I doordashed from here since i gave birth and cant do much for a bit. I got a turkey sandwich added avocado & bacon.The sandwich had more spinach than any other ingredient. No avocado & 1 slice of bacon on a foot long sandwich. The cookies were rock solid.Will not be ordering from here again! Especially for the price to door dash.

Google and the door says they open at 9am. It’s 9:20am and nobody is here, no food is set up, door is locked but their open sign is on and lit up. Subway needs to get it together or at least fix your posted open hours. Completely disappointing.

Ordered a cheese steak online very disappointed in what they call 3x cheese. For a cheese steak this has barely any meat almost thought they forgot the meat for a second and barley any cheese. The grilled bread was just a stale top. Got to love subway save the money get a cheese steak from like beach hut or another sandwich shop, at least I know if I get a 6 cheese steak at beach hut Ill actually get meat and it would cost around the same price as a footlong at subway.

I ordered 2 sandwich specials without drink or chips and the bill was $36 and some change. This is ridiculous. This is way too expensive. Needless to say I will have to stop patronizing this business due to high prices. Why are there extra charges on my bill for cheese and bacon? It looks like I got robbed.

Sign on the door says they open a 9am. Got there at 9:15 one day and 10 am on another day. Both days the lights were off and the door was locked. When there is somebody working its usually one person and theyre not in any hurry. I kinda hope the place goes out of business, thatll teach them a good lesson in customer service.

Do not order DoorDash from this location, and do not come here if you cant wait 15+ minutes for two sandwiches.Both employees on right now [Sat Jun 4 12:15pm] are exceptionally spaced out and are moving around in slow motion. Own woman honestly seems like shes on drugs. Theyre not aware of/do not greet customers entering. They are not really hearing or understanding what is said to or asked of them. They are forgetting DoorDash orders and other details, and finishing sandwiches out of order and over long periods of time.

This past weekend my boyfriend and I had gone to this Subway and were treated disrespectfully by the woman with the red hair. There seemed to have been a racial bias as my boyfriend and I were made to pay up front right after three girls who had ordered before us were allowed to pay AFTER their food was made. I am deeply disappointed in the lady who served us, and was very upset. My boyfriend, who is Mexican and has tattoos, was sweet and patient. And I was fuming and irritated at the treatment we got. I feel really disgusted that this is how Subway would like to treat their customers for seemingly not all having white skin. We were perfectly capable of paying for our food, but apparently the red head did not think so. The girls in front of us were white and I am too, but I guess since I associate with someone who has a different skin color were made to pay up front and get attitude? Thats a damn shame!

I walked in at noon today and there were 4 people ahead of me. The two employees were very fast and efficient. they hopscotched perfectly to completely eliminate any down time. I regret I didnt catch the young womans name, as she wad impressive. Brandon was a total rock star. The person ahead of me ordered 2 sandwiches, each with every veggie they had. Brandon was typing the sandwiches so quickly that I thought he was going to tie his fingers in knots, like Bugs Bunny playing the piano. Even with the wait, I was super impressed with his sense of urgency. In the middle of making up the order, Brandon suddenly glanced up at the woman and asked her, so how is your day going today? I couldnt believe it. Brandon, youre going to do just fine in life. P.S. there are bathrooms at Bel Air 30 or so yards away. Not ideal, but a totally acceptable solution. If walking 30 yards to use a restroom is your biggest problem, blessed you are indeed!

Ordered online. Mistake, I dont think they even read what we wanted on our sandwiches. Just threw on some veggies (whatever was handy, I guess) loaded both sandwiches w/bell pepper and we asked for NO Bell pepper and then didnt put any other veggies on it to speak of. Very very dissatisfied AND disappointed.

Sorry to say that I was totally disappointed in my order. Ordered online and prepaid online. They couldnt find my order when I called to change the pick up time. After that was straightened out, picked up order and obviously they did not read the instructions. MY sandwich had no lettuce, wasnt toasted and tasted moldy, and the other sandwich was requested without ranch dressing, but needed it on the side. Had no spinach or avocado which I paid extra for. Not sure if I would go back to this Subway again...

Food is good, no complaints there, my gripe with this subway is the no restrooms thing, why is a restaurant with sit in booths allowed to operate without restrooms? You cant wash your hands before nor after eating... Promoting healthy eating with dirty hands.

EDIT: I did talk to Karen this same day and she did infact offer to refund my sandwich and was very apologetic.The owner, wont answer her phone to give me a refund for the HAIR IN MY FOOTLONG! The employees were very apologetic and wanted to make me another sandwich but i declined. Seeing the hair made me sick. The problem here is they are not trained on how to give a refund and said that they will be introuble with the boss (karen). No where in the store or on the receipt says that they dont do refunds. Even subways policy allows refunds, just not karen. This is just unacceptable, my request is even reasonable.
