Mr. Johnson was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of finding me the most affordable coverage for my vehicle. Also set me up with the SR-22 to get my license reinstated from the DMV the next day to get me back on the road again. All this in less than 45minutes. Good job

I’ve been doing business with them since Feb this year, my agent Alex has been helpful in looking for the best quote for my car insurance, since I have a recent accident has been hard to keep the good quotes. My only complaint to them is that they take an extremely long time getting back to you when you request a change in the policy, it took me about 1.5 hours to make changes to my policy, sign the papers and receive finally the new proof of insurance, they really need to improve this, people have busy lives and no time for waiting this long.Overall good service, besides the responsive time, something that I really hope is improved.

One thing I like about my experience with this company is the fact that the first contact made was by a human, not a prerecorded call by a computer or what ever they use.I have had so many calls that was recorded telling me the This Call Is Bing RECORDED For Quality Assurance And Training Purposes asking how I was doing with a pause long enough to answer their question and then, assuming the reply was Good or NOT GOOD the computer continues to ask questions, most times no reference to who the call is from! I cant stand being talked to by some damn computer! I understand saving money but when computers put humans out of work do companies pass that savings on to there customers, I highly doubt it!!! That was the biggest reason I went with this company this world has become way to automated!!!!!!Also, I was impressed with the patience the person had with my inability navigate the smart phone to operate on the internet in making a insurance policy for an automobile it took me a while to get through it but they hung in there and talked me through it politely! I was at work on lunch and when I asked if they could call me at 5:30 the same man called me as i asked so i could finish the on line automotive insurance policy!!!I dont remember the mans name and Im sorry for that but he was very understanding, THANK YOU!Recently I acquired a motorcycle to ease the cost of gas and got insurance for it through Sumner Insurance Services!I would recommend Sumner Insurance to anyone. Sumner insurance was alright and I was happy with it until a few weeks ago when I checked what information they had for my automatic withdrawal payment. Come to see that they had my wrong banking information and now Im trying to get the late fee payments I paid back. Been dealing with this for 3 weeks and its a whole long process for something that they are responsible for. Just a warning folks, you can guess I canceled with them. If they would just have acknowledged their mistake I would have stayed.

The insurance agent that dealt with me was named Jacob. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. He literally went above and beyond. Very personable, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Did everything possible to help me out and it really turned my day around given the situation I was in. People tend to go out of their way to voice their concerns when theyre unhappy, and not enough people take the time to give praise where it is due.I had Andrew Garcia as my agent/broker, and had such an awesome experience dealing with him & the rest of the crew over at Sumner.Andrew really took the time to help me find the right coverage at a good rate. Spent over 5 hours getting quotes anywhere from $165 - $450 a month for full coverage of my new car. Then Sumner insurance called and got me everything i needed for less than $145 a month. Listening to all my concerns and answering questions no other broker could answer. Additionally it was the first time in that 5 hours that I felt like I was buying a product vs being the product. I am sceptical of doing things like getting insurance because I have always had a strong woman beside me giving me knowledge and advice. I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL. I wouldve given them 0 stars if I could but it wont let me post. I just recently called to get my insurance renewed. Anyways, Like most people I was weighing out my options to save money. The representative ultimately wrote me up a policy that was JUST liability after me mentioning I wanted to save money since I didnt have much at the time. Im actually financing my vehicle so I CANT just have liability. My fault I failed to realize during signing that Liability is what the policy was going to be, BUT I wouldve hoped after mentioning the fact that Im financing my vehicle that the representative would mention that I NEED to have more coverage and not just try to have a sale by putting me on state liability. The representative I spoke to was actually the 2nd person I had talked to for help and I hadthe same problem with the 1st representative as well. Just trying to have me sign the document without actually giving full detail. I would never recommend this company and Im switching companies as we speak! Dont make the same mistake I did.

Unable to correct an error they made and now I’m out of a insurance company. Got a new policy in March. May comes around, I call to pay the bill and adrianna lies and tells me that I’m covered till June. Great! When in reality I’m late. I call in June to pay my bill but now my policy has been canceled because adrianna lied to me telling me that I’m covered and coincidentally there’s no record of our phone call even though she told me herself and my wife was next to me as witness and still lied that I was covered. I was recently involved in an accident that caused my car to be a total loss due to the deployment of all the airbags. My vehicle did not hit another vehicle, nor was my vehicle hit. The airbags deployed due to grazing the guardrail on the side of my vehicle. My existing insurer increased the insurance on the new vehicle, I intended to purchase, to replace the total loss vehicle, astronomically! I went from paying $1,100 annually to a quote of $6,995! It was my first car accident in my 47 years of driving AND without any cited driving or traffic violations.Sumner Insurance Services assisted me in obtaining a quote for almost HALF that of my insurance company. So much for customer LOYALTY. The respect given to me by Jonathan, Sumner Sales Rep., was outstanding. He provided an insurance quote that I felt was fair and fortunately, affordable. Do not fall for the first installment fee to start your plan. And that it goes towards your policy. I called the insurance company they found for me and had no idea who I was and had no record of me. I basically paid this Andrew guy $500 just for the fun of it. And received an insurance cancellation fee in my mailbox 2 days later without even cancelling my policy. Ridiculous.

I received a call from an agent because I was looking on line for auto insurance. Now Im by far not a perfect person there for not a perfect driver (when it comes to license, reg, insurance, ECT...) So my license is suspended do to a fixable infraction ticket I received in a another county back in 2017 or 18 . so my agent was able to find me insurance at a good cost that would still cover me. With liability added on uninsured interest gave me my 3 payment oppositions and I signed every thing over the phone online made my payment on line and received my insurance card online all in all it took under an hour from start to Finnish. So far so good.

I’ll first start off by saying I don’t have the best driving record due to driving under a suspended license (that I wasn’t aware of) but with Sumner insurance I was still able to get full coverage insurance for my brand new car with my girlfriend on there as well for only $193 a month. I was very surprised. All the other competitors like progressive and esurance we’re going to cost me $220+ a month. Major shoutout to Aaron Martin for helping me find the best deal! 😀

The brokers told me i should get the insurance before i acquired the vehicle but that their 200$ broker fee could be refunded if the vehicle acquisition fell through. Now that push comes to shove and it fell through, the brokers refuse to refund ANY of their 200$ fee. Despite me only having paid it due to their sleezy and misleading/lying sales techniques. If you want to be ripped off by a broker then this is the place to go! Not only do they charge you $180.00 to start your policy but also every time you make any changes! I called and switched cars on my policy after being with them for 6 months no late payment and they charged me another $180.00. I thought it was the difference owed for the new car and policy. Then I see another charger so when I call it hey say it’s their processing fee. So for 5 min of their time switched my my vehicle information they charge 180.00. I miss st be in the wrong line of work. Needless to say, I’ll find another insurance company and make sure I tell everyone not to use this company!

All these 5 stars reviews smell the fake. Jordan is incompetent and irresponsible and you find out later they have hidden fees and you better off purchasing a commercial liability. Don’t jeopardize your contract stay away. Where they don’t see their negligence we see it as deceptive false manipulative advertisement of a whole insurance policy that is just as a regular policy you can get for $30 a month. That’s why we have lawyers so they can probe them and the LAW is my last word.

I called to get a quote and like all brokers they gave me a price. When i asked whats my brokers fee i never got an answer just that it will be on the paperwork. Broker fees is their commision, if its above $75 then you are paying way to much. Remember the starting price can say $300 but if their broker fee is $175 of those $300 your in a bad deal. They have a high broker fee
