Excellence! from the start. Steve first met with me in late November to discuss selling my condominium. He went thru step by step the process and was very methodical and organized. He brought his team the very next week to set up my condo for pictures and showings. We had an offer the following week an closed 2 weeks later. Steves knowledge, communication and process enabled me to not worry about anything! I was sincerely impressed with his professionalism. Steven Rotsart is the most thorough and proficient realtor I have worked with in my over forty years of real estate transactions. We had a home in Los Angeles county that was not getting any traction and we needed to move to the San Diego Claremont area to be closer to family. There are agents, and then there are AGENTS. This is not just an agent who only drives you around and does the basic paperwork, this guy knows real estate, as well as home improvement inside and out. Steve helped us sell our home and buy another (twice over the years). He is top notch in both. Selling, he takes the best pictures, helped us decide what to do to prepare the house, with the absolute best write up and advertising one can imagine. Buying, he actively looks for houses that matched our goals, and sees things many agents would not notice. He has a great reputation, and builds relationships, which helps with other agents, and knows how to handle the offer process to ensure that we come out on top. and if there’s anything unusual in the process, that’s where a great agent really separates themselves from all the basic ones, he has seen it all, and knows how to handle things so that we don’t have to worry about it. Highly recommend.
