I first of want to say how blessed we were to be recommended to Steve and his group. They have been the perfect match for us in our process of purchasing our home. They literally went above and beyond for us and made us feel that we were a priority to them. Always so attentive, communicative, honest, knowledgeable and very professional I mean I could go on and on. We always felt they were just a phone call away for any questions we had. They were also so patient with our process and always made us feel that our time and home search was just as important to them as it was to us. I had such a great and smooth experience with Steve Julian! Very thankful for his team. We sold our home in 4 days, had multiple offers and they came in over our asking price. Hands down, the best experience I could have asked for. I had a list of must haves while I was looking for the right home and Steve made sure I was getting everything I wanted and more. He paid close attention to the details I did and did not like from the first homes we looked at and paired that with his knowledge of the area I wanted to live in to present me with the house I now call my home. If you are looking for someone who listens, has an immense amount of experience, and never gives up, Steve is the person you’ve been looking for. I will definitely be using him again when I decide it’s time to sell and look for my next dream home.

My husband worked with Steve Julian back in the day for several years. Steve Julian is always available to answer questions and give great advice. Steve is one of the best real estate agent and realtor in the business that I know. He is super knowledgeable in real estate. Has great team members at Keller Williams who are eager to help. We were never in the dark on what was happening and it feels so good making a big decision alongside a great professional. We are the first time home buyer trying to get into this very competitive market. We initially tried in Nov. 2020 and our mortgage broker, Henry Wilkes introduced us with Steve and his team. This is the BEST decision we made and we are so grateful Henry made us this wonderful connection.Steve and his team patiently took us for house tours for about 2 months in 2020 and we finally met with our ideal home. However, my husbands job suddenly became unstable and we had to make a decision to call it off. I was very upset because it was right around Christmas, we had to give up a house we love, and we didnt know where would it go financially. Steve and Jacob were very sympathetic about our situation and helped us backed out of the deal. It always work out for the best. - by Steve.Luckily, my husbands career crisis resolved eventually. April this year, we decided to look again and contacted Steve.Steve, Jacob, and Emanuel probably showed us around 30-40 properties. The market was super heated and the bidding was crazy. Steve and his team always look out for us and try to get us the best deal possible. They have their own resources but you can give them whatever property you found online or elsewhere and they will set up the appointment for you in lightning speed. They are always responsive and usually answer you messages/questions in minutes. They are pretty knowledgeable and very transparent about the properties. If they see something, they will let you know what might become a problem after the purchase. It was such a pleasure to work with them because we know they respect and care about our feelings and preferences. We can trust and rely on them for answers, quick responses, problem resolutions, and others. They are always there to help you.With Steve and his teams help, we finally found a good property within our budget range and became a home owner! The transition was smooth and painless, all thank for Steve and his team. If later on we could afford another property, Steve would absolutely be our first choice. It will be a pleasure to work with them again.

Buying a house in one of the most competitive areas in California where sellers dictate all the terms is super tough!! However, Steve was a tremendous help through the whole process. He is always available to answer questions and when its time to push the deal, he doesnt waste any time. The major benefit was finding a house which was not even on the market. Then, coordinating for inspections and helping through the loan process made our experience hassle-free. He is very friendly and has a great personality. We agree with all the 5 star reviews......We met Steve at a random open house in Encino. From the beginning, Steve inspired confidence, real estate knowledge, understanding of the area, and showed full commitment in representing us as buyers. Even though buying a home sounds overwhelming, Steve with his positive, energetic, and humorous personality made us feel comfortable and delivered a very smooth home purchase transaction. He was always patient in understanding what we were looking for and we never felt pressured in selecting our home. Steve showed us several pocket listings and within 2 months of meeting Steve, we opened escrow. Steve referred us to a loan agent who was exceptional and provided us with a quick pre-approval and good rate. He artistically negotiated our beautiful home in RPV and closed escrow within 40 days. Of course and like with almost every real estate transaction, issues came up, but Steve was able to resolve them quickly or provided guidance and referrals to address those issues. I met Steve accidentally when seeing a property I found on my own through Zillow. I didnt think I wanted to work with an agent until I met Steve. He made me feel like he was invested in searching for my dream home as much as I was, sometimes even more!! Steve is super experienced, knowledgable, professional, and personable. Every time I would feel stressed or confused about anything during the search and purchase process, I would call Steve and he would explain ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to me in normal people language and calmed me! Steve made himself available for me for many months of searching, even when on a plane, weekend, vacation, or hospital...he ALWAYS communicates!! I can go on and on about how awesome this guy is, but you HAVE to trust that he has your best interest in mind and will work hard until you are 110% happy!! I would recommend Steve to everyone and cant wait to work with him again.

Steve Julian and his team were great to work with while purchasing our first home. I dont think that any one can say that this process is exactly simple and not stressful, but what a good agent does is try to shield you from as much of that as possible, and keep you on track. They did just that for us. We truly received the service of multiple individuals for the price of one. They were very helpful and professional, guiding us all the way through, whether that was giving us advice regarding removing certain contingencies, how to do deal with unpleasant agents, or running us printed copies of documents at 9 oclock at night. I recently moved from overseas to US and have been looking to find a home in a great school district. I found Steve by searching on-line. His pictures seemed to be everywhere on different web sites, so we figured he must know the Encino - Chatsworth area. We reached out to him and immediately within a few minutes we were connected. Upon our arrival to US, he had the showing set up and without wasting any time, we were on our journey to find our home. His knowledge about the local real estate marke was amazing. As he took us to different homes, he explained not only positive aspects of each home, but also the negative points. That is when we really knew he is DIFFERENT than other real estate agents! He is not just a SALES person! He truly wanted to find a home for my family that works for us. He patiently listened and at no point I felt pressured to buy. Once we found a couple of different homes, he immediately jump into action and started our negotiations. I think Steve has all the qualities that one could expect from a dedicated and hardworking realtor. I am 100% certain we wont hesitate to refer him to our friends and family.
