Thanks to multiple phone calls and emails, we were able to find our dream property. Blake and his team at Summit Funding did a great job handling our mortgage. His assistant, Erin, was great at communicating with us every step of the way - what was needed and why as well as where we were in the process. They made a tedious process easy and smooth. I highly recommend them!

Jose Molina and his team were amazing. It took us almost a year to find the home we really liked and Jose was very patient throughout. Always willing to answer our multiple questions even on the weekends and off hours. Thanks to his experience, knowledge and the hard work of his team we were able to close before the closing date. We loved working with Summit Funding in Stockton,CA to get our home loan for our first house. They were very professional and friendly, kept great communication, answer ALL my questions and were very helpful explaining everything clearly. I felt they worked with us to get the best deal and exactly what we wanted. They were very flexible with the schedule to accommodate ours. Overall a very pleasant experience with them.

Jose and his team supported our family throughout our home purchase. He has been very transparent with the process and was very patient with all our questions, especially since its our first-time home! His team is always present in every step until the very end, they even went over and beyond when we had a small issue at the end and continued to ensure we get our keys on the planned closing date. Transactions were smooth and love that we were able to do things electronically but at the same time, they are open to meeting in person as we requested. I definitely would recommend Team Molina to friends and family and will work with them again on our next home! Thank you, Team Molina!

Mary’s whole team is excellent at communication. It felt like there weren’t times when we wondered what was going on. If we had questions they answered very quickly. Mary herself is a GEM! I hate financial stuff and she makes appts enjoyable but also realistic. Highly recommend!!
