Storage commander is our facility software of choice and has been for 10 plus years. The conversion to their cloud and internet based version plus website design was seamless and their account management, tech support and training team has been great to work with. Highly recommend them if you are looking for an affordable facility management solution.
This is by far the worse company to use for your business needs!! Updates are always required to be compatible with certain software that you use and once you do the update then you have a ton of issues. No one every seems to know whats going on and all they do is put in a ticket for you, and good luck with them ever responding back.Once we switched over from V4 to V5 their website is the absolute worse!!! Since we made the change to V5 we had no choice for them to power our website and its been over a year and till this day we still have issues with our website. It runs extremely slow and it will cause a lot of issues for your customers. Instead of us trying to run our business smoothly and keep customers happy, were constantly having to deal with issues arising from their updates and still havent had any of our issues with our website fixed.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS! Please do your research and find a company thats going to make your business run smoother, not smoother for them and thats going to take care of your issues and not just sweep them under the rug.Updated Review 5/30/19- I had originally given them a 1 star review, but after being contacted by the owner who has assured us that our issues will be resolved have prompted me to change my 1 star to 3 stars. I just upgraded to V5 in the cloud September 20 2017. I want to thank Empower Software Technologies whole team they explained the difference between the version I had and V5 sent me links for trial and took the time to show me V5. The tech support has been amazing and patient with me learning and so quick to answer my questions and concerns . I have all my answers with in the first day by phone or even if I send an email they call me right away. They even go beyond and show me more so I get the most out of the software. I thank them all at Empower Software Technologies and look forward working with them.
The staff at Storage Commander are rock stars! They got me up and running in less that a week! Everyone is super helpful and friendly, they went over and above my expectations throughout the setup & development process! Thank you Storage Commander. I look forward to a long term relationship!
I recently bought Storage Commander V5 for my storage facility along with a multipurpose check, photo id, and credit card scanner. The Storage Commander software is NOT user friendly at all! This is a very complicated software to use and each time you call tech support it is at least an hour long process to get through. The credit card processing is convenient but if a refund is needed it again is labor intensive, you have to call Storage Commander tech support for them to log onto your computer and make the adjustments then another call to the merchant services to ask them to reverse the charges or issue a credit to the customer. When I purchased this program earlier this year I was told the credit card processor was CHIP ready and found out that it is not!! Now I have to purchase another one to be in compliance. This was a very costly mistake.
Great experience working with Storage Commander. In particular, Kevin was extremely helpful in transitioning our website over to Storage Commanders platform. The speed and professionalism is unmatched. I would give 10 stars if I could!

This has been a headache since I got the V5! We are going on 2 years of problems that occur weekly if not daily! Most of it they dont fix and if they do it causes more problems in other areas. I would never recommend this software to anyone! I usually do not write reviews however people need to be aware they still are having endless problems with their V5 and to not go with this software!
This software works for our company very well. There are a few hiccups every now and then and having the dream team on standby is a must! Shout out to GUY! Hes amazing and always has the answers.

2020-04-10 16:12:35The customer service with Storage Commander is why I chose this software after having a worst case scenario with a former software product. The service is second to none! There are many features and I appreciate that the company takes feedback on how I as the end user am experiencing the product. I have a background in medical records and made a suggestion to add a separate document tab versus locating documents inside the ledger and they responded positively to this suggestion. They have gone out of their way on many occasions to assist with specific needs which I find exceptional. While the value is good and this may not be the cheapest software, I firmly believe one gets what they pay for, as the last software product was cheap but almost ruined our business reputation with losing accurate ledger accounts when they did an upgrade. Storage Commander helps me make the most of my time and my time is money so overall, this saves me money in the long run.

They are always staying on top of technology in the storage business, adding new features all the time. I would definitely recommend them.

2020-06-05 17:28:58We have had Storage Commander software since 2018 and I (Judit, manager) can honestly say that they have been extremely patient and very understanding to any of our concerns and problems that we experience. They are always quick to respond to our tickets/calls and I truly appreciate and respect for what they have to deal with. Also, thank you to Engineer for working with us as well and most importantly being open-minded to our feedback and suggestions. Also, Storage Commander values and makes the most of my time by helping me resolve any issues & not waste time, which helps me to learn and grow as an individual. Thank you for not judging any of our dumb questions we ask even though it may be repetitive lol
