I have two complaints. One the lack of handicap spaces. I think the owner or manger holds an obvious handicap spot. It has a faded handicap sign on the ground but if you park there they will come to your room and ask you to move your car. Not sure why a hotel of this size has one accessible parking spot.Second complaint. They treat you like a criminal upon check out. We put a deposit down and before I was able to get my money back they had to search the room to make sure nobody took those swaddling size bath towels and sheets. I had never experienced this in my life. If they would say at check in hey were gonna search your room to make sure you didnt steal.I wouldnt stay again.

The room was not clean. There was still hair from the previous tenant in the shower. The bed sheet of one of the beds had blood stains. Overall it was also very dusty. The reception was manned at the time of check-in, but we didnt meet any staff afterwards. It is a non-smoking hotel, but our bathroom as well as the hallway smelled like weed. the maids smelled the same. They probably smoke when cleaning the rooms. The area is good for getting around. A rental car is required. Not far from LAX.

Terrible experience with this place! I booked for four nights and the day of our trip I got asked to confirm my booking, I spoke with a gentlemen who rudely cut me off after i tried explaining to him that my flight had been delayed. He assured me my booking was confirmed and that my room would still be available when I landed. I landed at around 10:30pm the same night and then found out by one of their other employees that my booking had been cancelled and my room had been given to someone else. They proceeded to let me know that they couldnt accommodate me because they were fully booked all weekend due to it being a festival weekend. They later on told me they could book me for two nights only for over 300$! We had to stay at the airport until we found another alternative. Very Disappointing!

The room was dirty when we arrived, it was a disappointment, there were no personal cleaning supplies. The bathroom was literally falling into pieces. I think I would never return to this hotel.

Talk about profiling!Walked in, was asked for ID. Handed over my Military ID and was told I couldnt check in without a valid passport. I wasnt asked if I had any other ID. The reservation (made 2 weeks before) was for the first floor nonsmoking. Was told all they had left was a smoking room.The only room available was far from the elevator. The room was nice - but the nightstand lights were out. Fortunately, there was a corner lamp that we moved between us.Learned afterwards that the room is only serviced every 5 days - this includes towels.

Rooms are nicely renovated but are not cleaned properly whatsoever. We found dirt and debris that could have easily vacuum if somebody cared. Surfaces need a wipe down. Suspicious stains on the beds. And it stank!! We switched rooms but the second one was not much better. Also smelled better despite a strong weed perfume. But still dirty and just not well maintained. We left and got a refund. The guy at the reception desk was helpful and nice. Certainly not his fault. But I cannot and will not recommend this hotel. Go try the Best Western next door or the Hilton Garden Inn instead.

Rented the jacuzzi room and it was definitely a good choice. Jacuzzi was great, room was clean and spacious! Front desk lady Colleen was helpful and informative when I had questions about the local area. I would definitely book again when in town

The appearance of the room was nice but that fact that I got bit 3 times in less than an hour and roaches were crawling around the food that I had... I could not sleep there overnight and I had to throw the food away. I changed rooms at first... but then it was bugs flying around in that room. So I went back to the front desk and told the gentleman that I wouldnt be able to sleep under those conditions and requested a refund. The guy at the front desk was very polite,friendly and really tried to help me but I didnt feel comfortable or safe staying there overnight.
