I sold my Commercial Printing business using the broker services of Sunbelt and Gary Root. Gary did a wonderful job during the whole process. He always communicated everything to me very well. Gary made sure all the documents were in order and that the buyer understood them. The expectations that Gary had outlined for me were realistic and when we sold the business the final number was very close to what we had discussed. The buyer was fully capable of taking over and that made things much easier for me. I would strongly recommend Gary. In the end Gary was a strong negotiator, fair, honest and great to work with.
