The Step1 team are an awesome group to work with! I have used the software since the 90s and have always felt like helping me was a priority when I called for support. Anytime local hardware technicians had work with Step1 to solve an issue they told me that they were the nicest support people they have ever worked with. The sales reps that have come onboard have always said it was the most user friendly ERP they have ever had to learn. As a systems administrator its one of the reasons I loved my job. The software continues to evolve to the needs of the clients and keeps up with growing technology. I highly recommend.

They have the worst customer service, especially the guy name ‘TIM’ when you called for help he will yelled at you, dude we are the customer, be nice and professional, you need some serious training in customer service and I think you need to go back to school and learn good manners and conduct!!!
