2024-06-15 05:11:08Terrible company to do business with. I never had any issues with my account. No chargebacks, no refunds, nothing. No issues whatsoever. Now, today they said my business was too high risk and they stole over $3000 from me and are refusing to release the funds until October. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. Ive been in business since 2009 and Ive never once had any issues. Ive had over $70,000 worth of payments in the past couple months with absolutely no problems whatsoever. Please do yourself a favor and find another payment processor. This company is ran by crooks in my opinion. They dont have a phone number to call. They dont have an appeals process. They dont give you an opportunity to submit any supporting documents. I plan on speaking to an attorney about this because its causing a hardship in my company. I would be more than willing to participate in any class action lawsuit that comes up.

2024-05-22 07:14:24I have account with Stripe. I setup with my website but later you block it now No one helping me . even i cant open my account. my bussness is suffering. I chat with your support team after uploading all required documents you denied to re start it. can anyone help me. I am living in bay area. I can visit yours office?

2024-02-04 15:11:07Ive worked with multiple payment processing companies and Stripe is the only one to keep a portion my money in reserves for up to 90 days. They do this by policy because they believe I am high risk, although I cant tell you why they believe this is so because they dont say. I have had multiple conversations with customer service, asking them if there is anything I can do to improve my status and remove the restrictions but was only ever pointed back to their policy. I have completely stopped doing transactions with them and Im much happier with my new payment processing company. Two stars because their customer service is fairly responsive, although unhepful in my case. All of this is to say that there are much better options out there. Keep looking!

2024-03-12 04:17:24Unfortunately, I do not have a way to rate less than a 1. I have had 3 experiences now and all negative. 1st let me advise you so you are not surprised that once you sign up with Stripe your first payout will be within 7-14 business days. The reasoning is to protect you and them from risk. What risks? I was already vetted by them for my business along with verifying my business banking account and these are clients I have had for years without issue. Maybe they should make sure you know this before surprising you after the fact. That would be a good business approach. Dont negatively surprise your clients.2. I reached out to customer service chat agent. Who first gave me the standard cut and paste responses, but later because I was so surprised and upset by this that she informed me she worked with IT and they would process my payment sooner. I would have it in a few business days after all. Ok great. At least I felt heard and the company responded. Wrong3. I go into my account the next business day - my account says my first payout is over a week away. Now its even further out that I was told initially before the agent said payment would be prompted in the next 1-2 business days. So I go back to a chat agent who only pulls up 1/2 of the conversation and sends to me explaining that I misunderstood the communication. Intentionally leaving out the 2nd part of the conversation where the prior agent stated that IT was going to expedite my payment and to check my account in a couple of business days and reach back out if there was a problem. I did and now we are back to you have to wait up to 14 business days....All of my first 3 interactions at this time have been negative and I just started using them. I am absolutely astonished by this. Of course, this agent thought I did not keep the documentation and was surprised when I sent him the documentation I kept. Still not changing their stance though. So they take a nice percentage of your money, they keep it for up to 14 business days so they are making interest off of us that they will not give back to us, and their customer service support is deceptive.

2024-04-25 20:46:21I can no longer recommend Stripe as a preferred online payment processor. Their heydays were probably between 2018-2021.Recently, they started being trigger happy with new accounts, and would shut them down despite their legitimate business nature and thorough transaction history.This js is my speculation: It seems to me that their algorithm is completely out of tune when determining risk levels of accounts.What I do know for sure is that the their customer service has been sharply declining. Trying to get someone, a competent agent on the phone is harder than ever. Most of the time all you get is a script reader thats not of much help.If youre a looking for a payment processor, I suggest you tread very cautiously with Stripe. And always have an alternative to fall back to, in case their trigger happy algorithm/human decide that your business is high risk.Thankfully, there is Square, Quickbooks, Clover and Authorize. Net as options.

2024-05-27 05:02:31Stripe closed my account without providing a reason after I had done business with them for over a year. They are now holding my funds and refuse to offer any explanation for the sudden closure. Do not use this processing company; it has been the worst experience I have ever had.

2024-03-28 13:12:19Stay far, far away from Stripe Processing Service unless youre eager to throw your hard-earned money into a black hole. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and their incompetence knows no bounds.First and foremost, they have a knack for making mistakes, especially when it comes to processing credit card transactions. Its like they have a talent for misplacing funds and conveniently forgetting to notify you about it. I recently had to refund a cardholder due to a fraudulent charge, only to discover that Stripe never bothered to actually send the money back to the customer. And did they bother to inform me of this colossal screw-up? Of course not. They prefer to leave you in the dark while they play fast and loose with your finances.But wait, it gets better. When the inevitable dispute arose, guess who was left holding the bag? Thats right, yours truly. Stripe was more than happy to slap me with dispute fees faster than you can say scam. Theyll eagerly take your money for their own incompetence but wont lift a finger to help you when things go south.Their customer service is a joke. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone who can actually assist you. Its like theyre allergic to providing actual support to their paying customers. Youre better off shouting into the void than expecting any sort of meaningful help from these charlatans.In conclusion, if you value your sanity and your bank account, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Stripe Processing Service. Theyre nothing but a bunch of thieves masquerading as a legitimate business. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your credit card processing needs

STRIPE IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND THEY PURPOSELY ROB PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY.THEY EVEN WITHDREW $15,000 OUT OF MY OWN BANK AFTER THE PAYMENT LANDED IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT SECURED. MY ACCOUNT OUT OF NOWHERE WAS FLAGGED AS FRAUDULENT DISPUTE WHEN I HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG.THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AS WELL. DO NOT EVER USE STRIPE AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO WRITE UNLIMITED 1 STAR REVIEWS TO MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY GOES DOWN.ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY IS RIDICULOUS

2024-06-03 16:51:52Stripe closed my account after two years with no disputes, claiming Im high risk. I recommend staying away from them. Stripe has a 1-star rating with the BBB. They are holding my funds, and when I asked them to refund my customers money, they refused to do so.
