Linda and her team at StressFree Mortgage are amazing. They took extra steps before we started my loan application process to help me better understand downpayment, interest rates, property taxes, and monthly payments. As a first-time home buyer, One of the biggest questions I had going into buying home is what can I afford and whats my monthly payment if I decided to buy house at higher or lower price points. Linda provided me with a breakdown that explained it all. It was true educational experience to understand what I could afford to purchase home without losing sleep at night thinking to myself what did I just do. Dont stress it. Give them a call.

I cannot say enough good things about Linda and her team. She is a mortgage wizard! My husband and I have been in contact with Linda for 3 years, (yes years!) while we were trying to find our dream home. Getting out bid by developers etc. We were pre-approved by two other mortgage brokers but when it came time to close one said we couldn’t get approved and one actually said we needed a co-signer! We make more than enough to afford the home so it was absurd. Linda got us the best rate, lowest down payment and was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She is the reason we got our home and she saved us a ton of money. Don’t waste your time or money at your bank, because that’s all they’ll do, go to Linda and she will take care of you. Best mortgage brokers out there. I found them on Google because I wanted someone local to us. Linda and Suley are awesome. They have taken care of us for the last few years and we couldn’t be happier. Do NOT waste your time with big banks, you will. It get this kind of service. Their service is second to none!! I know this sounds like a commercial, but I have done two mortgages with them and I’d never go to anyone else. If you are looking for a truly, honest and trustworthy mortgage broker, this is the one for you.
