Dan at Stonebridge was very helpful and took the time to explain an unfamiliar process. We had our two valuations very quickly after submitting our bookkeeping records. They had very competitive prices and offered three different price points. I would highly recommend Stonebridge if you are looking for a business valuation.

Dan and the team at Stonebridge are incredible! Straight forward, honest and attentive. These folks are on top of It! I guess I just got lucky when I found them online. After talking with a few other companies and doing a bunch of research I went back and read the many 5 star Google reviews for Stonebridge and immediately called Dan. He knew exactly what I need with the appraisal/valuation of my business and I just knew I had found the right company! My wife is an attorney and after the wonderful experience we had working with Stonebridge she has since added them to her trusted list of go to companies and now refers Stonebridge to all her clients that need business valuation assistance! When it comes time to sell my current company, I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Dan and StonebridgeAdvisory. I contacted them regarding trust business, and found both Dan and Ryan to be professional, thorough, friendly, interested; they even perused our website. After sending in all the requirements (records, etc.) and after an intensive interview personally, our company valuation was delivered in three days! The appraisal report was completed in record time and had enough details for us to come up with a fair offer. Beyond excellent service and expertise!!Dan and Stonebridge Advisory performed Select Valuation services for my business litigation case AND Dan has also testified in court for the same case. It was a HUGE success.Dan was above and beyond, thoroughly and meticulously prepared for the court testimony and - due to his superb valuation testifying - the Judge ruled everything in my case’s favor. I very much appreciated the strategic discussion halfway through the valuation process so that they could best meet our needs. I have nothing but praise for the valuation service provided by Stonebridge Advisory. My first project for them involved essentially four valuations as of different vesting dates for shares held by a US executive in a company based in China (PRC). Dan and Ryan quickly took in the information we provided and very efficiently, effectively and timely provided valuations of excellent quality that will be used to support the clients position for tax purposes. I have since referred another client, a development stage company, for a 409A valuation. All of my interactions with Dan and Ryan gave me high confidence in their ability to provide a high quality product in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services and will be using them as my go-to source for valuations for all of my clients who may need them, whether for 409A or other business valuations.
