I recently visited the Subway location on Main Street and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Its not often that you come across a fast food location that is as well-maintained as this one. The food stations were spotless, and the ingredients looked fresh.One of the best things about this Subway is that it is open 24 hours a day. This is perfect for those late-night cravings or for people who work odd hours. The fact that they are open round the clock is a huge plus.Another great thing about this location is the ample parking available. It can be a challenge to find parking at some fast food restaurants, but not at this Subway. They even have a drive thru!In terms of pricing, I found the menu to be very fair. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food that you get.I would highly recommend this Subway to everyone, but particularly to truck drivers who are on the road late at night. Its conveniently located just off the freeway, making it a convenient stop for a quick bite to eat. Overall, it was a great experience at this Subway location.

I ordered online, money was removed from my account. I didnt get an email confirmation so I know something was wrong. I tried over and over and it didnt work so I went to the store, of course forgetting my physical coupon. I get to the window and not only do I show the employee my screen with my order and coupon, I show him the payment deducted from my account. He continues to say I cant help you, Im just an employee. If it was day time they could help.If a restaurant/business is open 24 hours, then they all need the resources to help. I worked at innout for 11 years and even at midnight could we help our guest. We always had a way to resolve. Seems like Subway does not care about business. So very sad that they could not honor the coupon on my check it screen as the payment was already released.

This subway is the best subway I have ever been to!!! The customer service is outstanding making the environment feel welcoming and friendly. The food is amazing, they even have the jalapeno cheddar bread. The wait time is not long at all. They helped me saved money from the app. Highly recommend this place.

Must have been new employees, because they forgot one families order. The place was super dirty, the floors, tables and back of chairs super soiled. My sandwich bread fell apart as I was eating, so Im guessing it was old? Asked for cheese and they put shredded cheese on the sandwich, so it was very messy.

I came here around 1 AM on 01/03/2024. I am amazed of the exceptional customer service by one of the workers there, Swurk. Very polite and respectful and extremely considerate. Workers like him give Subway a good name. Wish more workers like him work in fast food. Keep up the hard work and keep being the way you are!

I hate doing bad reviews so I only do them when I really feel like it’s necessary. Stopped by today at 9:20 02/15/24 . It was an online order for a turkey sub, meatball sub, churro and cookies. Once we got home to eat our meal which by the way we only live 1 min away we saw that not only was the hot meatball sub put in the same bag as the rest of the food but the steam from the sandwich had caused everything else to get wet and soggy .The cookies were mush and my sandwich (turkey sub) was wet . Not to mention the bread wasn’t toasted as requested instead it was burnt on one side. The churro was also just as bad it was stale and went to the trash can with the rest of the food.For that I give 1 star . I would give 0 if it was a option

I was told they could not take my order in the drive thru because too many customers inside and to come inside. There was only 5 or 6 cars in the parking lot at the most. Normally they put a cone in the driveway. I said I was willing to wait but no response the worker kept ringing up customers in the store and as I sat I could hear her conversation. I have a back injury and I was looking for a drive thru for my food purchase so I drove off.

Empoyees are more worried about their music and goofing around then helping customers. If you go thru the drivethru. forget about getting any help, they completely ignore you. There is always 1 person doing nothing in there so youre always waiting if you go in. WORST SERVICE EVER. Also they are always out of drinks in the machine, it is always disgusting dirty, the tea container is disgusting and only a inch of tea in it.

Today my family and I, decided to stop at subway at banning by 8th st, we had the worse experience ever, customer service was horrible the girl that was making my sandwich was very rude, this other young girl was standing by the door i dont know if she was off work or on her lunch but she came in, had no uniform, she was touching her long hair putting her nails inside her mouth was on the phone and all this with out washing her hands she started to cash out orders, handling the soda cups, then she grabbed her sandwich and went outside, then we took a sit started to eat sandwiches just to find a hair in one of the sándwich, honestly this is disgusting,

By far the worst service EVER!!! The manager Alex or Alexy has the worst customer service I’ve ever had. He told me if I can’t wait I can leave!! All I asked is how long the wait time was in the drive through since I already waited almost 10 minutes without him saying anything. When I went inside to ask I was told I have break in a minute I ain’t the one. I will be going to corporate tomorrow this guy needs to lose his job. Oh then the girl said we will call the cops!!! In a 116 heat wave the cashier kicked out an innocent homeless man getting ice water. It broke my heart and it was very disturbing. I wanted to buy him water but the cashier made him run away. I have a big heart for homeless people and I think it’s important to practice kindness, compassion and emotional intelligence. It says a lot about a business when they are mean to homeless people. I believe the random acts of kindness we put out in the world have a way of coming back to us and we reep what we sow in this world. I came home and cried and also prayed for the homeless man. We can all have everything and lose it in a heartbeat. I called the subway manager to complained and he said they have to avoid homeless people. How can they deny a homeless person of water? My husband and I will never give subway our business again.

Not the best Subway Ive been too, stopped by as we were passing through. All the tables were dirty, food was fresh, the sandwich building station counter wasnt clean, drink station was clean, one staff was friendly, the other seemed bothered to help us. Tea was good, the meatballs had an odd taste my son said, its not our favorite pick but it was better than the nasty Jack N The box we stopped by first & left!

Absolutely the worst subway I have ever been tothey took my money and then decided not to give me one of the products I paid foralso I was in their drive-through which I had to wait 20 minutes in order for the person ahead of me which I only had one itemin order to get my food absolutely the worst service ever. Plus the condescending manager Lisa was of absolutely no help whatsoever. Obviously they need new management because the ones that are there obviously dont like doing their job.

Initially the service was good, but we werent allowed to sit in the dining room to eat. Im assuming they didnt want to clean up after we finished. The time was after 9:00 sometime. I think they close at 10:00. So we had to sit on the curb outside to eat, which was pretty lame.

Food is awful! The person making my sandwiches was very rude, wouldnt answer, kept putting on wrong items and then was annoyed when I tried to stop her. Because I was exhausted and starving I gave in and just took them and left. I opened one of the foot longs and there was 3 pickles on the whole thing (as an example of how few veggies were put on). Then although it wasnt toasted the end of the bread was very hard and dry. Never going here again. Will drive to Beaumont subway where they are great!

Went for a sandwich this morning at 8:22am, door was locked, no lights on inside. One person was working. Outside in her car on the passenger side texting on her phone. If youre not going to open at 8am like it says on the door and on the internet change your hours. Such an inconvenience!

Not sure why theres even a drive thru when they cant get your order right even when you repeat yourself more than 2 times..get to the window, after waiting 5min the girl says they are out of the side choice i wanted. And that the white bread my husband wanted fell apart so she was going to make another one with a different bread.. When i asked her to repeat the toppings i wanted she didnt remember which ones i wanted and then said i think i put it on there.. Like really!? I ended up leaving disappointed ..Wyoming be going back to this spot.

Cross contamination is a real issue in this area I have come to learn…I follow a certain type of diet and I have been for years so when I asked if the MANAGER who was making my sandwiches wouldn’t mind changing their gloves before they make mine the whole vibe changed…she rushed me through my other sandwiches…gave attitude to me as well as other staff members they weren’t even that busy…I have worked in food service for over 15 years and I know what customer service truly is…I would never let anyone who had a simple request feel bad for asking or become visibly irritated because of such a request…I will never eat here again not even because of how sick I have been since eating here but for the customer service I received from a manager of all people…the other staff members were great and I feel bad for them having to work with a manager like that…if she’s rude to her customers I can only imagine how she is with the employees

The customer service is hit or miss. Ive had really great service some days and Ive had horrible service other days. Some days service is slow. I hate going thru the drive thru because they always put you on hold and there is higher chance that they will make you a sloppy sandwich.

My 7 year old daughter was at the beginning of the line when she said she wanted a Veggie Patty kids meal, she was excited for the Finding Dory toy included and told the lady this. However.... The lady didnt let us know until it was time to pay that we COULDNT HAVE a Veggie Patty kids meal. We paid left and my daughter is sad now because other kids get the Finding Dory toy, and she doesnt. Blonde chick gave additude and prepard my sandwich backwards. She plastered a gunk load of mayo and got bothered when i told her to take some off. They she proceeds to put ALL the sauses onto the bread instead of on top the vegies. The chicken was uncooked and cold. I threw the whole sandwich away. Such a waste of time do not go here.

Me and boyfriend went in tonight and got two 6 inch subs. Mine was on the Italian herbs and cheese and his was on white bread. They were very skimpy in the ingredients. I asked for extra chipolte he gave me one line of it. Both of the guys were very ride anf were like is that all? is that all? over and over. Then we get home and they mixed our sandwiches! Now because my boyfriend is allergic to one pf the herbs they use ho cannot eat it. I have never had a bad experience anywhere like this! Will never go back!

I was trying to catch the subway to Beaumont, however after 5 hour of wait on the seat, an employees told me this wasnt a subway station. I was extremely disappointed of the fact that this was not a subway station, but I forgave them anyway because they gave me six inch sub. I had to pay it, but it was worth it. I reccomend going to subway because it looks like a deli.
