I hired Pat for garage repair on a rental property. He sorted out the details with the property manager and the insurance company. And Pat made the whole thing really simple and painless for me. Before hiring Pat for repairs, I had received multiple overpriced quotes from other businesses. Pats offer, on the other hand, was really reasonable and fair.Pat and his colleagues are very professional and provide exceptional customer service. Here are some images of the work he completed. The garage appears to be undamaged when the construction was completed.Pat completed the project in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of service quality.I would strongly advise you to hire him for any construction work you may require. Pat will cooperate with you to complete the task as quickly as possible. If I ever require construction services in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him.

I hired Pat for my GC to do a build out for a beauty salon in Newport Beach.I received several quotes for the work, and decided to go with Pat because he had a great price, all of the other contractors were discussing the details and mentioning how they dont actually do any of the work. I just find it difficult to hire someone to manage a project when they wont actually be doing any of it (it will cost a lot more since they are basically acting as a middle man, and I dont think they can take as much pride in the work since they arent physically doing the work).When I finally had permits to being the work (which I got late Friday afternoon), I was surprised to come to my store on Monday to see all of the demolition work done. Pat said that he and his crew were there Friday night and all day Saturday and Sunday trying to get it all done and hauled away.I had several conversations with Pat along the way of the project, and one thing I picked up was that he does not like to cut corners. Even if I suggested something to save some time, he usually was against it (as I understand because it is a reflection of his work).Long story short, when the store was finished it looked incredible, everything from the finish of the paint and drywall to the tile work in the bathroom, the store looked fantastic, and was completed at a fantastic price.After the store was complete I recently hired Pat to do some work for my home as I realized there is no point trying to hunt around for another contractor, I already found one I could trust.I would highly recommend Pat (and already have) for any type of work. He and his team are highly skilled and can take on any project, and he will give you a fair and very competitive price.

I hired Pat to do some drywall and painting work. He did and excellent job and was very affordable. He came to my house and let me know what to expect from the insulation company as well as what he would be doing. I highly recommend Pat for any drywall work!

We recently remodeled the front of are Hotel and Breakfast room, and hired Sunset Developers And Design to do the work . They did a fantastic job from start to finish .Pat was great to work with he was straight forward and up front about everything .We have a spa to build next to our Pool and will Definitely hire Sunset Developers And Design for this project .
