My mother just drove in from Minnesota two days ago and we needed some extra storage space. We came across this facility on google and decided to try it out. We came around 4, not knowing exactly what size we needed. We knew we didn’t need a lot of space as we only have a few boxes and bags. Our storage Rep who assisted us in this process name was Bailey. He did phenomenal job helping us pick a unit. He walked us around the facility and showed us a couple options and was also very knowledgeable. Our entire experience especially our interaction with Bailey was wonderful and we chose a unit at a great price. If you are in need of storage unit I’d definitely recommend this place. The sign up process was pretty easy. The facility is seemed pretty clean and the workers were friendly. Lien in the front office gave me a tour and showed me around. She helped answered any questions I had and she made sure we were both on the same page. The facility is fairly easy to get around and I like how spacious the halls are so you never feel claustrophobic or anything. :)However if opening a storage unit here be cautious of all of the extras that they’ll charge you for. also take note of the fact that your ‘rent’ WILL increase. (with no warning or heads up). i’ve had my unit for almost 3 years now and it’s gone up a total of $47. so just keep that in mind.

I have had a truly amazing experience with Storbox Self Storage. Moving is always stressful and I was scrambling to find an affordable storage unit in the Pasadena area. I called Storbox and spoke to Scott, who was incredibly kind and gave me all the information I needed. Then when I decided which size was right for me I called back the next day and booked a unit with Bailey, who gave me clear intuitive instructions and mailed me all the necessary paperwork for finalizing the lease. I usually prefer to book things like this online but it was so easy over the phone!! Moving in was a breeze. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. This place is the real deal and I’d certainly recommend it to anybody in need of storage!

I have been using Storbox for a couple months now and the experience has been excellent. Bailee and the team had us moved in within a day. We even added shelves to our unit that day, which I have found very helpful. Since moving in, it has been easy to access the unit. Storbox provides carts making it easy to transport items to and from the convenient parking spots.

Many places say they are the “best” but this is the real deal for safe storage in the area. It’s really clean and the staff is very helpful. I love that they will construct shelving for you at a nominal price and remove when moving out. This allowed me to take better advantage of the height of the locker. Also -I’m excited to support a family owned business that has a sense of pride. It really makes a difference.

StorBox is by the far the best storage facility that I have used. It was recommended to by a good friend who assured me that my belongings would be safe. Dawn was very helpful and patient as she showed me multiple units to help find the right one for my family. I was very impressed with how well lit each floor is. That gave me an added sense of security for whenever I would be accessing my unit. The climate controlled environment was also an added plus and insurance for our personal belongings. I highly recommend StorBox if you are in need of a storage facility for your things. The staff is very helpful and patient.

I have used StoreBox in Pasadena twice. First, when I moved back to Pasadena about 12 yrs ago and then recently when I moved my office to my home and needed to store some things temporarily. Both times StoreBox personnel have been very helpful, friendly and provided many options for my moves. StoreBox was familiar with the movers I used (Pinks) and the location is very, VERY clean and secure. In fact the first time I used StoreBox I had an exterior unit and I was not aware the elevators were locked down and require a security code, but now I know that. I definitely will use them again, if needed.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding to view Storboxs facilities in person. They were offering half-off the first two months rent which is a great discount. Sarah took my call and when I arrived she gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the available storage unit. She also gave me tips on how to place items in the unit to maximize the space, and was very helpful and friendly. I signed a lease right away and have come back several times to bring items to my unit. The place is really clean and the climate-controlled aspect is really nice during the hot summer and better for your stored belongings.

The staff was wonderful - from my first email all the way to turning in our rental keys. Athena couldnt have been nicer - we felt very welcomed and she pleasantly accommodated our every need. The rental unit itself was very secure, spotless, odorless, and easy to access. Their moving truck was the same, and pick up and drop off is an easy and efficient process. Based on our excellent experience, I highly recommend STORBOX for local college students such as our son, and anyone else looking to rent a safe, reasonably priced storage unit from a friendly and effeicent folks.

Lien at Storbox was extremely helpful and helped me pick a great space and made sure my move-in went smoothly. I love the secure entry and the dollies and carts available to cart your stuff to your space. Another staff member patiently helped me when I needed to choose a lock because I forgot to bring one. All of the staff have been great. I love the clean, open hallways and the space was immaculate when I moved in. I also felt safe given the Covid-19 measures that we have to take to prevent the spread of it. I highly recommend Storbox for your storage needs!

I’ve tried out quite a few storage facilities over the years and STORBOX is definitely among the best. For one thing, there is always someone at the desk during its hours of operation. Service is good and the staff are very friendly. When I first called, Sarah patiently and professionally answered all my questions. You don’t have to wait around for help or call down empty corridors, hoping someone will turn up. Carts were readily available, and when I needed a stepladder, I was given one to borrow immediately.The facility and units are always at a comfortable temperature . . . cool but not cold, which is great when you’re working in one and very important if you plan on keeping anything temperature-sensitive in the unit. The premises are immaculately clean and well organized. And the free use of their van for move-in was extremely helpful and much less hassle than renting one. Additionally, the property seems to be very secure and safe—make sure to memorize your access code because you’ll need it to open the gate and use the elevator.The only complaint I have is that it was pretty crowded on the Saturday I moved everything in, and since there’s only one elevator in the building, there was some traffic waiting for it to arrive. I’ve been back a few times since and it was much less crowded, so my guess is that this was just because it was a Saturday night and everyone was rushing to finish up before the place closed for the evening.Moving is never a fun experience, but STORBOX made it as painless as possible. They are a little pricier than other places, but in this case, you get what you pay for (especially with the use of their van). I will certainly use their services again the next time I need a storage space in the area.

Our experience getting set up at Storebox has been great! Lien, our storage counselor, was so helpful and accommodating. I had chosen a certain sized storage unit and she suggested a different size that would better suit our needs. She was correct! She showed us around the facility and helped us with the easiest ways to get to our particular unit. She was very welcoming. The Storebox facility is exactly what I was hoping for. The units are climate controlled and feel very secure. I am happy with the choice to use this facility.

I would have given a five star rating but when I came to reserve a space, the first time, and indicated that I was moving a 2 bedroom home with large appliances, formal dining room and china cabinet I was offered a size so small that once my furniture was inside the space the storage door would not open. I relied on their expertise to ensure I had room for all of my belongings. I decided to go back again anyway. I still needed additional storage. Lien was attentive and professional. She was knowledgeable about all products and confident that my issue could be resolved, I believed her and the issue was resolved. Awesome customer service!

Overall a well-run, clean facility! Parking is ample and its easy to get in and out of the facility quickly. Even now when I just have to throw something in my unit or take something out, its always fast and easy. There are many good-sized dollies by the elevator that you can use to move your belongings up and down the elevator. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly. Bailey was very warm and helped get me my unit. I would definitely recommend Storbox to a friend!

Storbox is a great place to use for storage. The staff are friendly and courteous and answered all the questions that we had. The facilities are impeccably clean as well as air conditioned. It’s local with easy access during the week and weekends. They also have moving carts, dollies and locks on sight which makes it very convenient when moving things into your unit. They are also many cameras on sight and tight security which makes me feel confident that my belongings are safe.

Certainly the best storage rental experience Ive had working my way through a host of different providers over the years. Storbox has the best security Ive seen. Units are air conditioned and the facilities are exceptionally clean, including the restrooms. Customer service is a 10/10, thanks to Athena. Rates are competitive to others in the area and the promotions are great. Only minor hiccups would be they close early in the evenings and if youre towing a trailer it may be quite tight and a difficult turn-around depending on the building location.

This facility is VERY VERY impressive! It is by far, the BEST storage company I have ever seen! What makes it even more pleasant is its wonderful staff! Sarah was so helpful, kind and a very happy person. She was so confident telling me over the phone that I would love this storage facility. She was absolutely right about that. I had to get a unit for my excess stuff immediately! Now, I dont have to worry about my belongings during summer time. And no more bugs, spiders and cobwebs that I have to deal with. The whole moving was super convenient as they have the carts available @ all times. After reading reviews for STORBOX online, I stopped by to tour the facility. The staff, specifically Sarah, was very helpful explaining the options and showed me the units available. The 10x10 units I viewed (and ultimately rented one) are in a new building, all is very clean with no visible dust or pests (moths, etc.) and it is secure with cameras, gates and passcode entry. There is plenty of parking, and they have a van I will use to move my things into the storage unit, and Ill only pay for mileage. The showroom is great too, providing a visual of the spaces available and all types of packing materials at fair market prices. I have never rented a storage unit before, so this was a new experience for me, but an excellent one so far. The term of the lease is month-to-month and at a great value with insurance (covers up to $2500) and 2 storage racks ($9/month each) to help keep the space organized. Excellent storage unit and wonderful customer service. I just moved my stuff into one of their storage units and it was super easy. The units are really clean and its very secure; while still being easy in and out access for unit holders. I used their moving truck to move all of my stuff in and it was a really easy and pretty cheap process! The staff have all been very nice and helpful with all my questions, especially Atthena. Amazing experience! My husband and I dropped in yesterday to investigate storage units. We were warming welcomed, given a tour, and had all of our questions answered in a thorough manner by the efficient and excellent Lynn. We signed our lease, and are looking forward to the safe and secure storage for as long as we need it. I would strongly recommend this spot to anyone looking for extra storage. They have a wide variety of sizes for every need, all the supplies for packing and moving and the facility is clean, well lit and protected with cameras and intercoms. Why would you go anywhere else? We had been debating the need for a storage unit for some time but finally made the decision to go for it. On the day we decided to do it, I called STORBOX and spoke with Lien. She gave me very helpful information about the available spaces and let me know that wed also be able to use their van to conveniently move our items to the unit. Definitely the cleanest and most well kept Storage Spaces! I was in a pickle and in the middle of a transcontinental move; so I called Storbox and Lyn over the phone (just before closing) helped with dates and even found me the perfect size storage space and saved me $100s over the next few months. My family has used Storbox multiple times because its a clean, well maintained facility and your belongings are safely protected with surveillance. The storage units are fully enclosed by walls so nobody can see inside. The staff is great, Sarah helped us recently and she had superb customer service.Only downside is you do not have 24 hour access to your unit. That makes it difficult on moving day when it takes a lot of time to load everything into a van, drive to StorBox, maybe make multiple trips, and then figure out how to fit everything inside the unit before the facility closes.

First experience with a storage unit, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Clean, well-organized, staff on-site 7 days a week to provide assistance if needed. The facility (our section, at least) is brand new and super clean, with very good security measures. Parking and elevator are easily accessed, and Athena, in the office, was extremely helpful. With the online and managers specials, we were able to get a super-reduced price for the first 3 months, then a semi-reduced price for the next 3 months, and wont be charged the full rate for our unit until the 7th month. Nice deal! Theres a free moving truck or van available for your use on your first move-in day, and we made use of that also. All-in-all a very positive experience.

I was moving from college to work and needed to store my luggage over the summer. I called STORBOX beforehand and very quickly got a unit reserved for me. There was a phone follow-up to confirm my reservation a few days before my scheduled visit. When I actually visited the facility, everything went smoothly. Sarah and her colleague were very accommodating, expediting the leasing procedure when I, as a foreigner, didnt have the normal California-issued IDs. Sarah then showed me several units of different sizes after I asked to potentially change to a smaller unit than I had booked. The facility was very secure and clean. This facility is very clean, secure and has attentive staff. Their hours of operation are great too. All good factors that helped our move to the area from the east coast back in the summer. We recently switched units to a larger size and had questions on the billing. Sarah was patient during the whole process and never made us feel bad for asking so many questions. I am satisfied and happy with this place and I would recommend this storage unit over any other in the Pasadena area. They sell moving supplies, locks, and even offer a free moving truck for select units and carts if you have a lot of boxes to carry back and forth. It was so quick and easy to reserve my storage unit with STORBOX. I was on the road still driving to California when I called to inquire about availability, and I had my unit reserved in less than a couple of hours thanks to Sara, who was helping me. Storbox I came across just driving in the Pasadena area. I was looking for a store unit that was a decent size and at a great price as well. I contacted there office. Later on the next day one of the reps ( Sarah) contacted and and gave me all the information, from sizes offered to current promotions. I made an appointment with her for the day after I spoke with her. Though Sarah was off the day I made my appointment. Her co -worker Lien assisted and allowed me to look at two different size unit to see which one works best for me. I ended up doing an upgrade because the original size I wanted ended up being too small for all of my items. To sum it all up this place I would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit. whether in la or Pasadena for a great place and pleasant customer service.

The hours during which you can access your unit are pretty limited, so make sure they will work for you. The person who showed me around, Athena, was very friendly and professional. I recently rented a storage unit at Storbox after doing extensive research on a few places in East Pasadena. I am storing a lot of personal belongings and I wanted to make sure I had a site that was secure. I was able to visit the storage facility before I made my decision, which helped a lot. There is a security gate at the front and no one can access the site after hours. The units are super clean and it is air-conditioned inside. The air-conditioning is a plus after a whole day of moving and having to carry furniture and boxes in and out of a truck.The company also has a truck that they can rent out for a move, which I used. When I called StorBox and spoke with a woman there, it was so much easier - there were no appointments required to meet with the facilities manager. As soon as I entered the office to fill out paperwork, I saw that the storage unit sizes were on display which is great since I have difficulty quantifying size and space. My first experience here at Storbox was very comfortable and easy. It was my first time renting out storage for my personal items and I am one of those people that have a hard time trusting my surroundings. Right when you walk in you immediately see a screen with security footage of live feed inside the storage unit halls. That alone helped ease my mind, along with every door having a keypad in which you had to enter a personal code just to enter the storage halls. These pads allow you to page the front desk if there is a problem or emergency, which is perfectly reassuring. The halls are very well lit up with motion sensor lights that turn on immediately when somebody walks through a door. This is very energy efficient and lets me know if anyone else is in the same hall. The loading dock is very convenient, they even provide several dollys in order for you to haul your things to your unit. It took all of 20 minutes for myself and 2 men to load our whole house into the unit. The selection of your unit is very nice because a staff member takes you to the exact unit they have planned for you and makes sure you are satisfied 100% with the space. I estimated a smaller unit than what I thought was needed and the staff member paged the front desk and asked them to find the perfect one to view not to far from where we were. I have been back to take out and put back into my storage and every time I am in and out, knowing I placed my belongings in safe hands. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, allowing my first experience to be comfortable and easy.

I have been impressed with the service from the entire Storbox staff over the past few days, especially Lien, Athena and Scott. I made a reservation for a unit online (which gave me a special price) and when I visited the store Athena showed me a couple different sized units so I could choose the one that worked the best for what I needed. I ended up going with a larger unit than I had reserved and they still honored the web promotional price.For me, the free half-day use of the moving truck was a game-changer since Im a grad student on a tight budget. It really made the whole experience a great value.The only thing I would prefer be changed is later access hours in the evening (currently only until 7p), but I understand why they are as such. The facility is well-built, clean, and safe. I have no qualms storing things there. The bathrooms are clean, and they provide heavy-duty dollies for moving things around. They will also lend you a truck when you move in, although I think you have to pay for it if youre moving out.What I dont like is that they continue to increase the prices without providing additional service. Im paying about $100 more than I was two years ago, and access is only available during business hours that are no longer than they were then. Other facilities nearby have 24/7 access. That would be nice, considering what they charge.

Out of all of the storage places I have used over the past 7 years of constantly moving around Pasadena/LA area (moved 8 times) this is the best one with the fairest prices so far! I absolutely love how it’s climate controlled which means I don’t have to worry about my paints drying up (artist life) in a hot and stuffy storage box. There’s security cameras everywhere which helps in case anything happens to your stuff.The staff here are super friendly, especially the one that helped us, Sarah. She was very helpful in helping us get started. Although she asked us for plans that might seem slightly intrusive at first, it worked out well in the end, as she was able to point out to us a discount that was better than the one on their website and much better than the options at Public Storage.The lease signing process was quick and easy, as was the process to rent their van to transport the boxes. We very much appreciated being able to borrow Storboxs van (at no additional charge within 10 miles), as our hatchback was too small to transport all the boxes.Between signing the lease, borrowing the van, moving the boxes, and returning the borrowed equipment, we were done in less than 3 hours. I have to say the STORBOX has not let me down yet. The hours can be a pain sometime but with proper planning and the early morning hours just about anyone can make it work. I have to say I alway feel secure and safe when there no matter what time of the day. As a single woman I go at odd times and it nice to know that they not only have a security system but you have to use a code to get in. The only down fall is the gate on Craig has never closed during the day like the other and that is the side I use. But overall great service and has always been willing to work with me as long as you communicate what is going on and aren’t a jerk😉. So, after keeping a space at the local Public Storage for so many years I finally got tired of them constantly raising my rent every few months for the same exact space with no change of service. Enough already!! I would drive by STORBOX quite a few times so I finally looked it up online. Reserving a space and getting in there was so incredibly easy (with a great rate as well). The difference in quality between the two business is like night and day! Moving all my stuff out of Public Storage was like pulling teeth (lack of flatbed dollies, slllllow elevators, office looks like a prison guard station). I get to Storbox and they have plenty of flatbeds available (that you do NOT need to leave a license for to use), quick elevators and clean grounds. I was so impressed by them having a bathroom available. So many times Ive moved stuff and drove home with dirty hands! Not here. They even have music piping through the facility to entertain you. I just recently signed a lease at Storbox self storage a couple of weeks ago and I was nothing but impressed by every part of the experience. When I first called in, the woman who i spoke with (i am really bad with names) was very nice and took her time and explained to me that there was no minimum amount of time on the lease, and that there were different size storage rooms i could come look at. i came with my wife to take a tour, and we liked how clean and safe it all is. You need a code to get in, and you need to enter your code before you get into the elevator. it feels very safe. cameras everywhere. ive run into a couple of other people while at the facility and everyones been very nice.and the rental truck! you get a FREE! rental truck to move all of your stuff in. its just really great all around. I am having my garage worked on right now, which is why i am using the facility. i would recommend this place to everyone.

Would rate Storbox 4.5 stars. Ive used Storbox twice. First time was 5 years ago, for a period of 3 years, while I was working on the East Coast. Recently, I decided to rent with the again, since my experience the first time was so good. The spaces are clean, well monitored and climate controlled. The staff has always been friendly, professional and helpful. The prices are very competitive and there always seems to be some good deal (for example, I just got 50% off the first three months). The only drawback is that the hours on Sunday are shortened. Given that most moving happens on the weekend, it would be great if they could shift the shorter hours to a Monday. Oh well, everyone deserves some time off on the weekend.

Having rented various storage rooms in New Jersey storage facilities in the past, I was very impressed with the Storbox facility in Pasadena. The facility is extremely clean, and the entire facility is very secure, both in guarding access to the premises and to the storage area. The background music played alongside the storage rooms provides a pleasant ambience when visiting to drop off or remove belongings.

This is the second time I use STORBOX service. The last time was five years ago. The reason I am back is because I find they provide great customer service., the staff really take care of your needs. Most important is that I did not get any problem from them like the ones I heard from other places. Secondly, the place just look clean and neat. The look is modern not like these other places. Thirdly, it is very important that I feel peace of mind leaving my stuff there. This is in terms of security and also because of the climate control plus video surveillance cameras. Sarah helped me set up my storage, never had one before. She showed me the different sizes storage units thank goodness otherwise I wouldve got something WAY too small.Super glad I found this place because it was cheaper than other locations in pasadena and it had clean, climate controlled storage. You wont believe the messes I saw before this place. I want my stuff to be clean and safe if Im paying to have it put somewhere, and they clearly offer that here. ^.^

Security around the grounds is one of their top priorities! Not 24 hours, but access to units from 7-7 Monday-Saturday and 7-5 on Sundays. Would definitely use again if storage needed in East LA

I have used several storage facilities before, but I’ve never seen one like this. This is the best storage facility I’ve ever seen, with modern administrative system and excellent staff. “I’ve been working here for 9 years, and there was no theft.” Lien said this. I was like” OMG, I can’t believe this place has been running for over 9 years, I thought it was built last year since it looks new, fancy, and beautiful. And I heard there are over 3000 cells in this location, with a lovely wine grotto.

Fantastic location from start to finish! So glad my previous storage option did not pan out and I stumbled on STORBOX! Sarah was so amazing on our first meeting and set us up with a great storage unit for our budget. And also all the perks––free moving van, use of hand trucks AND moving cloths!! It realy made a difference especially compared to other locations that charged tooth and nail for every little thing, which really adds up! On the actual day of my move in, Lien (not sure if I spelled her name right) was so kind, easier going and informative. Like I said, from start to finish they were highly professional, on your side and have absolutely lovely facility. Briefly got to talk to talk with Scott over the phone, in person, and via e-mail and all times extremely courteous, informative and detail oriented. The level of professionalism by staff, the cleanliness of the facility and tight security was exactly what I was looking for.The pricing is fair and comparable to other local facilities. I just recently use the storage facility at Storbox. The initial contact with the staff was very professional. On the day of move in, I had trouble with the codes and the staff was extremely helpful and patient. The facility is well let, and I feel very secure in leaving my belongins there. As compared to other facilities I have use, this one is a five-star location. It is clean, well lit, secure, and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

We had two little kids with us and they provided toys to keep them occupied while we signed up for our space. The facility was clean, secure and climate controlled. I recently move to this neighborhood(roosvevelt ave) and search all of the storage service around. Storbox provide the most compelling rate and the size 5*5 unit is perfect for my extra boxes. Also, the unit is clean and tidy. You wont find the upper unit that needs to climb on a huge ladder to manage.Lien helps me with my move-in. Shes professinal and explain everything.
