Really nice clean friendly place, thorough instructions on how to care for your braces. I would give if 5 stars but there was lack of communication. I asked one of the staff to ask doctor for Ibuprofen prescriptions. She expressed she was unfamiliar with prescriptions but will ask doctor. After my treatment when scheduling my next appointment, that staff member had left for the day. She failed to communicate with me. When asking the staff member who made my follow up appointment, she too was unfamiliar with prescriptions, but went to ask the doctor who was also gone for the day.

I always looked forward going in for my appointments! Everyone here is very welcoming ever since the beginning of my treatment to getting my braces off. They were always so quick to schedule me an appointment as early as possible when my powerchains would break and it was something that I really appreciate. If I had any concerns with my teeth, I was able to consult with them to make sure I was satisfied with my smile. In the future, I would definitely recommend this office for my family, friends, or anyone who wants to get braces because of how AMAZING they are. They really do care about their patients and making sure they are happy and satisfied with their treatment.

My personal review of this orthodontic is the staff are very nice, they are very positive and helpful. The location is great as well. Enjoyed it and am very pleased and happy with my experience and results! :)

The staff here is the absolute sweetest, I’ve never had a problem. They’ve been the absolute best to me and it’s been easy going, coordinated, and stress free from the beginning. Other orthodontists told me they could only give me braces and that I would have to get some teeth pulled out. But sunrise orthodontics got my teeth fixed in less than 2 years with invasalign and no teeth pulled! The absolute best place, I would recommend it to everyone I know.

I love this place, and 2 of my 3 kids are patients here. Theyre always professional and appointments are always on time with barely any wait time. My son had Invisalign through Sunrise Ortho, and my daughter needed more help so we had to get the old fashion ones. They have affordable plans and now my kids have beautiful smiles. I would recommend them to anyone and will be taking my last child here when its time for him to get them. Thank you Sunrise Ortho!

Dr. Kim and the orthodontic assistants did an amazing job, honestly made my experience that much better by guiding me through what they are doing and the reason it is being done. Although it took longer than the projected 2 years according to treatment plan, it came out perfect! I hope I won’t have to come back to get braces again because it was a long journey…

Love this place, very professional and worked with my dentist to get the structure i was going for as I need crowns after I remove my braces. Front staff have always been so kind when I come in to my appointments. My overall experience has been super positive.

I had a wonderful experience coming here for orthodontic treatments. I been here before with Dr. Sanders couple years ago at his Rancho Cordova office and I returned again for treatment after having an amazing experience with him. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable & amazing at the EG office; the staffs are also super sweet & caring! I would highly recommend Sunrise Orthodontics for anyone’s orthodontic treatments.

I am utterly dismayed by the appalling treatment my daughter and I received at Sunrise Orthodontics. The Ortho Assistant was verbally abusive, creating a deeply uncomfortable atmosphere by being loud and belittling in front of other patients. The unprofessional staff showed blatant disrespect and racism towards my child, treating her with disdain while favoring a white child nearby. Witnessing this differential treatment was unsettling, with my daughter even being yelled at and spoken to as if we had committed a grave offense. It is disheartening that such ignorance and disrespect still exist in society. Having experienced this at the Elk Grove location, I hoped for better at Rancho Cordova but was sorely disappointed. Avoid this establishment at all costs - they not only mistreat you but also charge you for the privilege. Its a shameful and unprofessional place where my daughter felt far from safe.
