I have had Steve Bauers State Farm practice for auto and home insurance for decades, and find this branch to be excellent. One of the aspects of this office that I appreciate the most is the staff, especially Yolanda who Ive known the longest, who has gone above and beyond to be responsive to and prioritize my requests when they are time sensitive. I have had my insurance with Steve Bauers State Farm office for more than 20 years. Every single interaction over the past two decades has been a joy! What caring, kind, wonderful staff - always a delight to work with! And the two times I had auto claims, they handled the matter so professionally and carefully - it made the entire process simple and easy for me. I highly recommend this team!

Insurance either for house or vehicle can get complicated and frustrating until you find a real good one that meets your needs. Steve and his office made my experience with insurance very different from the past. Steve is very responsive, respectful, and reliable agent. I’m so glad that my neighbor introduced Steve to me. It’s been a pleasure working with him. Highly recommended!

I have been completely satisfied with the caring service I have received from the people in Steve Bauers State Farm Insurance office for 27 years. They are easy to reach, personable, and take time to listen to your needs. I have used them for both home and auto insurance. They regularly reach out to make sure you feel your policies are keeping up with changing laws and regulations and that your coverage is adequate for current costs.

I enjoy the customer service I receive from the team at State Farm. I have been a client for a few years and they have never missed acknowledging my birthday. They are very responsive and most recently I have worked very closely with Yolanda on additional insurance and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Several years ago, I chose Steve Bauer as my State Farm agent since my previous agent (since 1976), Dave Schiller, retired. Ive been more than happy with Steve, as hes very knowledgeable and is readily available to answer questions and resolve issues for his customers. His office staff picks up the phone after a couple of rings (no menus to listen to), and they are very friendly and helpful. I just called Linda yesterday re: California policy holders issues with insurance company cancellations. Although theres little an agent can do about the problem, she was very empathetic and reassuring.

Steve and his team are definitely my favorite insurance agents Ive ever had the pleasure to work with.For the past 2 years Ive worked with them (I no longer live in California), they tirelessly served me and answered any and all of my questions in a timely manner and always found a solution that prioritizes my interest.For instance, I had to put my car in storage for 5 months when I was abroad, Steve immeditaely adjusted my insurance to ensure I am only paying the minimal required rate in accordance to California law.When I was making a cross country drive prior to moving to California (I had just signed my lease, and I had no previous California insurnace). His team stayed in touch with me and got me coverage. I had a busted tire in Arizona, and they made sure I had insurnace coverage before I started driving and was covered for the towing service.Basically, you cannot go wrong with them. I truly enjoyed working with them and would definitely use their service again if I were to move back to California.

A couple of weeks ago a rock hit my windshield and it spread across sooo fast. I was almost afraid to drive my car. I called State farm to see what I should do in this case. Yolanda was on it! She immediately put a claim in and I swear, it was 2.5 seconds later and the mobile windshield company was calling me to schedule a date and time to come repair it. Yolanda has always taken care of me and my family in time of need. Ive been with them for 20 + years and they never disappoint! Shes truly good at what she does. She is definitely an asset to the company! Thank you for making this situation as painless as possible! This is why Ill never change my insurance company. 🥰

Ive worked with Steve Bauer for about 20 years, and hes always given me great advice. My husband and I have homeowners, auto, and other policies with State Farm. Steve explains everything clearly, and he, Yolanda and his other staff are always super responsive whenever we call. The few claims weve had have been smooth and hassle-free. Were glad we can rely on Steve and State Farm, and we highly recommend him and his crew.
