This location bates newcomers with a “perk” (or discount) to leave a 5 star review. After they get that - beware!! Within a little over 2 years my unit price DOUBLED. And when questioned about it, the manager didn’t seem to think there was anything strange about the units price DOUBLING. YIKES!!! Felt like I was in the twilight zone.

I’ve shopped around for storage at other company’s but StorQuest made the progress a breeze. The location is convenient, right next to home. The customer service is great. Have unfortunately had my unit here for awhile - there have been issues over the years. Incorrect billing, unnecessary late fees, computer problems, what seems like greedy rate hikes, heat damage to items, etc. When I have reached out to management it is NEVER an “AWESOME” experience. They won’t admit fault. It’s exhausting.

My wife and I used StorQuest off of Mountain View in Loma Linda for about 4 months and had zero issues. Naomi helped us through reserving our unit, showing us around, was able to answer any of our questions, and always a nice face to see when we visited our unit. The property itself was clean and never very busy, plus a nice bathroom on site which came in handy. We checked out of our unit his morning and there weren’t any bugs and our stuff still smells like home and not a nasty storage building. We would definitely recommend this location and Naomi to anyone in the area looking for a trusted storage unit.

My first experience with StorQuest self-storage was my interface with Naomi Reyes. Naomi immediately made us feel that we were storing our possessions in the right place. Naomi had vast knowledge of the products and services provided by StorQuest and she showed us a variety of units that would meet our needs . The facility was very clean, they offer comparable prices she ran the rules down to us and gave us confidence that are storage would be protected. After I graduated college we stored my dorm items here until we could take it all home. The staff was great, friendly. It was really easy to open and close our account. No complaints. Definitely would use again. Also Lisa was really helpful when closing our account and moving all of our stuff out.

Showed up at 4pm and got a storage unit even though they close at 5pm. Naomi (the woman working at the time) was friendly and professional, she made getting the unit a breeze. We moved everything in with no hassle even though it was past closing. Overall a stress free experience. Would recommend!

How very refreshing to find a neat and tidy storage facility with VERY clean restrooms for the clients to use and friendly, helpful and professional staff. (Note that most other storage facilities I have used in the past are staffed with surly, unprofessional people who act like THEY are doing You a favor by renting you a unit.) I was treated like a valued customer here. Naomi was just fabulous and so efficient.

This location is horrible, please think twice. The location is so tight that it is impossible to move around in, my trailer was almost impossible to get to my unit. Dont plan on any large u-hauls here. Look at their walls, lots of hits and damage as people tried and failed. Secondarily, the site has very poor management, I was met with attitude over and over again. Most importantly, they increased my rent by 33.6% without notice. They claim a mailed letter was sent (never received) but didnt bother to send an email when all other communication is email. I had three units in total during our move, this was the only one that I had a miserable experience with, I would have paid way more for either of the other locations.

Excellent customer service support, cheerful, personable and very helpful. I like the idea someone actually lives onsite, especially since I work on organizing my stuff after my work hours and on weekends late, I know someone is there in case something should happen. Its a convenient location, and in a safe place. The bathroom facilities are always cleaned and well stocked. The grounds is also clean and neat. I am very happy with this storage facility, and would highly recommend this facility.

There have been many turn overs of local managers at the Loma Linda facility. That being said, everyone has been VERY helpful, either on the phone, or in person. Always ready to solve any problems. Can’t point out any particular manager. They’ve all been trained well. Megan is the last that, I’ve encountered. Megan has gone out of her way to accommodate my needs. I have been storing here for a year now, and have seen so many improvements recently on the property. The restroom is always clean and stocked with paper. The outside is super clean. I always see LeAnn the property manager cleaning when Im here. Dina the assistant manager is always polite and helpful with any questions I have. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I recently moved to another state so I closed out my storage unit. However, Ive used this facility for 5 years and Im very happy with my time there. I always got the best deal here. Very easy to access and always friendly service. The only problem I ran into is thier bathroom is always out of order. Otherwise, great place to store your belongings.

I was moving out of town for the summer between school years and needed a place to store my stuff as I would be returning to a different apartment as well. I found this storage facility by simply driving past it as it is conveniently located on Mountain View next to Clarks Market. Naomi did a wonderful job streamlining my storage unit the day I walked in and answered any question I had. The prices are competitive and the services are top notch. They have a lot of accessories on the wall also available for sale that I didnt think Id need but turned out to be incredibly useful (like a mattress cover for my mattress, last thing you want is an insect infestation in there). Overall, Im very pleased with my experience with Storquest and plan to use them throughout my summers here at Loma Linda.

We just wanted everyone to know how much we appreciate the manager, Jim. He goes above and beyond to help the customers here. This place has a small town feel, clean, and well taken care of. The staff is always polite and friendly. The place feels safe and looks clean. WhenI had a problem with access (I created!) the staff explained my mistake and enforced the rules. And when I retruned with my paperwork strightened out they awere VERY helpful in cutting open our Moms storage unit. Due to the trains and the closeness of the tracks some on the units do get dusty or sooty. We just keep everyting boxed and all was fine.

Why when I go there in the middle of the day like today at 3:30pm no ones in the office and you cant tell me that their on the property because I went in and drove that whole place and not a single person was there.
