Daniel and the team were a dream to work with! As first-time sellers with an upcoming interstate move, we were worried about how we would be able to manage the sale at the same time. Stea Group made it easy - they handled EVERYTHING from inspections, staging, upgrades, and even lawn maintenance. Saudra as our point person for most of the process was quick to respond, professional, and happy to answer our ignorant questions about real estate deals. Daniel was likewise lovely to work with - he was clearly passionate and was fully in our corner throughout the sale, even as he was completely transparent with us about costs and expectations for the sale (especially in a down market). We felt supported the entire time, and we definitely got our values worth. Thanks to Daniel, Saudra, and the rest of the team for your great work!

Their experience and wisdom gave us confidence to list our home in a market where a favorable outcome was far from certain.An unfinished renovation left our house short of being ready for presentation. Stea quickly devised an efficient get-well plan so we could maximize value for potential buyers. Within weeks prior to showing, their team solved problems creatively, transforming our lived-in home into a true showpiece.We had strong support and clear communication throughout, as though we were premiere clients of a boutique firm. Mobilizing strike teams for landscaping and decorating delivered impressive, on-time results – over two dozen disclosures were sent out to interested parties!Home buying is hard, and selling is even harder. Daniel and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process. It was a difficult market - with very few buyers - buy he was still able to get our home sold at a very fair price. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful and gives him a decided advantage over other agents we spoke with. I would highly recommend Daniel and his team.

Daniel and his team are amazing! Daniel represented our family on the sale of our home in upper Rockridge. We had an incredibly tight schedule to get our place ready for sale following our move to the East Coast. Daniel was so thoughtful and knew exactly what improvements could be accomplished quickly and result in the highest return. He has a great network of skilled contractors that are highly skilled and cost effective. He always kept us in the loop and clearly explained each step in the process. Daniel really knows the Rockridge market and what buyers want most. His marketing strategy and negotation skills were nothing short of brilliant. We were extremely pleased with the sale price and terms he secured for us. This was the second time we were fortunate enough to work with Daniel, and we cannot recommend him highly enough!

Daniel and his team came recommended by trusted friends and we expected the team to be knowledgeable, strategic, detail-oriented, and empathetic. We were looking for a guide and advocate through the daunting (at least to us!) process of selling our home. Daniel and team delivered on all of that and more, and we ended up with an offer that far exceeded our expectations and had a smooth closing process. From assessing which renovations would make the biggest impact and managing all the onsite work, to strategically positioning against other homes on the market at the time, to keeping us posted just enough throughout the ups and downs of the offer and contracting process, Daniel and team met us exactly where we needed him to. It was bittersweet to sell our first home, but we cant imagine having worked with anyone else!

We worked with Daniel and Yali in early 2023 to sell our Rockridge home and could not recommend them more highly. They are both very personable, listen well, and are great communicators. During the lead up to selling our house, they made very reasonable recommendations for updates and executed the updates wonderfully. With as little effort as possible on our end and at a price below what we could consider market for the updates, they transformed our house to be more beautiful than we could have imagined. They have an amazing sense of aesthetics, are very up to date with what is trendy with buyers, and did a great job with staging. Once the house was open, they did a great job advertising, including the billboard above the College Ave Zachary’s and really great photos/3D tour. They dealt with all the questions from buyers and other realtors, and were able to negotiate what we felt was the best price possible for the house, a price we were more than happy with. Since we have started looking at houses to buy, Daniel has been very helpful. He has a lot of local knowledge, good connections with other realtors, has made himself available for quick chats, answered questions quickly and gotten us viewings on short notice.Overall, we couldn’t recommend the Stea team more highly.

We first met Daniel several years before we ended up selling our home. During this time he advised us on several important decisions surrounding major investments in our home and timing of when (and if) to sell. He never pressured us to make any decisions, and even suggested keeping the home as one option as well.When we decided to sell, it was a challenging time in the market, but he helped us remain calm and confident. At this time we met Yali who was very helpful in preparing the house for the market and has a trusted network of professionals that can take on necessary work quickly and on budget. Daniel communicated with us frequently and was very honest about potential outcomes, so that we were always on the same page throughout the selling process. He has great knowledge and experience in the local market and is well known and respected among other realtors. Plus, he is a great negotiator and advocate. In the end, we felt that we got the best possible result, and likely would not have been able to achieve this with less experienced agents.We are very happy with Daniel and his team. Daniel is genuinely a truly nice and understanding person, and worked together with us to achieve a great outcome.

We won the lottery with Daniel and his team. Daniel is warm, friendly, always calm when complications arise, and completely trustworthy.We are an older couple who were very attached to the family home in which we raised our children. Daniel always showed respect for those feelings and supported us in letting go and moving on.In the house preparation phase, Daniel had a keen sense of which improvements would help with the sale, and which were not necessary.We initially resisted a few, and of course he was right about all of them.Some realtors will promise a high sales price to get the listing. Daniel was a bit more conservative, being careful not to raise our expectations in a somewhat volatile market. In fact we got an excellent price for our house.Daniel’s team is available right away – to paint and to do repairs so there are no delays when moving through the prep phase.This matters – we were able to go from handing him the key to a final offer in one month.Daniel’s keen understanding of the market, his optimism and can-do attitude made it all work. Choosing a real estate agent is very similar to choosing a doctor or an architect. It is close and personal and not only you must choose someone who is good at what they do but also they have to be someone you enjoy working with. We’re so happy we chose Daniel Stea who’s a Broker/owner and an attorney, as our listing agent. Daniel was an amazing partner during the entire process of marketing, listing and selling our home in Oakland. He was confident, knowledgeable and calm with a wonderful sense of humor.
