Summit Lending just never gave up on me. Despite my low credit score, we kept in touch for almost a year as I continued to erase debt in order to increase my credit score. Jenny was super encouraging every time we talked. And when my score finally made it to a certain point, Summit Lending was right on it to make the best refinancing option available to me. I filled out the initial application, submitted documents, finalized a realistic mortgage payment, signed papers-- it took about four weeks! I could not believe how seamless and efficient the entire process was for me. For six years, I have been working on my finances. I was looking for a loan to consolidate a few credit cards and maybe one tax bill and I kept contemplating on what to do. Amazing experience as I went through many loan officers some rude and pushy. I got Wmiller with Summit lending. I explained what I was looking for and he worked with me to get it. I told him I was not computer Savvy at all not 1 ounce he told me do not worry he will work with me, he turned me over to Amanda the loan processor she walked me through receiving and signing documents never making me feel uncomfortable because sometimes I called her 10 times in one day Thank you for you patience with me. Summit Lending is amazing. Used them to purchase my home in 2017, Refinanced with them in 2020, and again in 2021 each time with a lower rate. I usually deal with Lisa and is very responsive and patient with so many questions I had throughout the process. She was always kept me in status every step of the way. Also prepared me for next steps as we completed escrow. Her entire team is amazing as well. If Lisa needed to contact me and was too busy, she had an alternate person contact me for whatever. I have refinanced many times in 15 years on multiple properties with various lenders. This is by far the smoothest, easiest, most stress-free experience I have ever had. When I decided to refinance my home the week before Thanksgiving, I was working with a DIFFERENT company (not Summit) I found online. This is what the OTHER COMPANY offered me: 4.5% interest rate, 2 & 1/2 months to close, TWO points on my loan and I had to pay my own appraisal fee. My friend reminded me it was my right to shop around and I had just heard an ad on KFI radio for Summit Lending.So I contacted Lisa, who reached out about 15 mins. later. This is what SUMMIT LENDING OFFERED ME (my exact same FICO score, debt to income ratio, etc.): 3.9% interest rate, close BEFORE Christmas, NO points and Summit would pay for my appraisal.Now I dont know about anyone else, but...to me...this was a no brainer! Summit Lending has put together a terrific team!Ryan Axe, Sherry Tatreau and Jewal Dayoan,My wife and I started talking about refinancing our home about four months ago. I made contact with another lending that was advertising on the radio due to the low interest rates that they were advertising. Little did I know that this company did not have its own in house representatives but that they sold or gave our information to many lenders. Within about a minute of hitting send I received a phone call from a lender who stated that the rates that were advertised did not apply to my loan request unless I paid a buydown fee of $3,800.00. That was not going to happen.During the next 10 days I continued to receive phone calls morning, noon and night from many different lenders. I stopped taking there calls and held off on looking for a loan.Once we were ready to refinance we made contact with our bank, there interest rate was higher than our current rate, crossed them off the list,Then we contacted the lender we used to purchase the house. He told us he was not able to help us obtain a loan.With all of the negative information we received, we thought about just giving up. I remembered a radio ad that I heard that Lisa Alley put out that stated something to the effect of we have our own line of credit with our bank. So we decided to give it one last try.I contacted Summit Lending and spoke with Ryan, he knew his stuff. I being very apprehensive due to my past dealing asked a lot of different questions and we didnt always speak the same language but everything he stated he put in writing. The information he provided made sense and was inline with the costs we were anticipating to pay. So we pulled the trigger and went with them.
