They answered all my questions and if I called they would either answer or call me back within minutes. Attorney Stephen Kim and his assistant, Angie, were absolutely a godsend. Anyone in a dire and stressful situation as needing to resort to the possibility of bankruptcy understands how heavy and nerve-wracking the possibility of going through it can be. I was holding out hoping for things to get better but eventually reality hit that bankruptcy was the only solution for our family. Attorney Stephen Kim put my mind at ease going over my situation with a fine-tooth comb. What I was expecting to be a complicated situation was actually such a smooth experience. When I say smooth, I mean the process from start to finish for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy was simple, clear and fast. I’ll start off by saying Thank You to Stephen and Angie! They made a stressful situation less stressful and easier to deal with. If you are in Salinas or in the Monterey County area and are having to look at the possibility of bankruptcy, it is well worth your time to give Stephen and Angi a call. They are both very courteous and understanding. They will help you decide what path is best for you and whatever path is best for your situation they will help make the process less stressful and easier to deal with.

Attorney Stephen Kim and his assistant Ms. Angelica were so helpful in such a difficult time when our finances got out of control. They assured us that filing for bankruptcy was our best option. They prepared me for the whole process, met in person when needed and sent me updates. What I really appreciated most was their confidence and expertise. Attorney Stephen Kim is highly recommended from a former practicing attorney of mine and said he was a whiz with taxes and Bankrupcy. Later that day I received a phone call from a pleasant voice from Mr. Kim. After gathering the scope of my concerns with a few questions, he explained clearly what I needed to know and understand that I do not need to worry. Stephen and Angelica were very professional and took care of my concerns. They were good at explaining the different types of bankruptcies and which one would work for me. They made the process simple and pretty much held my hand the whole entire way. Angelica was really good with following up throughout everything. She had good patience with me and was great with reminding me whenever something was needed on my end. They were always very responsive whenever I reached out. No complaints. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I filed for bankruptcy in this office, which was more economical than others. Stephen (attorney)sat down with us and explained the chapter differences and process. Angelica (Angie) actually helped us throughout the process and made everything feel more at ease and less stressful. I appreciate the patience Angie has had with me as I have called her multiple times for different nonsense and endless questions. She has returned my calls in a timely manner and always with a happy tone. The times weve visited the office it has felt like family warmth.Additionally, we have also been assisted by Terry due to a car accident. She was very diligent and on top of the case. Managed to get our damages paid even when the other person didnt have enough coverage.** We our very grateful for everything you guys have done for us..

Back in 2017, after reading the many positive reviews, my husband and I decided to contact Stephen Kim at his office in Salinas.We couldnt have been more satisfied with the very professional, and friendly service we recieved from Stephen, Angie, and their entire staff. Not just from the very beginning, but all the way through the process.When we recently needed copies of our paperwork, all we needed to do was to contact Angie, and she sent them right out to us the same day.I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is considering bankruptcy, and needs some friendly, honest advice.
