First of all, Derek is a genius. Working with him was a complete pleasure for us. We asked him to build a floating cabinet for a very large wall in our living room and when I tried to explain what I wanted, I used the word thingie a lot, which Im sure was super annoying. Despite my lack of clarity, Derek build a solid, gorgeous cabinet which compliments our space perfectly and was EXACTLY what we wanted.I really cant say enough about this company. It wasnt just the exceptional customer service that led to my 5 star rating here, Derek backed up his very fair pricing with a level of quality I am confident I would not have received from the 4 other companies we vetted before going with Sullivan.In addition, he installed the cabinet personally and made sure it was exactly what we wanted before signing off on the job. He then followed up to double confirm we were satisfied.Anyone reading this review, trust me when I tell you, if you need custom woodworking done, you will never regret hiring Derek and Sullivan. They are absolutely on a whole other level way above their competition in terms of quality and customer service.Thank you, Derek from the bottom of our hearts.

Today is January 23rd 2023 I must say I googled a custom cabinet place in Bakersfield,ca and found Sullivan custom cabinet on Google an amazing website.called and Spoke to Derek owner I needed all new kitchen cabinets and bedroom closet cabinets made an installed the guy named Derek came on a Wednesday afternoon came into my home measured took the information he needed I felt very happy due to the website he had and the professional business card he gave me he said he will get back to me in a few days after five days I did not hear back from him so I text him.(Hope all is well Any update) at 4 PM at 9 PM he texts me telling me he’s going to be a watchdog for three months somewhere else out of town and he’s passed me too a different Woodmaker and said he’ll take good care of me unbelievable and unprofessional sorry but I have to let the people know that that’s not the way Derek, you do business you need to be right and professional I’ve been a business owner for 33 years and I would never play games like this. I even text you and ask you just like that and you still did not respond good luck. I also googled 1650 Roberts Ln. and it looks like a shack. It does not look like a proper business. I wish I should’ve look up before I even called you the first time my bad.👍🤷🏽‍♂️🙏

I recommend Sullivan Custom Cabinets to anyone who is looking for quality cabinets. My experience with Derek the owner was wonderful. He is professional, punctual and he met every goal that was set. Thank you Derek! I absolutely loved my vanity.

Great experience with Derek. Fair and honest person. I was missing cabinets in my kitchen, and Derek was able to find new doors measured to fit my cabinets perfectly. Will be reaching out to him soon again for other needs around the house!
