Thank you for finding me my new car and putting me back on the road in style!!!!Angel Corona made my car buying process the best I’ve ever been through. He knew exactly what I wanted, showed me options ONLY in the range I requested, and was honestly just the nicest person. I got everything I asked for and then some!It was also nice catching up with the manager Edgar Dominguez who helped make my car buying process actually kind of fun and NOT STRESSFUL! We had some good laughs, and I felt super comfortable while waiting for “paperwork.” Even the Finance Manager David Meek was such a sweet man and helped make the paperwork portion seamless and smooth. He kept me in the payment range I wanted and made sure I understood everything I signed for.If anyone is looking for a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend the guys at Stowasser. I’ve been buying my cars with Stowasser for years and never ever have been disappointed. These guys are awesome! They ALWAYS go the extra mile for us. I want to thank Nestor for taking care of us. Chris Cruz and his manager really took care of us. Drive two hours for this deal on a Dodge Ram 2500 2022. And the deal they offered us was unbeatable after looking at 4 other dealerships and 6 different trucks. Best pricing I could find and no hidden fees. They were very transparent and very helpful. I had bought a used 2018 GMC Terrain Diesel from this dealership back in January of 2022. I had check engine light after check engine light for the same issue. Particulate Matter Sensor.After the 5th time it went out, I reached out to GM and they couldnt offer any assistance with paying for this $600 part. My wife had reached out to Nate in the service department, and he said he would talk to the manager and see what can be done if anything. He called back the next day, and said the best he could do what cover at least the part cost, and I only pay for the labor to install it. He apologized and agreed that this was crazy it kept going out, but that his hands were tied and we did the right thing reaching out to GM directly. We thanked him, but did refuse as we knew we were just going to get rid of the car anyways. Nate went above and beyond our expectations and tried helping us out as best he could to his ability. Truly, thank you Nate for all you have done to help my wife and I. If we get another GM vehicle, l would definitely trust Nate.

The warranty issue I reported was not resolved, and this is the second time I have asked for it to be fixed. It is clear that no one is checking to see if their repair worked. I got an incorrect assessment of my tire wear. My car has an oil leak that needs diagnosing, but there are no appointments until 14 days out. So, I am switching to a different dealership for my servicing.

Bought a used car from them loved it!…. That was until 4 months later the car was completely dead. I had to jump it and take it to my nearest battery shop where they told me the battery in the car wasn’t even the correct battery meant for the car so it drained itself trying to keep up with it. Had to buy a new battery that was actually meant for the car just to take it home because it wouldn’t start at all. I talked to the sales manager who basically told me this happens sometimes and that I should have just took the car to THEM cause they can’t trust word of mouth from other mechanics??? For an issue that happens “sometimes” you would think they would eventually try and resolve the issue to prevent it from happening to more people. Aren’t YOU guys the one who sold me the car ? I trusted your word of mouth when you told me the car was ready to go. Anyways they won’t compensate me in any kind of way since I went to someone else which is okay I understand but thankfully the guys at Battery System helped me out super fast with a new battery. I will end this off by saying stowasser has some shady mechanics who aren’t properly checking the used cars they sell.

I purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia Denali at Stowasser recently. Started online with Angel and Alex. They were excellent at communicating the vehicle details and numbers with me in a swift and professional manner. On the day of delivery they reminded me of my appointment time and kindly accommodated me when I needed to move it up one hour. As I arrived at the Dealership my Denali was right up front, detailed sparkling clean and ready to go. Alex introduced me to Dave in the office to complete the necessary paperwork. Dave is very professional explaining everything in detail to help you to make good decisions without pressure. Alex walked me out to my new car, affixed the temp registration to the windshield, and handed me the keys. I can see why Stowasser gets such great ratings. They have a culture of great Customer Service that shows in every employee I came into contact with.

Usually when you make contact on the internet the salesman is the worst with no knowledge of the products. My salesman was knowledgeable of the truck and answered all my questions accurately. He was well spoken and polite and was the only reason I made the two hour drive to that dealership.

Stowasser has always been my go to with service up til recently when i got a courtesy wash withnmy regular maintenanceand oil change. Whoever attempted to wash my truck ruined and swirled the clear coat on my GMC sierra! Now i have to pay a detailer to polish my truck again. They didnt top off my air pressure and at other times ive had my def topped off. Not sure why this time things went bad! Will not be returning.

Couldn’t be bothered, said ridiculous things like “well all cars are human made there are bound to be errors.” After asking which vehicle is more reliable in his opinion. Good morning Jacob, let me start off by saying how dissatisfied I am with your sales team.My wife and i came by your lot sunday November 13th around 11:30 AM and was met by a nicesales person. We were looking for a good used second car. He showed us the Maxima 2020 and a 14 explore we drove both. We liked the maxima and said lets do it we will buy it. Great your sales man tells us as we walk inside and sit down at his cubicle he asks us for our drivers lics and makes copies. He ask personal info etc. and leaves. Makes a second copy of lic.and comes back and says how serious our you about the car someone else wants it. I was stunned and said i thought you hear me say we will take it thats why we are sitting here. He hurries off and after about10 minutes a another person comes back and says he is the sales Manager i think and saysthe car we wanted and had agreed on we could not have because some else had anappointment to buy it.I said excuse me then why was the car on the lot and the sales personallow us to drive it and make a deal? I am in sales also and if i have product promised i commit it so it will not be sold and is waiting for the customer, hence no confusion. I find it hard to beleaveall of the above. If that car was pre sold or promised why was it on the lot? and why did your sales man tell us we could buy it..You have been in business for a while and i am sure have checks and balances to prevent this type of thing from happening. Your sales person spent quite a whiletelling us how great your company was and no under handed tricks. Hmmm...... so who ever thethe second person was sales or finance manager was then proceed to say i understand you may be interested in a truck. What i was shocked and upset and this attempt to bait and switch us, i will never come back to you company nor will I recommend it.

Super disappointed in my experience. I bought my car from them in July of 2017 and I am still having issues. Things that were told to me prior to purchase are not actually true. I have just been told today that my car was sold to me with used tires. There was an area missing paint when I first purchased and was told it wouldnt be noticeable one they repaired it. It now looks worse. The only easy part to this was them taking my money. Im so glad others have had positive experiences. But I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a car a little over two weeks ago from Stowasser GMC. I called and talked to Angel Corona on the phone. On the phone, I requested a specific VIN. Their dealership was the closest one to me that had a car with all the features I was looking for in a GMC Terrain SLT. I wanted the Safety Plus Package. Me and Angel agreed for me to come pick up the car that night. Because I was driving there after work and I live two hours away, I got there after hours. They did not show the car first. They had me sign all of the paperwork. On the way home (it is 11 p.m. at this point), I realized the car was missing one of the features I had driven all the way to Santa Maria for. Once I got to Bakersfield, I checked all of my paperwork and looked online to see what the VIN number of the car I requested was. They had sold me a base model car that only had a couple of added features, but none of the features I had driven 2 hours for. Since it was so late, I decided to call the next day. At 8 am I called and spoke to both Angel and Job Diaz. They told me there was nothing they could do. Job chastised me on the phone telling me that it was completely my fault that I drove away with the wrong car. He kept saying this even after I explained that the sticker they place on the car had the VIN number of the car I requested. I also spoke to Jacob Stowasser and he told me the same thing. There is nothing that they could do for. Over the past two weeks, it has been hard to get in contact with him. He claims he called and left me a message when I did not receive one. Of the safety features, sunroof and bonus audio package I thought I had been paying for, the only thing they only offered to add in rear censors to the car that they gave me. The never once admitted that they had made a mistake. They only blamed me in entirety for the mishap that occurred and offered to pay $600 for something that is a multiple thousands of dollar mistake.

The manager was also great, he promised me certain extras that I was looking for on my new vehicle so I went ahead with the sale. When I went to ask about it, they gave me the runaround and even became irritated by my presence. Things got nasty pretty quick after that! The service person that checked me out when the car was done was unprofessional . After just having my car detailed and only getting an oil change and the tires rotated, I got the car back with water spots all over the back of the car and the windshield .I was waiting in the customer lounge for them to let me know they were done with the car. The service guy that gave me the keys when the car was done does not have the personality to work directly with the public. He probably does his job just fine but not with the customer directly . I took my 2016 2500HD in for owner’s manual prescribed service (45K and still under warranty) on my truck. Stowasser didnt complete all GMC required maintenance, although they charged me for a complete service ($700+). I tried Stowasser off and on over the years because the service was so horrible that I was convinced that I must have gotten a bad employee. But after eight years of trying this unethical dealer, I’ve learned they will not change their horrible business practices because it comes from the owner. By 2019 our expensive trucks paint begin to peel 😳 It started on the passenger door then the driver door. Stowasser dealer said they could do nothing about it since it had over 36,000 miles and we owned it for over three years. So, here we are stuck with a beautiful new truck paid for that’s peeling!
