I am completely satisfied with the assistance given to me. I have used Mr. Stein several years ago when I was a minor. I was pleased to know he was still practicing along with his daughter Kara. As you know this process can be very stressful. Kara spent over an hour thoroughly explaining to me the process and assuring me they would take care of me.
