We love Sunrise Energy. They installed our heating and air 4 years ago along with our solar. They service it 2 X a year along with cleaning the solar. The service is excellent.

I just bought my first home and wanted to establish service for HVAC maintenance. Holli called me back same-day on a Friday to schedule an HVAC tune-up, and was able to schedule me for the following Monday morning. She was very helpful, answered my questions, and shared her knowledge in a genuine way that did not feel like she was trying to sell me.Alex came out for the tune up. He was probably the friendliest service person I’ve ever met, with a constant smile on his face. He also seemed very knowledgeable, and explained everything he checked out. He let me know to consider a potential part replacement for next summer (and what indicated that it might be needed), but that my unit is doing great. He arrived early, communicated well, and the note about replacement did not feel like an upsell at all, just helpful information to plan/budget for next year.The tune-up costs a little more than specials from some of the bigger companies, but the smaller business personal touch and trust made it worth it.Thank you! I’ll definitely be using Sunrise Energy Solutions for maintenance and repairs in the future.

Sunrise solutions staff are friendly and very helpful. During a heatwave our air conditioner began leaking water into our house. Instead of recommending a newer unit, our fear, they quickly fixed the problem for less than $150. When our unit needs replacing, we will definitely give them a call.

We had leaks in our pool solar but everyone passed cuz they couldnt make enough money on us. Sunrise Energy Solutions were happy to help and created a solution so it wouldnt occur again and were very reasonable. Billy is amazing and takes pride in his work, left no mess and actually showed up early. Dont bother calling around this company is the one for you too.

I have never had to deal with a solar company until our inverter went out. After calling a few of the higher rated companies, I quickly realized they nickel and dime you just to show up. After calling Holli and her team, I realized they were the real deal. Their professionalism and customer service was top notch. Needless to say, I got a new inverter at a competitive price, and their installer, Rick, was a great guy. I will only use them for my solar needs. Thanks again.

Our A/C stopped working. Alex explained the problem fully (a backed up condensor line and poorly indtalled t junction and got it going. Then recommended options going forward with further repairs or a replacement. Cant recommend Sunrise Energy Solutions more highly!

We are new to the area and received a welcome package in the mail with a coupon from Sunrise Energy solutions. I called that day and was able to get a technician out the next day to do a 28 point tune up. He was on time, and very courteous. He was knowledgeable in our HVAC system and informed us preventative care. We were very pleased with his work and would use them again in a heart beat.

I purchased my solar from Sunrise Energy in 2015 and have been very happy with my choice. They were great to work with from beginning to end on the install, price, and quality. I have had a couple problems with equipment since my purchase, but the problems were resolved very quickly, nothing do to their workmanship. From my experience, take it for what it’s worth., you will be hard pressed to deal with a nicer bunch of people, all the way to the top! Having had a business, now retired. I usually will leave bad reviews when I’ve had buyers remorse, so I feel happy when I can leave a good review. I would highly recommend them, Imhope if you do your experience will be a good as mine.

Sunrise installed our solar and HVAC 3.5 years ago. I called with an operational issue with one of our HVAC units (heater problem). They were immediately available by phone and within an hour had someone scheduled for service later that afternoon. The technician showed up on time, was professional, was very thorough, and fixed the issue right away. He even showed me pictures and video of the wire fault and the insulation stuck in the fan blade. Couldn’t ask for better service and am grateful they stand behind their products and installs. Would definitely use them again and will continue to refer friends to them.

I first met them at the Auburn Home Show and got estimates for our HVAC and solar. In the process of getting other bids for comparison, I met Holli Tamas, the owner of the company. It was great to work with her and the staff. Our house was complicated with the needs and timing delays of other subcontractors but Holli was patient and prompt when we needed their crews onsite. When it comes having workers in my home, it is important to have courteous crew members, and assured they are professionals. SES was competitive in their pricing, but more importantly they stand behind their work and the crews were quality people! Every time I need to adjust my temperature, I am grateful for SES and love our system.

My AC condenser stopped working yesterday when it was 102! I called Sunrise Energy Solutions this morning and Trevor was here within a couple hours. He figured out the problem in 5 minutes and installed my new WiFi thermostat. Excellent and professional help from the front office to Trevor in my home. I highly recommend them!

Sunrise Energy Solutions installed a 4 ton 18 SEER condenser, 97 AFUE 100k btu furnace and 3.5-5 ton evaporator in my home at a very fair price. Dan, Zack and Dan jr also recognized the deficiency in the existing supply air plenum above the garage HVAC equipment, something that no other bidding HVAC contractor even mentioned. They built a completely sealed custom sheet metal plenum and removed the deteriorating, leaking and grossly undersized ductboard plenum that ALL HVAC BUILDERS of the 1980s and 1990s have installed, ALLOWED BY BUILDING CODES AT THE TIME, but absolute garbage. Increasing the size of the new sheet metal plenum by almost 300% has greatly allowed the supply ducts to deliver air throughout my two story 2650 sq ft house. Adding a second return air duct from the FIRST floor and splitting the 18 inch SECOND story return air duct to pull air from the Master Bedroom 15 foot vaulted ceiling has now made that room so comfortable during the 100 degree temperatures of June. Now the HVAC system can properly breathe and service all the supply air ducts with so much cooled air it is actually cold in the house with the thermostat set at 74 degrees. Dan is a master with sheet metal and with his extensive knowledge and willingness to great it right; there is no other choice for personnel nor company, in my opinion for the installation of HVAC equipment. Dans recommendation to install a NEST thermostat with two remote sensors located in different parts of the house allows the entire house to maintain a consistent temperature with no additional AC running time. I am a retired electrical contractor and appreciate and recognize Sunrise Energy Solutions team and work ethic to conserving energy while providing a superior finished product. If you remember anything about this review, remember this: THE CPUC (California Public Utility Commission), this year, will grant PG andE several electrical and natural gas rate hikes to cover the costs of the fires started by PG and E equipment over the last few years. Electrical tier rates and gas tier rates are being adjusted to impact utility users when energy used will be at the higher rates. We, as the customer, will bear those costs. Here is my advise, for what it is worth. Any additional monies or loans needed to pay for higher SEER or AFUE numbers will be returned to the homeowner in kept (money in pocket) lower operating costs in future years of home ownership. ASK anyone who owns solar for 5 years +/- (time frame to payoff solar equipment or loans associated with the solar install), the electrical energy savings is NOW money in their pocket. The same is to be said for additional upfront money used to buy more efficient equipment. It really is a no brainer.
