Steven and Aaron Padilla were incredible realtors for us.We responded to one of their fliers because we were curious about the market value of our house. We explained to Steven, when we called, that we were just gathering information and had no immediate plans to sell. He offered to make the trip anyway, so we made the appointment.When he came to appraise the house we felt no pressure to sell. We were impressed with his friendly professionalism and the thoroughness of his inspection. When the appraisal arrived we found it highly professional and no less thorough. It yielded a fair price with printouts of comps to justify the valuation. We could have taken his work to any realtor. He left us with no sense of obligation, just gratefulness for a job well done.Six months later, when we decided to sell, Steven was the first and only realtor we called. We were a little put off when Steven’s son, Aaron, came to handle the sale. But it wasn’t long before we found him even more impressive than his father. He wasn’t just providing excellent service, he was engaging in a labor of love. He proved his integrity and trustworthiness beyond all expectations. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Steven and his team went above and beyond to not only find us a home but made us very comfortable throughout the process. Nate showed us over 20 homes and was always very patient, available, eager, and willing to work with our work schedules. He was always very professional, positive and encouraging throughout the process. We started looking for our home in mid July and got rejected from over 8 homes, but thanks to Steven and his team we finally found our home in November. Steven and his team were very patient with us not once pressured us to change the city we wanted nor our price range. Not only did they help us find the right home they also helped with our lending process. We had a couple challenges with the home we finally purchased from the escrow company and the seller himself but Steven and his team were patient, knowledgeable, and persistent and were able to close the deal for us. Dealing with people that operate on commission has always made me very distrustful. I was skeptical when we first met - talking about numbers and essentially “selling” us, left me waiting to see it to believe it. As days turned to weeks Misael and Steven started to chip away at my hardened shell. As the journey of selling my mother’s home progressed, they always made sure to keep us informed and keep themselves available. Being out of state, situations arose that we could not facilitate nor resolve in person. Steven and Misael went well above and beyond what should be expected. In our absence, they spent a lot of time helping us resolve tenancy issues and ensuring everything with the house was in order. Misael graciously made many unexpected trips to my mother’s residence to professionally handle unforeseen events.
