves 10 stars for the quality, and the time they sacrifice to come out to do an amazing job! My parents had a 20 year old Gas water heater that needed to be replaced. I wish I had pictures, my Dad parked his car in the garage now I can’t get pictures of the beautiful water heater. I will update before and after pictures soon. Plus this company doesn’t rip you off! They do not compromise excellent service with lower prices. They are the best in town as far as I’m concerned. Great job guys! 🤗❤️

I cant say enough great things about my experience with Super Brothers. They worked with me in regard to the gas-to-electricity rebates. I had a gas water heater and I was looking to convert my whole house to electricity. Coincidentally for me, the rebate programs for Sacramento County cover this, so I was able to get a free water heater and installation for completely free. Serge the technician was quite friendly and approachable, professional, fast and so on. Somehow he did the complete swap and installation all by himself, and the work is so clean too. I had an excessive amount of questions and he patiently answered them all too. Additionally, I had the same experience over the phone with Karen. I had some concerns in the beginning when surge handed me some paperwork to sign and I wasnt comfortable at first (it had alot of ToS/Agreement jargon. Karen sat on the phone with me and explained what each part meant, so I realized it was alot of the same arbitrary, automatic stuff and I was comfortable with the process. Since I was impressed with them so much, I got a quote from Serge at the end for Kitec Repiping and a water filter system. Both quotes were quite reasonable, and the water filtration system is quite attainable. Furthermore, their Kitec quote is THE LOWEST Ive received out of 5 bids AND it includes redoing the drywall!They will definitely be the ones I call for my next plumbing needs

I just wished I called them earlier instead of going with these other companies who did nothing but waste my time/money and try to either upsell their products or get me to sign on for a membership. From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with and its clear they are here to do the job right and take pride in their work. We had our HVAC fully replaced, converted our water tank from gas to electric, and upgraded our electrical panel. They are SMUD approved contractors that are very knowledgeable about rebate programs and will file the paperwork for you. Our work was all permitted and the inspector was very impressed with their work.We worked with several different employees, from initial quoting, admin, to techs, and had a great experience. Communication was easy and they helped make these projects stress free, especially considering the scale of the work that was being done! Competitively priced and great value for quality workmanship. Super Brothers installed a heat pump water heater for us. The entire staff was courteous and professional and handled everything from start to finish including the paperwork. Dimitri did an outstanding job with the install and did it alone. Impressive because it was an all day job! What I most appreciated is when I had some trouble getting hot water the next day, they came right out and got everything situated; it was just a setting on the mixing valve, no big deal. He even came back half an hour later to make sure we were still getting hot water. We definitely felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

I requested a visit because I was considering installing a whole house humidifier system. What I really appreciated was that the gentleman who came helped talk through the decision with me, explained a TON to me and helped me determine that I dont need this system. Rather than just trying to make $ off me on that visit, you have earned my trust and now if I have other needs in the future, I will be calling Super Brothers and no one else.

We decided to take advantage of available rebates and replace our gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. We also had our water heater relocated from inside the house into the garage. Super Brothers made the process timely and easy. They were quick and efficient from estimate to installation. I recently have a heat pump WH tank replacement. The whole process is a breeze including permitting, rebate application and installation. Boris is the best, he works alone and manages to finish Tank and new electrical circuit installation, cleaning and hauling the old tank within 6 hours. It passed the city final inspect yesterday and the inspector has high remarks on the quality of the installation. These guys are second to none.

I first heard of Super Brothers through my realtor when he had them come out to do the plumbing inspection on the house I was purchasing. Ever since then, Ive been using them for any plumbing-related issues that come up. All technicians that come to the house are extremely polite, putting on shoe covers each time they come in, and they keep me informed as they assess the situation. Even after declogging my disposal, my technician took the time to run the dishwasher to make sure it wasnt backing into the sink further. He also found that the drainage pipe wasnt properly sloped, so he fixed that with zipties and then double-checked to make sure water didnt leak as the pipe was at a new angle. All of the technicians that have come out to my house over the years have taken great care in doing the best job possible, and wont leave until things are done correctly.

I chose Super Brothers due to their BBB accreditation with an A+ rating and happy that I did with no regrets. I did not use them but they have the coolest name for a plumbing business. If I ever need a plumber, I will call Mario Bros!UPDATE: I did end up needing a plumber. I called Super Bros to add a sink in my laundry room. They quoted me $1,800!I understand that everything costs a lot these days, but that just seemed extremely unreasonable. The walls were completely open. The pipes and pex was all there.Thankfully I have a friend who is a plumber. When I told him the price I was quoted, he laughed out loud. He said because everything is exposed, and all there, it should only cost a few hundred dollars. He did it in like a couple hours. Material was around $100.I dont know man, Im not trying to mess up business for the super bros but thats just messed up. My advice for everyone is to just get a few quotes before you get work done. I literally saved over $1,400!!!

We’ve used Super Brothers Plumbing numerous times on different houses and continue to have great service. Our most recent job was replacing a garbage disposal and fixing low pressure at our kitchen sink. I called in the morning and they were able to have someone come out that afternoon. Weve hired Super Brothers for several plumbing jobs over the past five years and theyve always done great quality work and been easy to work with. When they notified me about big new rebates available for new heat pump water heaters, I jumped on the opportunity. They came out to do an assessment and give me a quote, and talked through the options in detail. They even helped me figure out what electrical work I would need to get done before the install. In November I received a thorough HVAC and plumbing consultation from Gadji Zagirov, who works with Super Brothers. Our house was built in 2020 and we used a LOCAL HVACCompany (I wont mention its name).Gadji caught some installs that were not up to code and he recommended to fix them in a timely manner. Copper piping from the AC unit was not isolated which will lead to loosing Freon. That would be an expensive mistake. Im bummed because the crew that worked on our house did the work so fast that the quality wasnt there and some things will cost more to redo. Im glad Gadji helped us and I appreciate his attention to details and quality of work! He is very experienced and wont cut corners and we would love to work with him again!!

Super Brothers installed our tankless water heater last year and did an excellent job. We had multiple estimates and Super Brothers saved us almost $2,000 for the exact brand and model water heater. This week they came back and flushed the water heater for free. The funny thing is we are supposed “premium” members with a larger company that installed our entire HVAC system and whom does our regular maintenance and they were the ones who quoted us almost 2k more for the same unit. We are now looking at replacing them with Super Brothers. Very happy with their work and service.

Super Brothers came out to replace my main water valve that had a disconnected stem. They replaced it with a quarter-turn ball valve with really great soldering work all within a couple of hours. Very satisfied and will reach out to them for future plumbing projects.

A crew of two arrived and dismantled an entire gas, air conditioning and heating system and replaced it with an electric version over one and a half days. Could not have been a better experience with workers in the house. Everything was kept clean and orderly, and they were completely professional throughout. Ive recently had our HVAC replaced by Super Brothers. We had Dima give an estimate and walk through with us what system he recommended and how the work would proceed. You can tell right away all the experience he has, that he has personally done the work before, when he goes over everything. Previous companies we talked to seemed to be more like sales men looking to make the sale with very little technical knowledge. Overall Super Brothers had the better estimate and we decided to go with them. I wanted to just say thank you to the technicians, Valera and Nik. They did a great job, making sure everything was protected and cleaned. I really appreciated the communication they had with me, letting me know when it would be better to take my daughter outside due to the noise they would be making. The Mini Split we had installed with cassettes is amazing, can really feel the difference in the air coming out. The ducts they took out from my original system was so disgusting I couldnt believe it. I would definitely say to consider Super Brothers if your considering replacing your HVAC.

These guys are the only folks I will use for my plumbing needs. They have done two jobs for me: They installed an upstairs tank water heater in my rental and a tankless water heater in my home. I don’t think anyone beats Super Mario’s prices or professionalism. Everyone on their staff goes out of their way to be courteous and to keep you informed. They are fast and work hard. Installing my tankless water heater involved drilling through a 18-inch brick wall in my garage, and halfway into the job, they decided drywall work would be involved. None of this extra work affected my original estimate. Awesome. I will use them again!

Super Brothers responded to my request for a quote very quickly and prices were very reasonable. He texted before he came out and let me know when he was close by. He understood exactly what drain needed to be unclogged and did so in record timing. He did not try to upsell us on replacing pipes as 2 other plumbers suggested. He left the area clear and clean and even gave my husband some tips on areas that could use some preventative care so that leaks wouldn’t occur in the future. I liked that he saw my husband was capable of doing some things on his own and gave us the option to do it ourselves to save us some money. They are a great value and being new to this area, I’m glad that we have a go to plumbing company that we trust. This saves me a lot of headache and time trying to obtain quotes from 5 different companies and having to decide which is better. Super Brothers will always be our first choice from now on!

I hired Super Mario for an installation of a commercial-grade whole- house water filtration system after interviewing pretty much every top plumbing service in the tristate area. Super Brothers have come out to help 2x now, and I am thankful for it. The first was for a slow drain in our bathroom, only to find that the piping under the home needed to be replaced as it was rusted and catching everything causing a slow drain, and the second was for our dishwasher that couldnt drain and would flood the countertops and under the sink. So they came the same day I requested the repair and were able to get things done that same day.Overall, very happy with the service I have received from them and will look to them for future plumbing needs.

Since purchasing my home in 2018 Ive dealt with 3 pipe leaks (all from the same area in the attic) and 5 different plumbing companies prior to Super brothers. Bottom line: I wish I had requested service from Super Mario Plumbing to begin with...After unsuccessfully trying to deal with shady contractors provided by my home warranty company, I opted for the cash-in-lieu option to fix my water heater on my own.I called around to get price comparisons from a few companies. Daniel was really helpful, outlined the options and the respective costs (not to mention the friendliest of the companies I spoke with). Finding them to be the cheapest option of all the 5 star plumbing companies contacted (which including the cost of the permit vs. non-permit work of others), I booked them the next day. Also note, there are no hidden fees or up-selling with Super Mario.The technician, Peter, called 45 minutes before his arrival, arrived on-time, was friendly and did a meticulous job installing the new water heater. When he finished installation, he walked me through his work and answered the questions I had. This is what service should be like.Overall, an excellent experience. They deserve the 5 star rating on Yelp.

Super Brothers repiped my whole house. First company to bid. Came in thousands of dollars under the other bids. Started a few days after we signed the contract and completed the whole job, with drywall replacement and texture in eleven days. I could not be more impressed. Let me start by saying all of the employees were friendly.They Installed an Electric Water Heater, Moved a Sink (~8 ft.) and Extended a Gas line ~25 ft. for me.They did not complete any of the tasks in day 1 (understandable) they returned for day 2 and only completed the water heater.They did not tell me that the other work had not been completed, instead I had to be told by a county inspector.They did not install the water heater in the corner where we had agreed on. (I found out too late. I was told that it wasnt flat, but I would have happily ground it down or built a platform) I am now left with a couple feet of dead space in my garage.It took 2 more reschudulings over 3 more weeks to get the rest done. I reviewed the work under the house today and instead of using the old sink line that branched off the 3/4 main, they branched off a nearby shower splitting the 1/2. So now my kitchen sink and hall shower share water pressure. NBD but not needed when an existing dedicated line was readily available.I agreed to pay half now and the rest after inspection passes, I have still not passed my Water Heater Inspection but they already charged the full amount to my card without my permission. ($5k+)Additionally they said they would help with my panel rebate as SMUD suggested I process through them as well since they are doing the water heater one. They have not helped me with this whatsoever.Needless to say I am dissapointed, they seem like good guys, but seem to be working too fast and obviously lost the customer focus, I would not use them again or recommend.

First and foremost I would like to say that Super Mario Plumbing has been my familys plumber for the last two years. I have used them for numerous jobs, big and small, and I have always been very impressed with their work. They are very professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. The first time they came out, they even gave me tips on how to re-start my garbage disposal free of charge. Other companies would have charged me a service call just to come out! After that, they earned a customer for life. Recently, when I needed to have a plumber come out, I went on Google to get their phone number. I was surprised to see the string of negative reviews that were posted recently. It seemed a little fishy because the content of the reviews was completely the opposite of what I and so many others experienced with the company. I was skeptical so I checked Yelp and there werent negative reviews. I know that Yelp uses a thorough process in order to post on their site, which confirmed that these reviews are FAKE! I called Dimitar at Super Mario and he confirmed that they had no records of the customers that posted on this site and that the company is pursuing legal action. I stand by this company because of my familys long-standing relationship with them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Andre, one of their plumbers came to the house to fix our issues with clogged pipes. Andre is respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He came exactly on scheduled visit. He spoke with me about my problem, did a visual inspection and made an accurate diagnosis of the problem. He told me what the problem was and got my consent to work on it. He went down to work and gives me continuous update on the work in progress. He didnt stop after getting the clogged pipe clear. He went back to it a few more times to make sure the pipe is 100% clog free. We had a new propane hot water heater installed several months ago (Spring 2020) and they also fixed an older hot water heater to decrease the time required to provide hot water. Finally, they redid the piping under the house to shorten the distance between the new heater and the kitchen sink and dishwasher thereby saving us time and water by cutting a previous 4-5 minute wait to get hot water to about 30-45 seconds. Then a week or so ago, they called and advised us that a county inspection was required in order to keep our warranty and they arranged for a county inspector to come at a convenient time. When he inspected today, he had nothing but praise for Super Brothers work in the installation of the new unit and noted that they went the extra mile by providing a 10-15 foot pipe to ensure that the carbon monoxide exhaust would exit the unit a long way from our deck which is immediately above it. Super Brothers is Super and I will. use them in the future for important work.

From the very beginning when contacting Super Mario, Daniel was very helpful in assisting me to understand their process. His first bit of information that caught my attention was that the business was open 7 days a week! Outstanding information for clients that are full time employees. As it turned out, I was able to schedule a Friday morning installation appointment. The proposed schedule was for the installer to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. While it was closer to 10 a.m., this was not the fault of the plumber, however, Home Depot was not ready to deliver the water heater to him even though arrangements were made two weeks prior to pick the product up this date. I was having difficulty finding a reasonably priced plumber that had the expertise to install my new water heater which was larger and had to be integrated into my solar water heating system. Once the guys at Super Mario Plumbing came over to give me a bid, I knew they were the ones to do the job; they knew the county code requirements, understood how the numerous solar components worked and had a good price. My 13-year old water heater was on its last legs so I had to start calling around for quotes. Finding the name rather humorous and reading some online reviews, I called them up.Im so glad I did.Dima (owner) came in the same night to give me a quote for a tankless water heater and a water softener (water in Rancho Cordova is REALLY hard). He had a very competitive price compared to other plumbers and was extremely nice. We decided to schedule some time and begin the job.The day of the installation, he removed the old tank and started to install the entire system. He was pretty clean and thorough as well! No broken walls or any unexpected accidents. He even added a nice little spigot to the water softener so I can wash my car with soft water (no more hard spots!) as a bonus. Everything was kept nice, tidy, and mostly hidden from view.After the job was done, we spent a good 30 minutes going over the entire process, proper maintenance, warranty details, the sort. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips for proper care and things to keep an eye out for that could damage both the water heater and softener.Bottom line: I highly recommend SMP and Dima. We just moved to a house and our hot water was taking forever to come out of the sinks. Since many things needed updating, I called Super Mario Brothers. D.K. was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Dimi came out, was very prompt and had shoe coverings for in house walking. He looked over the units, checked an additional 2 gallon tank under my sink(installed for quick hot water until other hot water kicked in, but wasnt working properly.)I didnt know anything about tankless systems and he was able to give me all the needed information in a way that I understood. Turned out that the 10 year old water heaters were not installed properly, so they were never serviced. He gave me a few options and asked me what the most important feature was for me. When I told him I wanted quick, hot water coming out of my faucet, he recommended two new tankless heaters. He gave me a quote then and there and even gave me model numbers. Oh yeah, while he was checking the water, he even fixed a slow draining sink for me ! Two new heaters was not cheap and he recommended getting other opinions and then call the office if I decided to use them. I did have a couple of other companies come out. Everyone pretty much agreed on two new units, based on what I wanted out of my systems. Super Mario Brothers were very competitive in their price, but I chose them because Dimi made me feel confident that I was going to get the best hot water situation that I can. He didnt give me false promises, he told me facts. Also, DK put up with all of my many phone calls. The company was honest and in a few days, in time for Thankgiving, I had quick hot water! Dimi and another person showed up on time and put in both tankless heaters in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and Dimi even helped me restart my fireplace and in the process taught me how to restart another one that I thought was broken, saving me a service call. I had Super Mario install a Rinnai RUR98IN replacing a 20 year old 75 gallon gas water heater. I called them on a Wednesday evening and got an appointment the following day to get a quote for the replacement.The appoint occurred right on time and beginning of only a 2 hour window (my experience is 4 hour windows are the most common). The price was what I expected considering I had to run a 30+ foot dedicated gas line. I received the quote ~5:00 PM and immediately agreed then wanted to know how quickly they could install. Later that night I received a call saying someone would be out the following morning. Right at 8:00 am the first guy showed up and started working. He and another guy who showed up at 9:00 am didnt stop working until 9:30 PM. Both were very pleasant and were definitely focused on quality and building code. They could explain what they were doing and any random question I came up with throughout the day. After they left I kept receiving error code 63 meaning the re-circulation pump wasnt moving a sufficient volume of water. I called the same night (and the owner answered). he gave me instructions to bleed the water line and reset the unit to clear the error code. He said to contact them again Saturday morning if it wasnt working. The following morning I texted the owner saying it was still displaying the error code. He responded before 8:00 am and was at my house around 9:00 am. It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose a part that needed to be switched out that was contingent upon the installation requirements.Overall this is an awesome company. They are responsive, take their time and seem to care. I would do a lot more work on my house if every company worked like Super Mario. I honestly cant speak any higher of them. Great experience from beginning to end.

Dina came out to give an estimate promptly after calling. He showed up on time, went under the house to review the work that was to be done. Gave me a fair estimate and seemed very knowledgeable and capable.I called him after getting other bids which took forever when other plumbers didnt show up or were late.Dima performed the work in the time frame and at the price he quoted. Bait and switch offers $99 with smud rebate on there webpage and on there phone recording when you call .Had them come out and quote me they quoted $750 over for the same setup as show in there pictures and scope of work. I needed one of the hose bibs lowered 4 inches so I could install almost floor to ceiling windows, The hose bib was about 8 inches off the wall sill plate. I typically do my own plumbing but hesitate when I dont have sufficient room to make a mistake and then recover from it by cutting the pipe and trying again. In this case if I screwed it up, I would have left very little room for a plumber to work, so I called a professional plumber. I was very happy with the work Vadim from Super Mario Plumbing did. Vadim knew exactly how to approach the job and expertly lowered the hose bib. Thanks Vadim! Excellent work!
