When I got here the door was licked and a sign said be back in 30 minutes, yet when i came back there were two employees so not sure why they were both gone at.the same time. I went to try and get a 5x5 and was told they only have the third floor available, and they wouldnt recommend the third floor because you have to go up the stairs. There is no elevator. The kid at the front counter seemed to have an attitude and didnt really want to help, so I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I DESPISE the little yellow bump strips and the single car driveway that is almost always blocked with a car parked in it, making it much more difficult to get things in and out of the in-building units. Besides that this place is ok. A little pricey once the first year is up.

I have had a storage unit, 10 × 15 since 2017.I think Ive been their twice since then. Havent had any issues. The place is kept clean, well supervised, and secure. Fairly new modern complex. Has good hours to visit your junk/stuff!

Clean storage facility with very affordable rent. Well maintained and secure. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They also provided flatbed carts which makes transporting boxes much more time efficient. Well satisfied with this place!

We have been part of the Ace Self Storage family for 2 and 1/2 years. I say family because they have always treated us like we are family. We have had wonderful service by a variety of staff, questions have always been answered promptly and thoroughly. We have always had great support when spending the day cleaning and rearranging our unit. The maintenence staff is always very helpful and polite. We are very grateful for the support the manager has always given us in our strange situation. The units, have always been clean, safe and affordable.We will be sad to go but will always recommend Ace Self Storage in Rancho San Diego to others. On top of a really terrific facility and really nice service they also have really great prices. I have rented units in facilities from North County to South Bay and this is by far the very best.

By far the friendliest staff you could expect from a storage facility. Exceptionally clean office, grounds, and units. You will pay a premium price after the first month discount but if your peace of mind is worth it this is a highly recommended facility. No bums, no trash, well secured and monitored with attentive and very helpful staff.

This is the cleanest, nicest storage facility I have ever rented at! It is very secure, plus theres a sheriffs department literally next door! The staff is super nice and very helpful always! The move in special when I moved in was $41 for ANY size unit for the first month, plus free boxes and a free lock! Amazing!

This is the best storage facility in town. I had storage in 3 locations and decided to consolidate my things into one unit. Victoria found the perfect unit for my things and I was able to get an amazing deal for my first 3 months. I was able to save hundreds of dollars by putting all my items in one storage.

I have rented a few storages in my time, and I have got to admit this is by far the best to date. The personal are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help. I had one issue with my space and the staff was quick to assist and resolve the situation promptly. It also helps to know the Sheriffs station is within walking distance and if something was to happen they would be their quickly.

If you are looking for a clean and safe place to store your things this is the place. It is very new and clean with security cameras everywhere. The worst customer service. Do not waste your time with this place . Apparently because is a low prices they mislead you with not disclosing their policies. After I sing in, we went to see the storage before we went in to the building: I asked again if this the outside the storage and the gentleman said oooo we dont have the outside unit, i said in this case I do not want to rent it...... their refused to give me a full refund, even when they did not disclosed or informed me about the refund policy. I hope higher management take action and check their videos to make it right.Is just the principal!

I am extremely upset with this place. Apparently it’s NOT climate controlled. We were not told this and all of my good stuff could be ruined. What is the point of calling it self storage if your gate is going to be locked on a holiday. Needed to get some stuff from my unit only to find out I can’t because holiday hours has gate disabled. Although sign says gate is open daily from 6 am until 8 pm.
