The manager Stephanie is the nicest most helpful manager this storage facility has had since I began renting here. There have been 2 different managers before here and she is the best. I truly appreciate her and all the help she has given to us. So I want to thank u Stephanie for all the patience and help u have given to myself and my mother. We appreciate u very much!

Storage King is a really nice place, and the management is so lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. However, its been a bit of a bummer that the front gate has been broken for the entire 4 months youve been a customer. Its also inconvenient that access is only available during office hours, especially since they close at 5 on weekdays, 2 on Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays. Hopefully, they can address these issues soon!

The staff, is very nice, but its the lack of security and security of your stuff, and at this point, cameras make no difference. EVERYTIME you turn around, your storage is being broken into not once or twice but multiple times...to the point, I think its an inside job, cause the timing they broke in this time, was ironic. The only thing theyll say, your arent the one and just file a report! Its the principle TF! Its the non chalet attitude, why I feel indifferent. If you KNOW your clients storages are CONSTANTLY being broken into, at what point, you as owner, say I need to improve security!!?? For instances, the first incident, well we know who the person is, but we never catch them!? So this same person, keeps breaking into the storages over and over, and yet NOTHING IS DONE?? 😑Its the blatant disregard, of oh well what do you want us to do? Type attitude. Time to relocate to another storage, times are very hard, to keep taking loses, from people/places we place are trust in.

No one is there during business hours to unlock the doors for inside units. This is unacceptable especially with customers who have truck loads of property to put in storage that is already paid for. Having rats going through property is also unacceptable. The customer service phone lines goes straight to voice mail and corporate had to be called to get a manager to come open the door. I got a inside unit because last year my outside unit was burglarized. Monday- Saturday are the days someone needs to be there from 8:30am to 8pm.Terrible customer service

Terrible service. I had an online rental for one of the inside storages that they have to open for you and when we got there 2 hours before they close there was no one there. I called the corporate office and they said they would get ahold of the manger at that store and call me back and never did. While I was waiting there were several people waiting as well and one guy said that it happens all the time that the office is empty.

Love this place! So glad I picked the right storage to store my belongings. Ive been to other storages with friends & I always hated how they hound you thee entire time youre there making you feel super uncomfortable to say the least. Storage king isnt like that at all. They actually give me my privacy while making me feel comfortable for the time Im there. Super glad I picked them. I just got another storage unit this evening for a friend because he went with me a time or two and liked it there as well. Thanks Steph and Esteban you guys rock!

I made a reservation online on Tuesday night. The next day as I was loading the truck they called me to see if I was still coming in. I told them I was almost done loading. As long as I had then on the phone I asked them if there was any hidden fees. He told me about administrative fee. Insurance. Lock. And storage fee. That was all good but when I get there they try to charge me three months rent in advance. Well they can go suck a big fat lollipop. Its not mentioned on website nor was it mentioned during the hidden fee conversation. I got me a nice big unit at Public Storage on Sanguinetti ln. Good receptionist.. helpful and pretty to boot. F Storage King. This part is a week later. I did complain to corporate office and they responded and apologized. I hope the employees got reprimanded. I will raise it to two stars but only cause of corporate. I still dont recommend this place. I should mention that some of the units have a security breach âs the top of the sides have no siding and there is enough room for a person to climb into the adjacent unit and from there to the next one. Big problem.

I had a very bad experience with this storage facility, my storage unit was broken into and the management did not even care about. They did not even notify me about the break-in and I was still paying for the space, until I found out and more that half my stuff was gone. Poor communication.I will never refer any one to this facility and if you are their customer, please get your stuff out of there before its stolen.

Update 4/16/20:The manager said she found footage of the individuals that broke into my unit. It took over a week to go through the footage and the footage still hasnt been submitted to Stockton PD.*Original review*My unit was broken into sometime after 2/11/20 and they still have not finished reviewing the video footage. To add insult to injury they sent me a notice that my rent would be increasing.They have a ladder available to assist we would-be thieves in viewing the contents of the units and accessing them.They told me that my unit was the only unit broken into.
