I have used a couple of Agents in the past for my refinancing, but nothing compares to using Sunset Lending & Realty for my recent refinancing. They got me a lower rate, saving me close to $1000 per month, got the IRS lien waived as an exception. THANK YOUI am particularly very thankful to Thomas Bennet Freedman and his team Roderick Spotville,They were definitely the game changer for me.Very responsive and efficient in getting back to me. Purely professional, confident and committed to getting me the best deal. Transparent and reassuring me at every step of the process when I thought it wasn’t going to work. Had a really great great experience with Sunset Lending. They were able to offer a mortgage loan that I didnt know existed and we ended up getting a great interest rate. I know you probably hear a lot of people say nice things about loan companies hoping they will get a super deal but this company is truly on the up and up and is VERY professional. I enjoyed working with the VP Thomas - Ali our loan agent never left me hanging - even after he knew we were OKd for the loan but not finalized he still called me back quickly. I have never had any loan agent, loan company do that in my life and I have had many many refinances throughout my 50 years owning my own home. Once you apply they dont bother calling back the same day, certainly not the same hour. Not true for Sunset Lending. Ali was most helpful with questions we had in the beginning. I hope you will believe me when I say you will be most happy with the service you get at Sunset Lending.

Really cant say enough about these guys. Sunset recently helped me with a refinance and equity loan I didnt think was possible. The whole team at Sunset was incredibly efficient and personable. Initially, I was very impressed by the thorough and clear explanation of all of my loan options by Thomas. Good communication from people I do business with is very important to me. These days it seems rare. Christian, Thomas and my loan officer, Brad Bostani were fantastic through the whole process. The Sunset team gave me frequent and clear updates from day one through closing. They seem to back each other up to create a very cohesive and smooth system. I am a full time Realtor and just closed on my new home, for which I used Ali as my lender. I have worked with tons of lenders through my years and I can confidentially tell you that Ali is definitely at the top of the list. As a matter of fact, he is now my preferred lender which I recommend to my clients. Let me tell you why...Hes a great communicator, passionate and doesnt BS. No question that he worked his tail off for us. To prove this, we got a clear to close in just 9 days. Hes very detailed oriented and has great experience with knowing what will be needed for the file and by the underwriter. He reached out to us immediately every time to ensure there werent any delays. Most lenders are super busy right now, just like Ali, but none are as organized and responsive as he is.If youre looking for someone that backs up his words with his actions and that will get the deal done at your expectations or better, I 100% recommend Ali. Sunset Lending & Realty called me to offer a low rate refinance. Initially, I was not excited since I never heard of them. After a couple of phone calls with one of the team members, I noticed that they were not pushy and they explained everything in details. I decided to give them a chance and go with them. I was VERY impressed with how efficient they are. They were always on top of things, very good communicator between the lender and I. Im extremely pleased with the performance of Sunset Lending. They came through as promised and I was able to close on a house in a complicated transaction made difficult due to my numerous properties and businesses making my income tax documents cumbersome and confusing. After checking with Bank of America, I received a letter in the mail with another broker for a lower rate. After shopping around for the lowest rate this broker promised me the lowest possible rate and rushed through paperwork. Luckily, I checked with the sunset lending team and they were able to get me a lower rate with a third of the closing costs. Thomas and his team also took the time out to explain every step and did not pressure me at all. They encouraged me to shop around. By taking their advice and waiting a bit I was able to secure a 15 year fixed rate for less than what I am paying for my 30 year loan.

Brad reached out one day asking if I needed help with anything mortgage related. Given how low rates are, Ive decided to check it out. Im giving this review a 5 star because he so faithfully earned it. If i could give 10 stars i would. Brad was very focused on making sure that 1) I was ok and that everything made sense to me before we go down any path. And 2) he was very resourceful when it came to his professionalism and was able to offer different products and compare them for me on the scene. 3) he was very diligent and fast in moving things forward.All in all, the process was smooth and carefree, because Brad took it upon himself to free me of the burdens of most of this process. Finally, someone who actually delivers the advertised teaser rate. Sunset and Brad went out of their way to figure out how to get the loan done with an incredibly low rate. Over the years I have funded or refid many homes. I have never had the follow up and attention to detail I received from Thomas and Ara.
