Brian and Si2 helped Weather Tools shift our focus from understanding our product to understanding our business. Brian quickly became a trusted advisor and valued member of our team. One of the best things about Brian was his willingness to adapt which is clearly supported by his excellent skill as a listener. We often required an abbreviated process due to opportunities that arose, and he accommodated us at every step. He would jump on external Zoom calls with advertisers, channel partners, etc. It simply didnt matter; he was a member of our team and eager to help us succeed in anything we were doing. Awesome experience, I highly recommend the program under Brian. I am serial entrepreneur that learned as I built and never studied how to be an entrepreneur. Being part of the lean stack course and getting coached by Brian really helped me understand aspects of entrepreneurship that I had wish I had known before such as interview process to identify customer pain points.
