The Managed IT Services our company has received from Strata have been excellent. There are about 45 people in our company now, but when we started with Strata we had about 22. They have helped us scale and take on larger accounts because we have been able to onboard new employees and clients so efficiently. Also, I feel the security protocols that have implemented have really been proactive; we never would have known to put many of those tools and procedures in place. We now have multi-factor authentication, which we proudly tell our clients and they have been impressed. The Strata team is alway so attentive and respectful. They are onsite regularly and complete tickets quickly. They feel like a really partner and I felt they deserve a positive review for their great work. I highly recommend them!
