This is our second home that we entrusted to the Sunburst Shutter team. The quality of our shutters are superior to other brands we explored. Bryan and Melissa are both just amazing and a pleasure to work with. They are both extremely personable and professional. The shutters turned out beautiful. All I had to do was explain my vision and Bryan delivered exactly what we wanted. The wait was worth it and he even delivered temporary shades while we waited for installation. Highly recommend for your homes needs.

The wide plantation shutters are magnificent!Everything about them -- materials, design, assembly and installation -- were above and beyond my expectations!I still cannot get over how solid and authentic the Polywood material is!Their communication and the professional manner they measured my windows were ideal.I am very fussy and I simply could not be happier or more impressed!I seldom write reviews but Sunburst Shutters earned my respect.

Sunburst has been amazing from Bryans initial visit to our condo, to Gabriel and Kanes expert and high quality installation! Our condo was built in the early 70s and had some unique design issues, due to the large beams running through the ceilings and next to the windows on both the first and second levels. The first company we contacted for shutters took one look at those beams and told us their products would not work for our condo. But then we met Bryan at Sunburst. We mentioned to Bryan that that other company had told us shutters just wouldnt work in our place, but Bryan wanted to come out and take a look for himself. So he came out and took measurements and pictures and said he needed to review the specs with his installation team. A couple days later, Bryan called to let us know they had figured out how to make it work. And, as you can see by the attached pictures, it worked beautifully! It completely changed the look of our place! Great product! Great installation! Great people!

Just got my shutters installed by Sunburst! I cant stop staring at them! They look great. Bryan was a joy to work with from the start. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond and even fixed an old vertical blind when he visited just for the initial quote! Gabriel and Kane were also fantastic on the day of install. Already recommended them to my sister and now getting a quote to do my sliding door as well!

Love my shutters! From meeting with the sales person to the actual installation has been a very positive experience. Received them in 7 weeks and the installers were efficient and very nice people. Brian, Melissa and their crew are incredible. We shopped for shutters everywhere because we wanted as many choices as possible and the best quality for our new home. But we didn’t like the quality for the price on any of them, until we found Sunburst Shutters San Diego. They not only delivered the quality for the right price but they treated us like family. And also brought us temporary window blinds while we waited. We are so happy with the final product. And the service we received. Originally (in 2021) we wanted to have shutters only in part of our downstairs windows. We ended up wanting the whole house done. Sunburst Shutters in San Marcos was our 12th estimate because none of the others gave me a great solution to the 6 windows I have in the very tall living room. Only Tyson from Sunburst Shutters gave me the perfect solution. Now we have amazing, gorgeous and easy to use shutters in our whole house. Love these. Thank you Tyson and your whole team of professional installers like Cain and office staff like Nicolette. Cain was just here July 14th, 2023 to reinstall some shutters after repainting rooms. We just moved and needed shutters and shades for our new home. We looked up local companies and this one had great reviews all around. I called and was immediately directed to their sales man Bryan who is such a nice guy, he literally came out the following day, did the measurements, and gave us a nice discount for the volume we ordered. Our customer service rep Melissa kept us well informed and communicated with us throughout the process by updating us as to when we should expect our delivery. 7 weeks later, the shutters and shades were installed and they look absolutely beautiful in our home. The installers were polite, professional, and our install only took 3 hours. I am very impressed with the quality, the build, and the look of our new shutters and shades. My wife and I have been considering shades for a long time and we finally decided to make a few calls. Another company came out and gave us a price that was difficult to swallow. Then I called Sunburst Shutters. Bryan came out and his approach was professional, calming, clearly presented, and zero pressure. We decided on cellular blinds for our home. He made it easy to make the decision to move forward. Then the office took over and Melissa had great professionalism and communication. I had no questions because everything was covered on the front end. The blinds arrived early. The installation crew was incredibly efficient and completed the loop of excellence. I highly recommend Sunburst Shutters. Excellent product made in Wisconsin so no waiting for imported goods from China. Install took place on time. Tyson came to the house and helped us determine the types/colors of shutters and blinds that would be best in our home. Melissa in the office was easy to reach and kept us updated. The install team was quick, thorough, careful and friendly. We had 4 different companies come out to give us quotes. Sunburst is not the cheapest but their personnel, products and level of service are well worth it. Friends in the neighborhood have used cheaper companies but have had problems with follow through.

I ordered kitchen, dining, living room, master bedroom, 2nd & 3rd bedroom shutters which they professionally installed in an hour. No stains on my walls. The easiest part of our home renovation was working with Bryan and Melissa for new plantation shutters for windows and patio door. Could not be happier with the service from day one, starting with initial consultation through to the installation. Shutters seem to be of very high quality, better then expected really and installation was breeze. Gabriel and the team were done ahead of the time, in about 3 hours they did 25 windows and helped put up some curtain rods my wife bought ahead of the time. Really professional, top notch experience throughout. Suffice to say we are making another order to replace shutters on few more windows that we were not sure about before.

This has been our third purchase from Sunburst Shutters of San Marcos, CA in the past 4 years. We purchased the composite wood/vinyl shutters and have been extremely pleased with them. We eventually did all our windows and spread the purchase out over this time. A few years after the initial shutters were installed we had one window where the frame started to sag and a couple windows where the magnets loosened up. Sunburst sent someone out and fixed everything at no cost under their lifetime warranty. We purchased more shutters at that time and today we made our final purchase which completes the set we needed to cover all the windows. Each time the installers came out they were on time, respectful and professional and todays experience was no different. We are an extremely satisfied customer and highly recommend Sunburst to anyone needing shutters. Definitely a 5 star company.

Sunburst from start to finish our experience was amazing. This review is for Bryan Lupercio our Rep with Sunburst Shutters San Marcos. We did a whole house gut remodel and wanted to install Sunburst Shutters on all our windows. We had a few windows that had 20 year old Sunburst Shutters that we were going to replace but Bryan offered to repair them. Due to Covid we had a few delays and had to delay install a few times. Bryan worked with us and was always friendly & Professional. We were looking for a few roller shades for the bathroom and the kitchen. Shutters dont disappoint. We originally contacted Sunburst because we had existing shutters that were already on the windows when we purchased the home. We were pleased that Sunburst was the ONLY company that could match our existing shutters. Once installed we were so please with the look and quality of their shutters. I highly recommend.
