Eddy was so helpful in every way! He was very accommodating on the size I needed and I got the right size for my needs. The price is excellent and very affordable and available immediately! I was so happy I decided on Storage King, because I’m paying almost half the price then I was before and I’m getting a bigger space and it’s drive up, the one before was inside and upstairs, this is way more convenient! When I first started renting from storage king. It was a mess units were getting broke into and the property was always dirty. Then new management come in and within time things were going smoothly. No more break ins ground was clean. It felt peaceful. I would go to my storage just to feel piece. This is why I’m coming back. I refuse to place my personal belongings anywhere elseThank you storage king

I would not recommend this business. I initially tried to sign up on line to get a discounted monthly rent. The website was not working. When I called the corporate office they said they would honor the internet rate, and just have the onsite manager call the office. THe onsite manager said he could not honor the rate, his district manager would need to do. Numerous attempts to get this resolved failed. I requested the district manger call me, and called toe cooperate office, not one ever responded.

Worst place Ive ever experienced. Long story short 1 employee total for this huge location. Eddy lives on site a has a power trip. Decides the hours hes going to open it if he wants to open the gate at all . No customer service or corporate back up. Over 2 months some customers admit longer to breach of contact hours contracted n signed have not been honored.

They know how to handle their customers in the most professional, yet personal kind of way that makes you feel you can trust them completely. I had the great pleasure of doing business with them the other day. Donna, who was one of their excellent managers, served me with such professionalism that she took all my worries and concerns away. Being very new at this, she was exactly the person I needed to help me through the process. Being over 70 and not quite as alert as I use to be, Donna gently guided me on how to fill out the application on-line from beginning to end. By the time the business transaction was completed, I felt like I had made a new friend. This is the best storage facility in San Diego! I have been renting storage units for years. This place is the best by far and public storage is the worst Ive been too. At cube smart the staff is amazing!They are so helpful and cool. Ive lost my keys a few times and they have no issues on helping me get into my storage. They keep the place clean and are always there to help. I will continue to stay with this company because of the fair prices and great staff. Hi, my name is MaryJo Brown, and I am a brand new customer of Storage King Facility. I must say, this is the best storage place I’ve ever done business with. The manager and staff go out of their way to help you with anything, like forgetting where you unit is located!! Aaaaah funny, as well as helping me one evening make sure furniture was tied down secure on my trailer for a long tripup to MORENO Valley! I don’t even know if they have any idea how thankful I am that I found them! Another bonus I believe to be is that the majority of their units are all on ground level! I highly recommend this safe and secure storage business in Spring Valley..

I was referred to this Spring Valley Storage by a friend of mine that has said nothing but great things and is their long time customer. I got a storage unit that was the best pricing around, I called around to several places beforehand. This outdoor secured storage center is SUPER clean and easy access. I would not question referring anyone I know in need of a top quality storage center, I would highly recommend Spring Valley storage center to anyone. The best part about this place is how AWESOME the customer service has been!!! There was quite a bit of adjustments when they switched over their names CubeSmart I was not on board but over time even with their limitations and restrictions and how payments are taken the staff has always been helpful kind professional and even above and beyond. You should be able to take a payment over the phone for free without fee and I should be able to make a payment online which doesnt cost any labor overhead for free even over the phone so no matter how you pay unless you walk it in you owe more money than the rent itself that part is a continued disappointment. The kindness and genuine parts of the staff on those grounds make you forget sometimes about that

Poor, unethical business practice. Storage King USA bought this complex from CubeSmart. I have a unit here on auto pay - the whole point of auto pay is so the bill gets paid without someone like me having to worry about it or think about it. So I get a text message from Storage King USA saying my payment is past due and they charged me a late fee. Very poor business practice to cancel the auto payments of people who had it on auto pay and then charge them a late fee. Would have been nice to have been made aware that auto pay would be cancelled and I had to set it up all over again with the new ownership. But nope, was not made aware at all that my auto pay would be cancelled. Must be a pretty slimy company if they are willing to mislead/scam people like this for the $12 late fee. I guess $12 is a lot to this company to where the $12 is worth risking your brand image.

I gave a 5 star rating last year when cube smart owned it because of the management. The few concerns I had were promptly addressed with kindness and genuine caring.Above all Id like to say that people can be trained to do a multitude of tasks but you cannot train them to care. I will be relocating.

This place was cool until the new people took over. Now the hours are longer yes but the service is poor. Every time I go to tje office nobody is there but my main complaint is that I left my Yeti cooler( my fault) outside my unit and it was stolen. I asked the office to review the survellence tapes and its been 4 days and going to be another 2 before someone is in the office. What kind of security is that? Poor! I hope I get my cooler back($200).

Special thanks for always being understanding and comprehensive, they have been attentive on each incident I have encountered. I’ve been a storage member for a long while now and I can’t find a problem that these 2 ladies haven’t found a solution to, the property is always clean they are constantly on top of the outer surroundings they remind us to be alert when the rattlesnakes are seen often.Great teamwork, great communication, great security system. Regina was very helpful. She was so patient and kind while my mom is going through a difficult chapter in her life she was there to help make getting a storage simple and easy. She offered my daughter coloring pages and crayons to keep her ocupied while we were storing things, she even came down to check on is and make sure we were ok. What a disappointment after reviewing 5-star reviews to end up with Unit C-49. Anyone that does not want to experience mice, ants and roaches should make sure not to rent a unit with a wood interior and termite damage on the outside. The steel units shown on the website do not include a block of units that are clearly inferior. Customer service regarding the vermin did not exist and I was forced to relocate to another center that was a 100% improvement. I am flabbergasted that Spring Valley Storage Center has a 5-star rating when a nearby competitor is superior in all respects.

Just got done renting at this location for over a year and a half and have had nothing but wonderful service and zero problems renting with cube smart and later gate hours than most storage unit companies . The staff regina and z are extremely nice and extremely helpful . They are the reason i stayed at this location because of there good spirits and big smiles . Highly recommended to rent at this location if your looking for a stage unit at a great price .

My Move to southern California has been a blessing from the u-haul to my storage facility. I just want to i give a special thanks to the staff at Cubesmart. I have encountered a few places that don’t cater to the Hispanic culture. The Female person in charge was an absolute rock star. She catered to my mother that doesn’t speak English and she went above and beyond the call of duty. She went as far looking for the best size for my furniture, and future property that will be coming in a few weeks. They lack in proper security. I have had storage units at various storage facilities and this is the 1st time I have ever had a unit break in. The security cameras do not point to all units. So I say you pay to stay at a high risk.

This place is a bit remote, as it is not near residential and at the end of a road. Have a storage space for a year, and price had gone up once. No senior or veteran discounts here 😒.

I have been at this facility for 23 years.I have changed a few units due to location or size, and each time I contract a new unit I get charged an administration fee even though my information has not changed.I think this is unfair and very unnecessary.
