10/10! Definitely would recommend. The pictures turned amazing and Steven was prepared almost an hour before the proposal. It was an extremely quick turnaround for the pictures.

Working with Steven was such an easy decision for us! Steven was responsive from the very start of wedding planning, even jumping on a call with us late on a Sunday to go over our questions and review his pricing and packages. His experience filming at our venue was a huge plus for us, but it was his confidence, his easygoing manner, and friendliness that sealed the deal.Leading up to the wedding, Steven was helpful in answering questions and was even gracious enough to accept a last-minute addition to our package which would result in more work for him. He was easy to communicate with and always responsive.The day of the wedding, Steven and his team were on time and extremely professional. They worked well with our photographers. Steven and his team helped coordinate our first look, a special moment that they captured perfectly. My husband (!!) and I are not that comfortable in front of the camera, but with Stevens friendly directions and artistic vision, it was really a painfree process!Through the ceremony, Steven and his team were discreet but always in the corner of my eye, filming and documenting the day. After the day was done, Steven called us to wish us well and gave us some awesome recommendations for restaurants in the area as well.The cinematic video edit is perfect, and to be able to relive the day with a dynamic and kinetic video in addition to our photos was truly a great decision. The transitions in both the cinematic edit and family films are fantastic - nothing is choppy or clunky. From a technical aspect (from a non-technical person) - the videos are beautifully made, using drone shots, well-lit even during our nighttime dancing, with great, clear audio. Its a truly professional production.I know people have differing opinions on whether or not a video is worth it, but I assure you, you wont regret having a videographer, ESPECIALLY if you make the very wise decision of working with Steven. He captured the joy, the celebration, and the voices of our loved ones that well get to cherish for life. I cant put a price on being able to share these videos with our loved ones who couldnt make it to the wedding and Ill always be eternally grateful to Steven for working so hard to document one of the best days of my life.

Steven was so wonderful to work with! I knew right away when I watched a video off his website that I NEEDED to book Steven if he was available, and luckily...he was!I am the bride and he made my groom and I feel comfortable during our wedding day. We are overjoyed with the outcome of our wedding video. He was very responsive during my wedding planning process, happy to do a quick phone call or Zoom to go over details or changes.Check out his YouTube or social media if you dont believe me, but his work is WAY worth it! I got my video back exactly around when he said I would receive it and am happy I have this video so I can relive my wedding day and share it with family and friends. 5 stars are not enough, I would rate Steven Garza studios 100000+ stars if I could.My husband and I are not used to being in the spotlight, let alone have cameras and mics around or on us, but Steven made everything so seamless and comfortable, we barely noticed the cameras were right there. If you are looking for a wedding videographer, this is your guy! Such a wonderful person to work with and I could not be happier with my wedding video. Steven is SO TALENTED! He is professional, friendly, and easy to work. He took the time to listen to what my husband and I wanted and gave a clear overview of what to expect. He truly captured the most important parts of our day and brought us all to tears. Steven also was flexible enough to allow for some editing changes based on my (picky) request. We cant wait to continue watching our beautiful wedding video for the years to come.Thank you, Steven!

While planning our initial wedding budget, we were hesitant to hire a videographer, especially considering the cost. Luckily for us we were recommended Steven through our photographer Randy(R.R Photography). In short, we were so please with the overall experience. The pricing was fairly reasonable especially considering the quality of work that Steven provided. He was always punctual, organized, and open minded when it came to answering our questions and providing recommendations. He even went to great lengths to personally create a timeline of events for our wedding day to ensure that everything went according to plan.During the wedding, Steven made us feel very comfortable and not once did we feel shy around the camera. He was very hands on and made sure that everything ran smoothly and on time.When we watched our video, it was like reliving our special day all over again. He did such a great job of highlighting and capturing all of the special moments. Steven is really great at making you feel comfortable with his welcoming and easy going personality. He showed up to our engagement shoot before we did so he can scope out the area and plan our photo shoot since he agreed to meet us at a location of our request. His work is of high quality, and we appreciate the fact that he instilled confidence in us throughout. My fiancee and I had a great experience and are really happy we chose Steven to be our photographer for our wedding and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer/photographer for any special occasion.My wife and I are very grateful for Steven and his team making us feel comfortable throughout our wedding day. He is flexible when it comes to meeting beforehand to talk about the itinerary for the wedding day and gives important feedback. Finding a videographer to capture my wedding day was so important for me because at the end of the day all you have is photos, videos, and your memories to relive it all. i came across steven’s website after googling a videographer in the area and i couldn’t be anymore grateful to have found him. he and his team were so amazing and kind to work with. we really wanted drone footage to get a different pov of the redwood venue and he delivered that and it’s just beautiful. he captured every little detail and moment and put it all together into something so amazing. it brings us to tears every time we watch it and i am just grateful to have this to look back on for the rest of our lives and one day show our kids. don’t hesitate to book with steven and his team, you won’t regret it

If it was possible to give Steven and Higher City Wedding Films 100 Stars, we would. Our experience was flawless from start to finish. Steven is highly professional, incredibly kind, easy going, and a true master of his craft. Steven was always easy to get ahold of, and never needed much direction. We trusted him and his team completely. During the ceremony and throughout the celebration, the crew was so discrete and respectful it never felt like were being filmed! When we got our video, we kept rewatching it for days, and each time we felt transported back to the best day of our lives. This video was the best money ever spent!! So happy I found this amazing videographer & team. So far in advance we met up and came up with a plan. He listened to our personalized needs and came up with several ideas to enhance our video and make it that much more special. We cried and cried when we finally got to see this video. It was more like a work of art; a true masterpiece. Steven always made us feel comfortable when he was filming on our wedding day; like he was a friend, not a videographer, who was capturing our every move and compiling a great library of special moments for us. He was respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and so obviously experienced. Steven makes A+ films and I would recommend his services to anyone. There’s no way to describe the feeling of getting to watch myself walk down the aisle; a feeling and perspective that I thought I’d never get to see.
