I had emailed the shop earlier in the week, as I was looking for bike rental near trails as I didnt have a car. They responded with some good advice. The location in Los Gatos is perfect because you can leave the shop and basically get straight out towards Lexington Reservoir. Staff were super helpful and patient when I had some user error problems with the ebike (my first time riding one, and I was thankful for the recommendation with the amount of climbing). Had a good day riding, really glad I made the journey out there!

Chris, Colin and the team helped get me into a new bike even during the SIP and COVID-19. The team was great on the phone and getting a bike ordered, including answering technical and logistics questions.Then when the bike came in, they have a relatively easy process (a little que) for a one on one with a specialist, including setting up, fitting the bike and walking through some key details. Check out and I was riding all weekend. Thanks! Happy to have awesome local shops like this in the community with the customer service and expertise too!

All I can say is wow, fantastic shop if you want to start a cycling hobby or fix your current bike. A friend of mine had her bike messed up, thank to a company that assemble Amazon-sold bikes! The front wheel was totally misaligned and my poor friend didn’t know what is going on, other than being annoyed by riding the bike, she was about to hate cycling all together. I promised to help her fix the issue, I went to the shop, met Nik and he instantly identified the issue and told me he needs to order some parts and he will contact me. A few days passed by and no news, so I called and asked about the status of the fix, the shop informed me that the parts are still on the way. After two weeks the parts arrived and the shop text me as promised. I already sent the front wheel only, so I took the rest of the bike with me and met Nik and when he put it in, he realized other issues. I was almost certain I will pay more fixing the bike than the original price, I asked Nik if this is the case, he assured me it is not. He actually made a new working order, seems it was more than just the front wheel, and the next day the bike was ready. I will not tell you the price, but it was super inexpensive, here is what went into fixing that wheel. First, all the larts ordered by eBay, which we know is pain to deal with, they ordered axils, new brake pads, new ring for the break, new wire brake (the original Amazon-certified guy was totally idiot putting the bike together) and finally the stainless steel balls inside the front wheel. Let me tell you this, had I bought all this stuff myself I would have paid more than the total payment I did for the shop.Hats off to Nik and the team, I love the shop and I love the repair center.

Worst shopping experience ever. I made an online purchase. I was giving a ship by date at purchase, only 1 item of the 3 arrived on time and had a tracking number. Other items arrives randomly and separately about 7 days late with no tracking numbers or email communications. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. Managers are hard to reach. Most importantly please read their return policy. If you buy something on sale, or with a discount code, you can no longer return it. What?! They dont let you know that when you are buying online. You will need find that small and almost hidden button on the bottom of the page that says return policy to find out. I buy things on sale from other places and I have never been denied return because I bought something on sale, unless i was clearly warned before purchase.

We had a really poor experience. We bought a bike for our son at the LG store that was a tad smaller than we liked. We then went to a different Summit location and found the right size and bought that. When we went to return the original purchase we were told they would not accept it because they thought it was scratched. It wasnt even used! Also they didnt even point out the scratches. Wont be going back here. Ever.Terrible experience.

I got two trek domane from this store and the experience has been excellent! Darcy, Colin and other gentlemans from the store took great care of us and made sure we got the bike we wanted, he answered all our questions and helped us replace a bike that was larger than I wanted as well! Loved the bike and couldn’t be happier with the purchase 😄

Summit just did a fantastic repair job on my MTB. I thought it was simple but it turned into something very difficult, too complicated to explain here. Summit spent a lot of time and effort working on it and never gave up. In the end I had the great outcome I had hoped for at the onset. Summit had been my bike shop before, and with this experience they really cemented it.

I bought a new Trek bike here in December thanks to great advice and patience from Darcy. His advice was spot on and he walked me through different options a couple of times. I dont know how he put up with me, but I am delighted he did!!Brendan
