Great, fast internet service! Chris is a GREAT guy who worked fast and had no issue getting on the roof of my 3 story home. He was courteous and extremely helpful! Everyone I have dealt with that works for succeed has been so nice! I would recommend them to anyone!

Joe was great. He explained what he was going to do and then told us what he did. He also answered the questions we had and made sure our connection was working properly before he left.

While I was away at work chris came to attend to our connectionsMy husband said he worked for the longest time high up on our tower in gusty north windsHe worked against string elements and did a terrific job with the assembly. I want to take the time and appreciate one of your workers name AdrianSince my first encounter with him he was great he was able to verify my address and I was finally able to find an internet compact that was capable where I live I been finding one for more than one year and nothing would workBut speaking with Adrian since the beginning he gave me hope and answer all my back to back calls and not once he sounded annoyed with my questions and concerns also helped talk to my landlord and address all of his concerns and questions and because of that we were able to obtain the okay from my landlord and I will finally get wifiSo thank you so much Adrian

People are great who work there, they mean well and are professional, but like all internet providers I’ve called on several occasions and the person who made the ticket for me said everyone was busy would I like o to schedule a call back, I say sure and no body calls me back. If they were to look at my time line with them they would see I’ve not had internet almost all month and we have once again been hacked. Becuz the internet does not stay up are property has become the “ Hunting Grounds” our home has been vandalized almost daily for past 3 weeks due to the cameras being hacked due to this Wi-Fi. Very disappointed….so now looking for other security company’s and internet providers cuz tho even my truck has been vandalized and home robbed weekly by a group of individuals, we are no longer safe in our home, my dad is 95 yrs old and cannot handle the stress of it all, red tape treatment from everywhere, no body wants to accommodate us or take responsibility..Now my dad is in the hospital due to the stress it has all caused.
