Eric was super friendly and responsive when I called for an appointment. He went over everything and how to prepare for their arrival. Nick arrived early and did a fabulous job! He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He also cleaned my tile which looked like new when he was done. I will recommend to friends and family to use Steam Pros. Eric and Nick, Thank you!!

Excellent customer service and communication, we have a 6 month old about to crawl and couldn’t be happier with the service. Friendly technician, owner was very helpful explaining what we actually needed. Great local company definitely will use again.

So I called this morning after being let down by another business that didn’t care to respond. Eric answered almost immediately and sent Nick my way. I felt comfortable leaving Nick at the house to finish up. I haven’t even seen the results yet; but between the two of them and their reputation I know I’ll have a quality product when I arrive back home. Nice to have quality, responsive locals to do a job. Brandon did a fantastic job and was very professional! Our carpets were really dirty and had pet stains. Our carpets look brand new! We are amazed at how beautiful they turned out! They even did our area rugs. Pricing was great too! We will be doing this yearly going forward and will use this business again! Great experience from the fist phone call to the final product!! I highly recommend Steam Pros!!

Wonderful experience! I called last minute for a carpet cleaning. We had family arriving, and I did not plan very well😬. When I called the owner of Steam Pros he was amazing and managed to get us on the calendar within 1 hour from my call. They have 5 star reviews, and Im sure they were booked. Eric and his team are very professional, thorough, and do quality work. Eric went through our office to make sure everything was good to go before working on anything. His work was top notch and he didnt skip any corners to get quality work done. Another bonus was coming in a few days later to make sure everything was good and to make sure I was happy.
